Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) The difference between students 'social studies learning outcomes taught by local cultural-based learning approaches and students' social learning outcomes taught by conventional approaches; 2) Differences in social studies learning outcomes of students who have high diversity values compared to social studies learning outcomes of students who have low diversity values; and 3) Interaction between learning approaches and diversity values towards students' social studies learning outcomes. This research was conducted at 067774 Public Elementary School, Medan Johor District. The population in this study was fifth grade students consisting of 50 students. Data collection techniques in this study were the diversity of questionnaires and social studies learning achievement tests. The method used is quasi experiment with 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis techniques using two-way ANAVA at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that: (1) There was a difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught with the approach to learning based on local culture and the learning outcomes of students who were taught with conventional approaches (Fcount = 17.064; sig. = 0,000 <0.05); (2) There are differences in social studies learning outcomes of students who have high diversity values compared with social studies learning outcomes of students who have low diversity values (Fcount = 10.602; sig. = 0.002 <0.05); and (3) There is an interaction between learning approaches and diversity values in influencing social studies learning outcomes (Fcount = 22.115; sig. = 0.000 <0.05). The results of this study indicate that the learning approach and diversity values influence the students' social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah kurang maksimalnya hasil belajar PKN siswa menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar  PKN siswa kelas V SD Negeri 024868 Binjai. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah quasi eksperimen, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar  PKN siswa kelas V. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan rumus Kolerasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh gambaran motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 024868 Binjai adalah cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata 59,60. Sedangkan gambaran hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 024868 Binjai adalah baik dengan nilai rata-rata 75,93. Diperoleh nilai kolerasi produck moment adalah 0,6825 ada kolerasi yang langsung antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V sebesar 68%.  Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-t  maka H1 diterima atau ada pengaruh antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD Negeri 024868 Binjai  Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

The problem in this study was that the students' Internship learning outcomes were less than optimal. The samples in this study were fifth grade students, totaling 30 students. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between teacher performance during the transitional period of the independent learning curriculum towards student learning outcomes in class V science subject, Public Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe, Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is product moment correlation. Data analysis used uses the Product Moment Correlation formula. Based on the analysis of the data, it was obtained an overview of the work performance of the teachers of the State Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, the average value was 59.60, which was included in the poor category. An overview of the results of learning science for class V students at Public Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe for the 2021/2022 Academic Year obtained an average value of 75.93, including the quite capable category. There is a significant relationship between teacher work performance and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at Public Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe for the 2021/2022 academic year, because the t value in calculation = 4.942 > t in table = 2.05.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kreativitas siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kolerasi produk moment. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan rumus Kolerasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh gambaran kreativitas siswa SD Negeri 040447  Kabanjahe Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 70,25termasuk katagori baik. Gambaran hasil belajar  siswa kelas V SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 diperoleh nilai rata-rata a70,25 termasuk katagori baik. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativitas siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023, karena nilai t dalam hitungan  = 2,713 > t dalam tabel  = 2,16, yang artinya t dalam hitungan lebih besar dari t dalam tabel sehingga hipotesis diterima.
