Abstract

For most people, snacks are one of the things that must be available at home and at work. Whether it's, when doing activities or relaxing, light snacks can always be the perfect companion to make the mood more elevated and also increase productivity. Among the wide variety of snacks to choose from, chips remain a favorite for some. With a crunchy texture and practical for consumption, chips seem to be unable to miss attention when choosing snacks to be used as stock at home. The flavor variants of chips are also diverse so that they are easier to adjust to taste, some are savory, salty, and also spicy. There is also a variant of chips with a sweet taste that is not only addictive, namely banana chips (Banana Chips). Banana chips are very suitable as a snack that is able to pamper the tongue, as well as meet the needs of important nutrients in the body. Banana Fruit Itself has about 136 calories for every 100 grams which overall comes from carbohydrates that have health and nutritional benefits, so it needs to be spread in the community. This community service program aims to provide solutions to problems that exist in Gunungsari village specifically for banana chip producers, namely the lack of quality of goods sold and produced in the area. Abstract

Leadership is one of the most important factors determining whether or not an organization successfully meets its goals and objectives. There are numerous styles of leadership, including transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and servant leadership, among others. The transactional style is based on a transactional relationship between the leader and the follower, where rewards and punishments motivate followers. Transformational leadership involves inspiring and empowering followers to achieve their full potential. Servant leadership prioritizes meeting the needs of followers, which can lead to better performance and employee satisfaction. Abstract

Quiet quitting, or silent resignation, is a phenomenon in which individuals continue to perform and fulfil their work obligations, but emotional detachment and refusal of extra workloads without adequate compensation are becoming increasingly common among the workforce, particularly the younger generation, including lecturers at private universities. This study aims to examine quiet quitting among private lecturers through the lens of Stoic philosophy, which emphasizes accepting what is beyond one's control, managing emotions, and committing to internal rather than external values. The research approach is qualitative with case study methods and literature reviews related to the research theme. The research findings indicate that some lecturers adopt a similar attitude to quiet quitting, not as a form of passive resignation, but as a self-aware strategy to maintain professional integrity and work-life balance, in line with Stoic principles of eudaimonia and apatheia. However, tensions arise when individual Stoic values clash with institutional demands that emphasize excessive productivity. Stoic values will not apply if the welfare and work environment of private lecturers are deemed to meet the standards of a decent living. This study argues that Stoicism can serve as a reflective framework for understanding quiet quitting not as a decadent work ethic, but rather as a form of ethical resistance to labour exploitation, particularly in the context of structural inequality in private universities. Policy implications include reforming workloads and professional rewards that align with the principles of justice in Stoic ethics.

Abstract

The availability of safe and sustainable blood stocks is a crucial health challenge, particularly in Serang City. The low public awareness to donate blood regularly is often the main cause of fluctuation and shortage of blood stocks at the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). This community service aims to implement a community-based blood donation program initiated by the “Jaserco Peduli” group as a concrete effort to increase blood stock availability and build a culture of health concern in the Serang City community. The implementation method of this activity uses a participatory approach, which includes stages of socialization and education regarding the importance of blood donation, intensive coordination with the UTD of PMI Serang City, and the direct execution of blood donation actions involving community members and the general public. The results of this community service activity showed a significant increase in public enthusiasm. The program successfully gathered 25 donors, with 25 bags of blood deemed suitable for use and distributed to the UTD of PMI Serang City. In addition, there was an increase in participants' understanding of the requirements, procedures, and benefits of donating blood based on post-activity evaluation. It can be concluded that the implementation of the community-based blood donation program by Jaserco Peduli is an effective, collaborative, and sustainable service model. The synergy between the community, health institutions, and the public has proven to be an alternative solution in maintaining blood supply stability and improving public health awareness in Serang City.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA), a subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, builds and manages telecommunications network infrastructure across Indonesia. One of its branch offices, PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten, employs 132 staff who handle fixed-line telephony, internet, data communication, IPTV, network interconnection, and mobile services for hundreds of customers. Employee performance at this branch has drawn attention in recent years, particularly regarding how much leadership style and organizational commitment actually move the needle. This study set out to test both factors separately and together using a quantitative, causal-associative design. Data were collected through a survey of 57 employees, drawn by purposive sampling from a workforce of 132, and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Transformational leadership turned out not to matter much on its own, while organizational commitment did. Taken together, the two predictors explained a modest but statistically significant share of the variance in performance. The practical takeaway is straightforward: at PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten, building commitment appears to matter more than cultivating a particular leadership style if the goal is better employee performance.
