Abstract

Ada dua pasal mengenai sahnya perjanjian yaitu yang dimuat di dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata dan Pasal 52 UU No. 13 Tahuh 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Kedua Pasal tersebut adalah sama-sama isinya mengenai syarat sahnya perjanjian. Permasalahnnya kenapa syarat sahnya perjanjian yang sudah ada diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) dan diatur kembali dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan (UUKK). Maka berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis mengkaji dan menganalisis kedua peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut

Abstract

Girimukti Village is a village located in Cimarga district of Lebak Banten Regency with an area of about 529 hectares of population: 1140 KK with the number of RT: 22 and RW: 6. The environmental community of Girimukti Village is still not aware of the dangers of transmission and due to the Covid 19 virus which is very deadly, the community considers the disease a mediocre thing. The COVID-19 pandemic has not yet disappeared from our country. Various ways have been done by the government to overcome this outbreak, but also has not succeeded. Actually, if you want the government's efforts to succeed, then it should also be accompanied by community discipline to carry out health protocols that have been established by the government. COVID-19 successfully changes the habits we do every day both at home, at school, at work, on the street, and everywhere. We are made as helpless, because our movements are limited by COVID-19, thus making us unproductive which has an impact on the economic problems of families, communities, regions and countries. The central government until the regional government has issued several regulations in anticipation of the outbreak of the spread of the Corona-19 virus. At the lebak regency level, the Regent of Lebak has issued Lebak Regent Regulation No. 28 of 2010 on Guidelines for Adaptation of New Habits in the Condition of the Corona Virus Disease-19 Pandemic. Based on these things, the problems that will be examined in this study aim to: 1). Foster public legal awareness in pandemic situations, 2). Efforts to comply with health protocols in the community

Abstract

For most people, snacks are one of the things that must be available at home and at work. Whether it's, when doing activities or relaxing, light snacks can always be the perfect companion to make the mood more elevated and also increase productivity. Among the wide variety of snacks to choose from, chips remain a favorite for some. With a crunchy texture and practical for consumption, chips seem to be unable to miss attention when choosing snacks to be used as stock at home. The flavor variants of chips are also diverse so that they are easier to adjust to taste, some are savory, salty, and also spicy. There is also a variant of chips with a sweet taste that is not only addictive, namely banana chips (Banana Chips). Banana chips are very suitable as a snack that is able to pamper the tongue, as well as meet the needs of important nutrients in the body. Banana Fruit Itself has about 136 calories for every 100 grams which overall comes from carbohydrates that have health and nutritional benefits, so it needs to be spread in the community. This community service program aims to provide solutions to problems that exist in Gunungsari village specifically for banana chip producers, namely the lack of quality of goods sold and produced in the area. Therefore, coaching program activities are carried out starting from increasing the understanding of the target community related to the processing of bananas into various innovative products, as well as providing knowledge of the benefits of bananas from nutritional and health aspects

Abstract

The development of technology and information in the era of globalization has brought enormous changes in both positive and negative terms. One of these impacts is the emergence of new electronic commerce transactions with a pre-order system. Where in these transactions between buyers and sellers do not meet each other face to face because they only use the internet as the transaction medium. In carrying out the status of the availability of the goods (stock) is not available, it does not mean empty, but the goods are only produced a little and the buyer can order them in advance with the ordering and payment system to get the goods. The research method used is normative juridical research using a state approach and an analytical approach. Sources of data in this study are secondary data sources in the form of public documents and official records (public documents and official records). In online buying and selling transactions with this pre-order system, management needs to be improved, especially in serving consumers with proof of invoices or lists from business actors to consumers.

Abstract

Community service activities on the agreement of profit sharing in agriculture in Kencana Village, Lebak Wangi District, aim to provide an understanding to the community about the importance of this agreement in establishing socio-economic relations between landowners and tenant farmers. The agreement allows the tenant farmers to cultivate the land with the permission of the landowners, based on agreed conditions and profit sharing. The main objective is to create fairness in land profit distribution and provide legal certainty to both parties. The method of community service activities involves conducting legal counseling on profit sharing agreements. The focus of the activities is on the profit-sharing system or "penyakapan" in agriculture. This system involves landowners transferring their land to tenant farmers based on agreed conditions. The tenant farmers are responsible for cultivating and managing the land, while the landowners are entitled to a share of the agricultural produce. The conditions and percentage of profit sharing are typically determined through mutual agreement. It is expected that community service activities on profit sharing agreements in agriculture in Kencana Village, Lebak Wangi District, will contribute to the well-being of the community and local economic development. Through these agreements, it is hoped that good cooperation, fair profit sharing, and legal certainty will be established for all parties involved

Abstract

Usaha rumahan (usaha mikro kecil) adalah jenis bisnis apapun yang mana lokasinya bertempat di rumah pemilik bisnis. Dalam hal ini sang pemilik bisnis tidak perlu menyewa tempat lain untuk dijadikan lokasi bisnis, bahkan pemilik bisnis juga tidak harus memiliki properti tertentu. Namun, pemilik bisnis harus tetap menjalankan bisnis dari tempat yang sama dengan tempat tinggal mereka, sehingga bisnis tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai bisnis rumahan. Untuk menjaga pasar secara kontinyu, maka salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan terkait pemasaran. Maka tujuan dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran terkait dengan perkembangan jaman yang dudah menggunakan media sosial dan elektonik kepada warga masyarakat yang menjalankan usaha rumahan di Desa Sindangheula. Penyuluhan dilakukan pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2023 dengan menggunakan Metode pelaksanaan melalui: seminar penyampaian materi, diskusi, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pendampingan ini menunjukan bahwa para usaha rumahan (usaha mikro) ini belum mempunyai Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan perizinan berusaha untuk menunjang usaha, Sertifikat Pemenuhan Komitmen Produksi Pangan Olahan Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT) serta sertifikat label halal

Abstract

Kesadaran siswa dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas pelayananan kesehatan masih sangatlah rendah. Dilihat dari acara penyuluhan kesehatan di SDN Paleuh Desa Sindangheula Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Serang masih dari 100 siswa yang hadir hampir 90% siswa tidak pernah memeriksakan giginya ke klinik, puskesmas ataupun rumah sakit terdekat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut dan menatur pola gizi seimbang dengan menyertakan edukasi isi piringmu khususnya masalah bekal siswa saat ke sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah,berinteraksi antara narasumber dan siswa tanya jawab dengan menggunakan Laptop LCD Proyektor, alat peraga gigi dan mulut dengan mengundang dosen kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan dari rumah sakit swasta Type B. Materi edukasi yang disampaikan tentang bagaimana siswa rutin melakukan pengecekan kesehatan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan serta cara menyikat gigi dan mencunci tanga yang benar. Hasil menunjukkan kegiatan berjalan lancar, siswa sangat antusias saat edukasi berlangsung. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang ditujukkan dari kemampuan peserta menjawab pertanyaan.

Abstract

This Beginner Community Service Activity (PMP) was held in Citaman Village, Ciomas Serang District, Banten. With the target of the Citaman Village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) group. The problems faced by the partners, in this case the Citaman Village MSME group, namely: ), do not know information about legal aspects and digital marketing or product promotion through electronic means and social media, still lack knowledge of science and technology in running their business. The purpose of this service is to help increase the knowledge and skills of partners, in this case the Citaman Village MSME group, in implementing business management, making Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and product promotion through social and electronic media. The results of this service activity show that the Citaman Village MSME group can apply business management, can create a Business Identification Number (NIB) and can implement product promotions through social and electronic media, there is an increase in partner businesses, so that they can increase the income and economy of existing MSME group members in Citaman Village

Abstract

Islamic law is not prescribed for games and jokes. It is in accordance with the rules of the Shari'ah which fundamentally teach that the world is a place of testing and not eternal, while the Hereafter is a place of vengeance and eternal. Shari'ah also teaches that man is held accountable for his charity in the world and will be avenged in the Hereafter. The one who does good, the good will come back to him. If he does bad deeds, the ugliness will also come back to him. Therefore, punishment in the world will not remove punishment in the hereafter, unless he repents to God. The scholars of fiqh fatten down there are several punishments imposed on the perpetrators of this crime, namely: The original punishment, namely the law of qisas. This law is based on Allah's provisions in the Qur'an Surat Al Baqarah (2): 187) and (Q.S Al Maidah (5): 45) Substitute Punishment. According to fiqh scholars, if the punishment of qisas falls, for example forgiven or because there is peace, then there are two other substitute punishments, namely diyat borne by the murderer himself and the punishment of ta'zir. According to Imam al-Tahbrani, it is narrated from Amr bin Hazm Al-Anshari that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The revenge of a deliberate murderer is qisas." If the heir forgives the murderer, the murderer is obliged to pay the diyat mughalazhah (big diyat) taken from the murderer's property. Supplementary Laws. In addition to the above punishments, in intentional murder there are other punishments, namely hindered inheritance rights, and hindered from obtaining a will from the victim. While in the positive criminal law the criminal sanction of murder in the Criminal Code there are several articles including the following: Article 338 reads: Whoever intentionally deprives another person of his life shall be punished with murder with a maximum imprisonment of fifteen years. Article 339 reads: Murder that is followed, accompanied, or preceded by a criminal act, committed with the intention of preparing or facilitating its execution, or to release oneself or other participants from the crime in the event of being caught, or to ensure the possession of goods obtained unlawfully, shall be punished with imprisonment for life or for a specified time, not more than twenty years. Article 340 reads: Whoever intentionally and premeditatedly deprives another of his life shall be punished with murder with premeditation, with the penalty of death or imprisonment for life or for a specified period of not more than twenty years

Abstract

Matrimony represents an esteemed avenue for structuring family life, welcoming children, fostering mutual acquaintance, and establishing a foundation for reciprocal support. The institution of marriage establishes explicit shared rights and responsibilities between spouses, as well as between parents and offspring. In practice, not all adherents of Islam adhere to contemporary procedures or regulations, evident in the persistence of individuals opting for clandestine unions. Islamic jurisprudence has elevated the motives and objectives of matrimony to a loftier and more dignified plane. While previous adherence to Islamic doctrines limited the purpose of marriage to biological needs and life necessities, Islamic law now designates it with the intent of fulfilling sunnatullah, directed toward the ultimate goal of 'worshipping Allah SWT
