Abstract

This study aims to describe how the process and implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for students at MTs Al-Washliyah Bangun Purba. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. In this study, the respondents involved in this research were 2 people, consisting of the Principal and Teacher Educators who taught students. Interviews were conducted in a structured manner with several structured questions. The result is that there are many obstacles in the process and implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Moderation is a core tenet of Islam. Moderate Islam is a religious understanding that is very relevant in the context of diversity in all aspects, both religion, customs, ethnicity and the nation itself. Educational institutions have a strategic role to break the chain of violence in the name of religion. An educational approach for all students that can be implemented in peace education which is integrated with the school curriculum. Thus, religious moderation is very necessary to be instilled in students in order to create a harmonious relationship between teachers, students, the community and the surrounding environment so as to create a peaceful and safe environment. of various threats to a peaceful Indonesia. This research is a research that uses qualitative research methods, where the research method describes and describes matters relating to Religious Moderation in Indonesia. Researchers describe and describe the data from the opinions of experts. It is hoped that this qualitative method will allow the research to comprehensively explain the facts regarding Religious Moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of risk management in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan Model. Risk management aims to manage these risks so that we can obtain the most optimal results. In this study, researchers used descriptive research methods. This research method is a method that seeks to reveal the facts of an event, object, activity, process, and human as it is at the present time or a period of time that is still possible in the respondent's memory. The research location is at MAN 2 Model Padangsidimpuan which is located at Jalan Sutan Soripada Mulia No. 29. The results show that the development of risk management in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan Model is the entire Madrasa risk management process that must be monitored, and if necessary modifications are made. In this way, the system can react dynamically, changing according to existing conditions. Monitoring is carried out through ongoing management activities, separate evaluation of the Madrasah risk management process is a combination of the two.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Memahami bagaimana formulasi konsep manajemen pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam. Melalui telaah pemahaman secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Permasalahan yang ada dijawab melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen pendidikan adalah implemantasi dari asas manajemen pendidikan pada biasanya, sehingga manajemen pendidikan Islam memiliki keunikan dalam bidang proses, tujuan, serta orientasinya. Selanjutnya berdasarkan tujuannya, manajemen pendidikan Islam terus menerus bermuara pada tujuan pendidikan Islam, adalah peningkatan fitrah serta mengekspresikan kapasitas peserta didik sebagai pemimpin menuju kesempurnaan hidup atau insan kamil. Berdasarkan prosesnya, manajemen pendidikan Islam mesti dilandasi dengan ruh dan semangat theologis-edukatif yang bersentuhan dengan kemaslahatan manusia yang tidak semata-mata dilandasi prinsip efektivitas, efisiensi dan produktivitas, melainkan juga harus dilandasi dengan prinsip mendidik.

Abstract

that it negates the refinement between general knowledge and the science of religion and all the sciences that are developed are realized to be interconnected between one another. The method used is the method of analysis discourse and content. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem finansial pendidikan Islam berbasis wakaf di Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam Deli Serdang meliputi perencanaan, pengelolaan dan pengawasannya. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; 1) Proses perencanaan dilakukan dengan musyawarah diikuti oleh Dewan Nazir waqaf dengan menganalisis kebutuhan opersional, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, pengkaderan serta pengembangan unit usaha produktif milik Pondok 2) Proses pengelolaan finansial dilakukan dengan pengelolaan modern yang mengacu pada pengelolaan manajemen serta pengembangannya dalam bentuk unit usaha milik Pondok, 3) Pengawasan sistem finansial pendidikan Islam dilakukakn Pondok Pesantren secara berkesinambungan baik secara internal maupun ekternal, penanaman rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan amanah, menumbuhkan motivasi tinggi dalam mengembangkan aset wakaf di kalangan pengelola Pondok menjadikan upaya pengawasan secara internal, pelaporan yang dibuat secara berkala menjadikan salah satu upaya pengawasan ekternal, sehingga dapat direalisasikan secara efektif dan dipertanggungjawabkan

Abstract

Sangat penting bahwa sekolah memahami parameter dari apa yang akan mereka lakukan jika mereka ingin bertahan hidup dalam masyarakat yang sangat kompleks saat ini. Mereka harus mampu menentukan nasib mereka sendiri. Ini dimungkinkan oleh perencanaan strategis, yang juga akan dengan cepat mengubah lingkungan dan meningkatkan efektivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana proses implementasi perencanaan strategi di MAS Darul Azhar, sehingga dengan adanya proses perencanaan yang baik maka terciptalah pendidikan yang baik pula. Sesuai dengan visi dan tujuan bersama MAS Darul Azhar, salah satu organisasi yang terlibat dalam sistem pendidikan nasional, merasa perlu melakukan penyesuaian program pendidikan secara terencana, terarah, dan berkesinambungan. Pemangku kepentingan harus melakukan tawar-menawar dengan pembuat keputusan atau pemimpin opini internal dan eksternal utama untuk membangun konsensus pada semua inisiatif perencanaan strategis dan kegiatan perencanaan yang paling penting. Langkah selanjutnya adalah memutuskan siapa yang harus terlibat dalam pembuatan rencana strategis ini: individu, kelompok, unit, atau organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Manajemen Pembelajaran program boarding school di MAN 1 Langkat. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan triangulasi merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Siswa, Kepala Sekolah, dan Kepala Asrama Musrif dan Musrifah menjadi sumber data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, perencanaan boarding school MAN 1 Langkat terdiri dari penetapan indikator atau standar keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran boarding school, menyusun strategi untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dan mengidentifikasi sumber daya yang dibutuhkan. Beberapa kegiatan yang direncanakan berlangsung di asrama, seperti les dan setoran hafalan, sementara yang lain di luar asrama, seperti kegiatan berenang dan bersenang-senang. Ada yang tersusun rapi dalam jadwal kegiatan seperti kegiatan harian, mingguan, bulanan, semesteran, atau bahkan tahunan. Kepala Madrasah adalah manajer berpangkat tertinggi yang bertanggung jawab atas semua tanggung jawab manajerial, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: 1) menunjuk aset, mencari tahu dan membagikan tugas, dan meletakkan teknik-teknik penting dalam program sekolah boarding school, (2) menyusun konstruksi hirarki yang menunjukkan garis wewenang dan kewajiban, (3) latihan pendaftaran, penetapan, persiapan dan peningkatan aset manusia/pekerjaan, (4) latihan untuk mengatur SDM pada posisi yang paling sesuai. Masing-masing musyrif dan musyrifah menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik, dan para asatidz melakukan berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran untuk memastikan peserta didik berpartisipasi aktif dan antusias dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pesantren di MAN 1 Langkat berjalan lancar dan optimal.

Abstract

One way to develop students' skills in line with the objectives of Vocational High Schools (SMK) is by formulating learning management strategies to create and market products through micro-businesses managed by the school. This research aims to determine: 1) Learning management strategies in improving products and marketing micro-businesses at SMK Negeri 2 Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City. 2) Barriers in improving products and marketing micro-businesses at SMK Negeri 2 Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City. 3) Efforts in improving products and marketing micro-businesses at SMK Negeri 2 Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data collection instrument is obtained through interviews with key informants. The data analysis procedure uses general data validity in qualitative research, namely data triangulation. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Learning management strategies to enhance products and micro-businesses involve hands-on practice methods in both product creation and marketing. It uses offline and online marketing strategies through social media. 2) The barriers to improving products and marketing micro-businesses include difficulties in obtaining materials, inadequate student skills, and an unfavorable geographical location. 3) Efforts to improve products and marketing micro-businesses involve continuous improvement in product quality and marketing. The school carries out marketing through both offline and online channels, meeting buyers in person and utilizing online platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
