Abstract

EMI (C1A1 12 163), Jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Halu Oleo dengan Judul Analisis Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Kepada Costumer Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Sinar Galesong Kendari. Yang dipandu oleh Dr. Arifin Utha, M.Si selaku pembimbing I dan dipandu oleh Dr. La Ode Mustafa, M.Si  selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada custumer pada PT. Sinar Galesong kendari. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Skala likert adalah suatu skala psikometrik yang umum digunakan dalam risert berupa survei.Hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan bahwa kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada custumer pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of employees in providing services to custumer at PT. Sinar Galesong kendari. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The respondents in this study were 30 respondents. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Likert scale is a psychometric scale commonly used in risert in the form of surveys. The results of measurements carried out that the performance of employees in providing services to custumer at PT. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the application of cooperative learning jigsaw modelss in PPKn subjects in class xi ips 3 state high scool 10. This research using descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview quidelines, documentation and tests. Based on the observations of the researchers, the application of the jigsaw type manifestation. the results of the study show that the teacher carries out all stages of the jigsaw cooperative learning model. Student activities in the classroom show that they hold group discussions and deliver material through presentations.student learning outcomes address completeness 66.67%, in the effective domain show a good attitude that is aimed at obtaining a core of 2.8 for aspect of cooperation, responsibility which is 2.73 and activeness 2.8 in the psychomotor domain. The communication skills of the students have been shown to be good, this is evidenced by the presentation which in indicated by the acquisition of the group presentation in the presentation which iss indicated by the acquisition of a core of 3.2 in theirr ability to express opinions and listen to the opinions of other students and a 3.4 score to answer questions from other students. Keywords:  Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model, Learning Activities, Learning Outcomes,PPKn

Abstract

Each process must always include three main activities: planning, implementation and evaluation. Similarly, what happens with the teaching and learning process at school. A teacher is required to plan, implement and evaluate learning. The learning planning process that must be carried out by a teacher includes the main activities are 1) Making an annual program 2) Making a syllabus 3) Making a semester program 4) Making a learning plan 5) And making a repeat program /evaluation. Of the five elements mentioned above, the syllabus and RPP are the minimum preparation for a teacher when they want to teach. Based on the results of the analysis in the 2017/2018 school year at SDN 09 Koto Pulai, there were problems with the low number of teachers making lesson plans especially the preparation of syllabus and RPP. To examine the weak performance of teachers in this regard, a study was conducted to see the extent to which the principal's academic supervision step could improve teacher competency in the preparation of the syllabus and the Learning Implementation Plan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study’ aims to determine the contribution of Career Path and Role Ambiguity to Employee Performance at PT Wijaya Anugerah Cipta Optima. The independent variables are Career Path And Role Ambiguity, while the dependent variables is Employee Performance . This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 55 respondens using a random sampling method from all the labor population at PT Wijaya Anugerah Cipta Optima. The method used is a quantitive method. Primary data collection was obtained from the distribution of quesionnaires and secondary data obtained from agencies. The results of this study indicate that Career Path (X1) and Role Ambiguity (X2) contribute positively to the performance of employee (Y) of PT Wijaya Anugerah Cipta Optima. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of interactive video-based learning media on computer system material in class VII SMPN 1 Mempawah Hulu, assess the feasibility of interactive video-based learning media, and determine student responses to the use of interactive video-based learning media on computer system material. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model for the media feasibility development stage, namely; 2 lecturer media expert validators, and 2 teacher material expert validators. and the test subjects, namely; 30 students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Hulu.  Data collection tools used in this study are; 1) Interview; 2) Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used: Namely descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study based on the assessment of media experts obtained a score of 96% media feasibility level and 94% material experts with an average feasibility presentation of 84% which is in the "Very Feasible" category. And for student responses with an average feasibility percentage of 92% which is in the "Strongly Agree" category.

Abstract

Career guidance provided by guidance and counseling teachers in SMK (Senior High School) with the topic of career resilience profile, aims to determine the career resilience of SMK students which functions as an alternative support and information about the world of work. In developing resilience owned by SMK students, guidance and counseling teachers facilitate career guidance according to the needs of SMK students, and provide soft skills training in career guidance by utilizing media owned by the school, so that the goal of resilience of SMK graduates is expected to have adaptability, independence, confidence that they are capable in any work environment. With the existence of career guidance for SMK students, it is hoped that SMK graduates will have a good resilience profile, this will also have a good impact on reducing the number of unemployed in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research background is that the low level of students' ability to write fables is inadequate. There are some students who have adequate writing skills but are lazy to write, because the learning system is monotonous and teacher centered. The problems raised are, (1) Is there an effect of the Problem Based Learning Model on the skills of writing fables in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang. The method used in this study is a Quasi-Experimental type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design using experimental and control class study groups. The purpose of this study was to increase the learning activities of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang during the learning process using the Problem Based Learning Model, and to improve skills in writing fables through the application of the Problem Based Learning Model to class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang. This research was conducted in two stages, namely Pretest and Posttest. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Problem Based Learning Model in fable writing skills can improve students' writing skills. The increase in students' fable writing skills can be seen from the average learning outcomes of writing skills using the Problem Based Learning Model of 70, while the average value of the results of students' fable writing skills who do not use the Problem Based Learning Model is 63. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students' fable writing skills experienced a significant increase.

Abstract

Service post is a health effort managed by, from, for and with the community in order to empower and provide convenience in maternal, infant, and toddler health services Health cadres are the spearhead of the implementation of Posyandu in the community. There are still many cadres who do not understand in detail about the posyandu program. The purpose of this community service is to provide education about posyandu and its programs so that cadres will understand better so that they are finally able to play an active role in the implementation of posyandu activities. The method used in this counseling uses lecture-based counseling methods as a technique. A lecture format is used to introduce the topics in this exercise, followed by guided practice and assessment. The results obtained after this counseling activity increased the cadres' understanding of posyandu and its programs, this was shown by the evaluation process when the cadres were able to answer questions from the extension team.

Abstract

Latar belakang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Jajawar Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar terutama pada pembelajaran IPA tentang materi Konduktor dan Isolator Panas. Pada meteri ini nilai rata-rata ulangan harian hanya sebesar 52,77 selain itu dari 29 siswa kelas VI hanya 6 orang yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sisanya masih di bawah KKM. KKM yang ditentukan untuk pelajaran IPA Semester I adalah 75. Pencapaian hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal ini salah satunya disebabkan karena kurang tepatnya guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran. Dengan demikian tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan hasil belajar Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Jajawar Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 setelah diterapkan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA tentang materi Konduktor dan Isolator Panas. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tindakan yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa RPP, lembar evaluasi, lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi siswa, dan LKS. Subyek penelitian adalah Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Jajawar Kecamatan Banjar Kota Banjar yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Perencanaan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi penyusunan RPP, mempersiapkan alat tes, dan mempersiapkan LKS. Pelaksanaan metode eksperimen meliputi perumusan masalah, membuat hipotesa, pelaksanaan eksperimen, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I pertemuan 1 nilai rata-rata tes evaluasi sebesar 67,93, siklus I pertemuan 2 nilai rata-rata tes evaluasi meningkat menjadi 73,10, siklus II pertemuan 1 nilai rata-rata tes evaluasi meningkat menjadi 79,31, dan siklus II pertemuan 2 nilai rata-rata tes evaluasi meningkat menjadi 85,86. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi peneliti dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen adalah keterbatasan alat eksperimen sedangkan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil penelitian ini adalah “Penggunaan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan gairah belajar siswa sehingga hasil belajar siswa meningkat”
