Abstract

The Pamsimas Development, which is one of the government programs aimed at improving access to drinking water and sanitation, is funded by the state budget (APBN) allocated to specific regions. Implemented since 2008, Pamsimas has had a positive impact on communities spread across villages and urban areas, particularly in meeting the needs for drinking water, sanitation, and promoting changes in health behavior. Currently, Pamsimas is a flagship program for the development of drinking water and sanitation supply systems in rural and urban areas, with the goal of increasing the number of residents who can access drinking water and sanitation services, enhancing the adoption of clean and healthy living values, and achieving 100% access to drinking water and sanitation by 2024. Pamsimas is considered a strategic step in improving community access to drinking water and sanitation, with a community-based approach to empowerment and sustainability being the key to its success. The role of the Technical Implementation Unit Head (PPTK) is crucial in maintaining the quality and success of the PAMSIMAS program. Close collaboration with relevant parties, local governments, and the community is essential to achieving program goals effectively. In the implementation of PAMSIMAS development, there are often discrepancies between the proposed plans and the actual implementation, requiring the role of the Technical Implementation Unit Head (PPTK) in rationalizing planning outcomes for the implementation of PAMSIMAS development. Additionally, PPTK plays a role in resolving and finding solutions to conflicts within the community during the implementation of self-management PAMSIMAS.

Abstract

Since Dutch era, flood has become serious issues faced by DKI Jakarta. Study on prevention flood program has also been conducted since Dutch era. In rainy season, common flooding is caused by several factors as follows: lowland areas in the northern part of Jakarta below sea level, urbanization rate, irregular population density, slum neighborhood where scattered rubbish where quickly provoke the flood to stagnate and increase rather than receding. This flood is mainly caused by not only above factors but also land subsidence an average of 5-10 cm every year. This paper discusses on flood characteristics in DKI Jakarta. In the study, firstly history of flood was discussed started in Dutch era until after independence. It was founded that floods occur in continuous heavy rains like in January and February. There is a combination of floods caused by rain in the upstream and downstream. Previously heavy rains can cause flooding in subsequent heavy rains.

Abstract

This paper explores theoretical and practical foundations for integrating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean maintenance to achieve healthcare systems' sustainable performances. A systematic literature review is performed. The review methodology consists of seven steps: defining the research question, searching the literature, screening the literature, documenting the search results, assessing articles' quality, documenting the review results, and synthesizing. The search found a limited number of publications exploring the relationship between TPM and lean maintenance to achieve sustainable performances of healthcare systems. Most contributors were from developing countries. The publication peaked in 2023 and 2024, and the number tended to rise from 2012 to 2024. The synthesis process shows limited evidence about the relationship between TPM and hospital sustainable performance. Theoretically, the relationship between TPM, lean maintenance, and sustainable performance in healthcare systems is plausible. However, the concepts were rarely tested. For future research, this paper proposes to investigate the relationship between TPM practices and hospitals' sustainable performance moderated by lean maintenance. A conceptual model is also presented.

Abstract

Insulating oil was historically dominated by mineral oil due to its cost-effectiveness and good properties. However, the limitations of mineral oil, particularly its availability and environmental concerns, present significant long-term operational risks. Polyol esters, synthesized through specific chemical processes, demonstrate biodegradability and operational safety. This research evaluates the electrical, physical, and chemical properties of both oil types, focusing on parameters such as breakdown voltage, water content, acidity, viscosity, and density. Results indicate that polyol ester oils exhibit a more stable breakdown voltage and better moisture management due to higher water absorption capacity, and greater density stability and viscosity even after prolonged thermal aging. Despite a more pronounced increase in acidity, polyol ester oils positioning as a promising and sustainable alternative for long-term use in oil-filled electrical equipment such as transformers. This aligns with industry objectives for enhanced environmental sustainability and operational reliability.
