Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry faces increasing pressure to maintain efficient supply chain operations amid dynamic market conditions. This study aims to identify the most accurate sales forecasting method to optimize pharmaceutical logistics and support the competitive advantage of PT “X” in producing Black Cough Syrup 100 ml. Using historical monthly sales data from August 2023 to January 2025, the study applies four quantitative forecasting techniques: Single Moving Average (SMA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), and Linear Regression. Forecast accuracy is evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results reveal that the 3-period SMA method yields the lowest forecast error (MAD: 954; MAPE: 21.09%) and is the most suitable model for the case. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating forecasting methods into pharmaceutical logistics to improve production planning, reduce stockout risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. By adopting accurate forecasting tools, PT “X” can strengthen interdepartmental coordination, improve inventory turnover, and build a sustainable competitive edge in the pharmaceutical market.

Abstract

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has received increasing attention as a strategy to minimize the environmental impact of the healthcare supply chain. Not only GSCM, but digitalization practices are also believed to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. This study aims to examine the role of digitalization as a reinforcing factor in the effectiveness of GSCM practices for environmental sustainability. This research began with hypothesis preparation, which consisted of three hypotheses. Furthermore, data on the assessment of the relationship between digitalization, green supply chain, and environmental sustainability were collected through questionnaires to Health Clinics in Padang. Data processing was carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0. The processing stages consist of structural model design, measurement model design, path diagram design, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and IPMA analysis. From the processing results, digitalization and a green supply chain both make significant contributions to environmental sustainability at the Padang Health Clinic. Furthermore, based on IPMA's analysis, the implementation of green supply chain aspects and digitalization in the field has reached 69%. Nonetheless, there is still room for improvement to achieve better environmental sustainability. Therefore, to achieve environmental sustainability, health clinics need to emphasize and implement green supply chain and digitalization indicators.  Keywords: Digitalization, Sustainability, Green Supply Chain, Healthcare, PLS-SEM

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak tunarungu yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan akses terhadap bahasa lisan serta minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bersifat visual dan interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media flipbook digital dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak disabilitas rungu di SLB. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik anak tunarungu, seperti media flipbook yang memadukan unsur visual dan teks secara interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan Single Subject Design (SSD) model A-B, yang bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas media flipbook melalui pengukuran kemampuan membaca sebelum dan sesudah intervensi tanpa kelompok pembanding. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat siswa disabilitas rungu kelas III SDLB. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes membaca dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui analisis visual grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca pada fase intervensi dibandingkan fase baseline, ditandai dengan penguasaan beberapa huruf konsonan dan kemampuan membaca suku kata sederhana. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian selanjutnya serta memperkaya kajian pendidikan khusus dan teknologi pembelajaran.
