Abstract

In this era of globalization social media especially Instagram is a platform that is widely used by political actors in introducing their personal branding to attract public attention. Personal branding strategy is a good step in building political communication with voters due to affordability during the campaign. So in this paper the author wants to reveal what personal branding strategies are carried out by the candidates. This article is analyzed using a political branding approach using orange data mining as a coding tool to find out the sentiment of the public. The data from this study were taken from several posts from each candidate and comments from Instagram users. The results of this study show that the branding carried out by the two candidates shows a predominantly neutral sentiment from the public against several comments made in the comments column.

Abstract

Konjungtivitis viral merupakan salah satu penyakit mata yang paling sering dijumpai di pelayanan kesehatan primer. Penyakit ini merupakan peradangan pada konjungtiva akibat infeksi virus, umumnya bersifat akut, sangat menular, dan sering terjadi di lingkungan dengan kebersihan kurang baik serta populasi padat. Penularan dapat terjadi melalui kontak langsung dengan sekret mata, penggunaan barang pribadi bersama, maupun droplet yang mengandung virus. Laporan kasus ini membahas seorang remaja perempuan berusia 16 tahun dengan keluhan mata merah bilateral, gatal, berair, disertai sekret bening-putih dan demam. Pendekatan kedokteran keluarga diterapkan secara holistik, mencakup aspek klinis, personal, sosial, nutrisi, dan lingkungan. Faktor risiko internal berupa kebiasaan jarang mencuci tangan dan asupan gizi rendah kalori, serta faktor eksternal berupa kondisi rumah yang padat dan ventilasi buruk, berperan dalam perjalanan penyakit. Intervensi dilakukan melalui edukasi kesehatan, perbaikan pola makan, peningkatan higiene, dan pencegahan penularan di lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakat. Prognosis pasien dinilai baik (ad bonam) pada aspek kehidupan, fungsi, dan kesembuhan. Laporan kasus ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan komprehensif berbasis keluarga dalam penanganan kasus konjungtivitis, tidak hanya berfokus pada terapi klinis tetapi juga pada upaya promotif dan preventif.

Abstract

Colostrum is the milk produced on the first day arrival the third day after baby was born colostrum is the first milk that is produced, produced by the mother breast in the form of a yellowish liquid or clear syrup that contains higher protein and less fat and in ripe milk. Tp find out the relationship between knowledge and giving postpartum mothers about colostrum ASI at the Bataraguru City Health Center Baubau Year 2023.This study used a research Analytical survey design, the subject were postpartum women with knowledge and attitude, the data collection methods were primary and secondary data, data analysis consisted of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions.Chi Square test analysis P Value obtained (0,04) a (0,05), then H1 is accepted where there is relationship between knowledge and attituted of postpartum mothers towards colostrum breastfeeding at the Bataraguru Health Center, Wolio District, 2023.The management of early initiation of breastfeeding as initial act of giving colostrum to health services should be done better.
