Abstract

This research is a kind of field research with descriptive qualitative approach. The aim of this research is (1) to describe the implementation of Moral and Spiritual Development Assessment of Early Childhood in TK ABA Pajangan, Sleman, DIY (2) to describe the techniques and instruments of assessment used in TK ABA Pajangan, Sleman, DIY (3) to describe the follow up activity in TK ABA Pajangan, Sleman, DIY. The data is collected by observation, interview and documentation study, and analized by Miles and Hubberman techniques, through data reduction, data display, and conclussion drawing. The result of the data analysis indicates that assessment of Early Childhoods’ Moral and Spiritual Development is conducted by the teacher in term of formal and informal assessments. Technique and instrument used, are always inline with the expected indicator should be reached by every student on specific theme and sub theme. The follow up activity is according to the level of each student achievement.

Abstract

Abstract

Chili pepper is a high-value horticultural crop that has significant nutritional and economic value. Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) play a vital role in enhancing plant growth and productivity while supporting sustainable agriculture. This study evaluated the effect of PGPR derived from sugarcane roots and mimosa roots applied to chili pepper plants. The study was conducted using a factorial randomized complete block design. The first factor was the concentration of sugarcane root PGPR (0, 10, 20, 30 mL L-1), and the second factor was the mimosa root PGPR (0, 10, 20, 30 mL L-1). Observation variables included nitrogen uptake, plant height, flowering age, and fruit weight. The results showed that the application of sugarcane root PGPR had a significant effect on plant height and nitrogen uptake, with a concentration of 20 mL L-1 producing the highest nitrogen uptake (1.66 g). PGPR from mimosa root significantly affected flowering age and fruit weight, with a concentration of 30 mL L-1 significantly increasing fruit weight. However, the combination of both types of PGPR did not have a significant effect on all the variables observed. Thus, the application of PGPR from sugarcane root and mimosa root separately effectively increased the growth and yield of chili pepper plants, while the combination of both did not show a synergistic effect. Abstract

Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) merupakan tanaman perkebunan yang perlu dikembangkan karena permintaan tebu yang semakin meningkat. Sebagian besar hasil tebu digunakan sebagai bahan pokok pembutan gula kristal putih. Teknik kultur in-vitro merupakan metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan produksi bibit tanaman tebu. Untuk mempengaruhi keberhasilan kultur in-vtro diperlukannya Zat pengatur tumbuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon kombinasi ZPT (zat pengatur tumbuh) 2,4-D dengan BAP pada media MS (Murashige and Skoog) terhadap pertumbuhan tunas apikal tanaman Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.). penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Kultur In-Vitro Fakultas Pertanian dan Perikanan, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Banyuwangi pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai Februari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial yaitu konsentrasi 2,4-D dan BAP dengan tiga kali ulangan dan uji DMRT. Parameter pengamatan penelitian ini antara lain respon pebengkakkan eksplan terhadap media, respon perubahan warna eksplan, umur muncul kalus/tunas/akar, persentase kontaminasi eksplan tunas apikal tebu dalam kultur in-vitro, dan persentase pertumbuhan dan respon kalus. Perlakuan interaksi 2,4-D 3,00 ppm + BAP 1,00 ppm yang pada umur pembengkakan eksplan sebesar 4,67 setelah kultur dan umur muncul kalus 2,33 setelah kultur dengan kombinasi perlakuan 2,4-D 4,00 + BAP 3,00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumbersewu Kecamatan Muncar, Kabupaten banyuwangi, pada bulan Desember 2024-Februari 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asam fulvat terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan dan daya hasil pada beberapa varietas semangka eksotik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan beberapa perlakuan dan dilanjutkan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Pemberian konsentrasi asam fulvat menunjukkan hasil tidak berbeda nyata pada setiap parameter, tetapi pada penggunaan varietas menunjukkan hasil berbeda sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 14 hst pada varietas semangka kuning (S2) dan diameter buah varietas semangka merah (S1) dengan hasil terbaik dengan rerata 24,61 cm. Interaksi perlakuan konsentrasi asam fulvat dan varietas memberikan hasil tidak berbeda nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 7 hst dan 21 hst, umur munculnya bunga, berat buah, tingkat kemanisan, tebal kulit dan produksi per hektar. Namun berbeda sangat nyata terhadap diameter buah perlakuan semangka merah (S1) dengan perlakuan konsentrasi 1 g/liter (S1K1) dengan hasil kombinasi terbaik dengan retata 24,61 cm dan tinggi tanaman umur 14 hst varietas semangka kuning (S2) dengan perlakuan konsentrasi 2 g/liter (S2K2) dengan rata-rata tertinggi 46,82 cm.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of various doses of gamma radiation (60Co) on the germination of Prentul chili pepper.  This research was conducted at the experimental field or greenhouse of the University of 17 August 1945, Banyuwangi, from August to September 2025. This study employed an RCBD with a single factor, namely the dose of ??Co gamma radiation. The treatment consisted of 11 radiation dose levels: 0 Gy (control), 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, and 500 Gy. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the effect of radiation dose on each parameter. If significant differences were found, further analysis was conducted using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. Co-60 gamma radiation significantly affected the viability, mortality, germination rate (MGT), and early growth of prentul cayenne pepper seedlings. Low to moderate doses (50–200 Gy) reduced viability, whereas moderate doses (250–400 Gy) had a stimulatory effect similar to the control. The highest mortality occurred at a dose of 200 Gy, which is close to the LD??, thus potentially generating genetic diversity. At high doses (>400 Gy), MGT increased sharply, and seedling growth was severely inhibited by physiological damage. Thus, the dose range of 200–300 Gy can be considered the optimum dose for mutation induction in prentul cayenne pepper.
