Abstract

Muncar Beach, Banyuwangi Regency is an area with high disaster risk. Community-based disaster management will be much more effective than formal agencies set up by the state. But it also does not mean that formal institutions are not important. Education, counseling, and public awareness are non-structural/non-physical disaster mitigation activities. This study aims to analyze the level of knowledge and preparedness of coastal communities in Muncar, Banyuwangi Regency in dealing with disasters, and to find out how the community-based disaster mitigation system in Muncar Beach, Banyuwangi Regency is. This research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive research. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents. The subjects of this research are community leaders, fishermen, and the people of Kedungrejo Muncar Village. The analysis technique in this research is inductive. In this study, the inductive analysis used is an interactive analysis technique. The results show that the paradigm of disaster management at the population level has not changed much and is still associated with myths. Knowledge and awareness of coastal communities about disaster mitigation are still very low.Keywords: Mitigation, Disaster, Muncar, Banyuwangi

Abstract

Mustika Pancer Beach is one of the coastal attractions in the southern part of Banyuwangi Regency which is prone to Tsunami disasters. This research was conducted to examine the coastal tourism management system and to find out the coastal tourism development system based on a disaster mitigation system containing local wisdom. The advantages of pancer beach are that it has its own uniqueness such as topography, and natural conditions that are still natural and are more in demand by local and foreign tourists who want to surf and see the size of the waves. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain about the management and development system of coastal tourism and to find out and develop the role of local wisdom in the disaster mitigation system by using secondary data analysis methods, field observations to comprehensively see the existing conditions. The analysis used is by using an internal and external potential level assessment as well as a SWOT analysis. Based on the initial results of the SWOT analysis, it can be seen from the internal strength of Mustika Pancer Beach Development and Management which is quite good and the development and management of Pancer Beach tourism has a very large opportunity. So that strategic and effective steps are needed to overcome or minimize weaknesses in the development of mustika pancer beach tourism. In terms of local wisdom, the community in general has carried out rituals regularly, but it is necessary to anticipate and master disaster mitigation and disaster response tools to minimize and avoid victims if they occur. an earthquake occurs.

Abstract

This service is aimed at increasing the number of entrepreneurs and increasing the business competitiveness of Untag Banyuwangi students and alumni during the covid-19 pandemic. The small number of entrepreneurs, and the pandemic still hasn't ended, makes business people inevitably have to change their business strategies. The Untag Banyuwangi Entrepreneurship Development Program is carried out on the basis of cooperation with the Directorate General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation of mentoring is carried out by providing lighters related to entrepreneurship and business coaching assistance. The results of the service were obtained by 80 alumni students who started their business, after the selection and mentoring process, 5 students were obtained to then be granted patents for the products produced.

Abstract

Jumlah mahasiswa aktif Untag Banyuwangi berdasarkan pada tahun genap akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 4099 mahasiswa. Pada kegiatan PPK tahun 2019 dari 100 mahasiswa yang mendaftar hanya 20 yang didampingi secara intensif dan hanya 5 yang sampai sekarang bisa berhasil. Dari 20 mahasiswa tersebut belum ada yang memiliki business plan, mahasiswa dan alumni hanya sekedar berbisnis tanpa mempunyai perencanaan dalam business plan. Dengan melihat tingginya minat mahasiswa dan alumni yang ingin mengikuti PPK di Untag Banyuwangi, maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dan alumni tahun 2020 untuk membuat perencanaan bisnis. Pelaksanaan PPK di Untag Banyuwangi dilaksanakan dengan tahapan campaign program pengembangan kewirausahaan, live instagram cara gampang bikin iklan yang menghasilkan banyak pelanggan, live instagram cara meledakkan omset lewat marketplace, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam beberapa sesi webinar 1 dengan tema “Branding untuk usaha mahasiswa”, webinar 2 dengan tema “Bangun bisnis milyaran, modal recehan”, webinar 3 dengan tema “Jurus Ampuh menguasai bisnis kuliner”, pendampingan strategi bisnis dan pengembangan pembelajaran virtual menggunakan Massive Online Open Course Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan 2020. Dengan pendampingan kewirausahaan melalui PPK tahun 2020 mahasiswa dan alumni memiliki business plan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan melakukan bisnis secara tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many businesses experiencing a slump. The decline occurred because businesses were not ready to adapt to changing consumer preferences. Shops and supermarkets, which are usually crowded with consumers, are now suddenly deserted because consumers prefer to stay at home. Business owners must innovate, especially in terms of marketing to maintain their existence during the pandemic. This activity aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students and alumni to survive during the pandemic. The method of implementing this entrepreneurship development program is carried out in the form of a webinar with the theme Branding and Marketing Innovation During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The total number of participants is approximately 80 students and alumni. The results of the activity showed that the webinar activity really helped the participant's business to be able to grow and survive the pandemic. It is hoped that this webinar can increase creativity and bring up participant innovation to become strong entrepreneurs in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Demi mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam pembangunan Desa, Untag Banyuwangi turut serta berperan dengan cara mengirimkan 1 tim abdimas untuk melakukan pendampingan dan penyuluhan SDM di Desa Bulusari. Desa ini sekaligus menjadi salah satu desa binaan dari kampus Untag Banyuwangi. Masyarakat Desa Bulusari belum memahami bagaimana memasarkan produknya dengan menggunakan teknologi ataupun pemasaran yang saat ini semakin maju yaitu penggunaan digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat desa Bulusari dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan melalui pencatatan pelaporan keuangan dan penjualan dengan digital marketing. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan, sudah berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan kondisi kebutuhan mitra. Melalui evaluasi pengabdian yang dilakukan, pihak mitra lebih menyadari bahwa di jaman ini perlunya penguasaan akan teknologi informasi agar jangkauan konsumen menjadi lebih luas. Selain hal tersebut, mitra juga menyadari bahwa pencatatan laporan keuangan tidak boleh diabaikan, hal ini demi tercatatnya dengan terstruktur dan terukur antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Pemahaman-pemahama akan hal-hal tersebut di atas sangat perlu diperhatikan, hal ini mengingat keberlangsungan usaha mitra harus tetap berlanjut dan memberikan keuntungan bagi mitra. Sehingga mitra mampu merasakan peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

FMS technology is a digital platform designed to collect environmental information on plant growth, microclimate monitoring and automation of fertilization and irrigation of cultivated plants. The FMS application has 4 main functions, namely land digitization, soil nutrient condition monitoring system (agrooscane), climate monitoring system (agrooclimate), monitoring and automation of fertilization and irrigation (agroomation). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using agroscan, agroclimate, and agroomation tools on cultivated land in Kumendung Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research method uses the experimental method. The results of the study, namely the FMS agroscan technology, are effectively used to recommend improving soil pH, adding N, P, and K fertilizer inputs according to the needs of cultivated plant commodities. FMS agroclimate technology, effective for monitoring microclimate (temperature, humidity, rainfall, irradiation duration, and wind speed). The data displayed in the FMS agrooclimate can be used for consideration in determining crop timing, using varieties resistant to pests and diseases that develop in cultivation environments, crop rotation, fertilizing and irrigation times. FMS Agroomation technology is effectively used for setting fertilization and irrigation schedules.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has hit various sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). To stop the spread of this pandemic, many activities have been restricted under massive social restriction programs. Founded in 2015 and focused on empowering his MSMEs in Banyuwangi district and surrounding areas, Banyuwangi Untag Incubitek is committed to helping MSMEs to deal with this disease. Banyuwangi Untag Incubitek plays a role in helping MSMEs by working with mentors, coaches, financial institutions, government agencies and even foundations dedicated to his MSME development. His MSMEs who participate in this program include students, alumni and the general public. Gain the knowledge and skills to build and improve your existing business. The technique used in this empowerment program is to provide online coaching via Zoom platform, Untag Banyuwangi's Learning Management System "LMS". It is also available through Untag Banyuwangi's Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). The benefits of the coaching program that partners of this program can receive are various services in the field of entrepreneurship, and results such as increased sales from an economic point of view and job creation from a social point of view can be obtained. surrounding community. In addition to knowledge and insight, he is evolving to be able to motivate his MSME stakeholders with businesses affected by the pandemic to innovate further.

Abstract

The development of new business models is one of the strategies that can be pursued by creative industries to increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth. Singayu Handmade Jewelry is currently facing a number of significant challenges that hinder its growth. One of the main problems faced is the stagnation of sales growth, which is caused by a business model that has not been able to adapt to the changing market dynamics. This study aims to analyze the business model transformation strategy in the creative industry, especially in the Singayu Handmade Jewelry business, through the Business Model Canvas approach. The method used is a qualitative case study with data collection through interviews, observation, and document review. The results showed that Singayu transformed its business model by optimizing the nine component blocks of the business model canvas, such as strengthening and expanding distribution and marketing channels through e-commerce, social media and exhibitions, improving customer relationships through a more personalized approach, adding customization and collaboration services to increase revenue streams, strengthening human resource capabilities, adding key activities to increase brand awareness and sales, increasing cooperation with strategic partners and making efficiency in the cost structure.
