Abstract

Betawi Cultural Village is one of the cultural and tourist preservation areas in DKI Jakarta. Betawi Village is also currently one of the destinations that are in demand by local tourists for education and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of services in the current Betawi Cultural Village and whether there are improvements made by the managers of the Betawi Cultural Village to maintain the existence in the preservation of Betawi culture. This research uses a qualitative method by using interview techniques to managers in collecting data. The results that the author gets from this study are that managers and service industry players show that Betawi Cultural Village has improved its services by continuing to evaluate and what visitors need in the following year.

Abstract

Hemodialisa merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang dijalani oleh penderita gagal ginjal terminal seumur hidupnya. Seringkali hemodialisa menyebabkan ansietas dan stress sehingga mereka harus mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisinya. Salah satu bentuk adaptasi penderita gagal ginjal terminal adalah melakukan pembatasan cairan untuk mencegah hipervolemia. Kondisi hipervolemia dapat diketahui dengan mengukur interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa hubungan self acceptance dengan interdialytic weight gain penderita gagal ginjal terminal yang menjalani hemodialisa. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional yang melibatkan 62 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data terdiri dari lembar observasi yang berisi data demografi dan IDGW, serta kuesioner Unconditional Self Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ). Analisis statistic penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan self acceptance dengan interdialytic weight gain penderita gagal ginjal terminal yang menjalani hemodialisa (p = 0.534; α = 0.05).

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of information technology is increasingly rapid and has a major impact on various sectors, including in the fields of business and trade. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy used by companies to manage interactions with customers, with the aim of improving customer relationships, satisfaction, and loyalty. And for the problems that often occur in business owners of the Berkah Jaya Khalisa store, such as in the sales promotion section there is no, the store's income and expenditure reports are also not recorded. The transaction process used by the store still uses traditional methods, for example if there is a purchase of goods that are sold, the store owner must first record it on the invoice for the goods sold. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely a method that leads to in-depth understanding, by obtaining data through interviews and observations. The purpose of this study is to increase the efficiency of the sales process and expand the reach of the store's market through a system that can be accessed by customers from various regions, design a web-based CRM system that can facilitate the Berkah Jaya Khalisa Store in managing customer data and Assist sales through the website on the Berkah Jaya Khalisa store in increasing product sales turnover. And for the conclusions that can be drawn through the research that has been done, among others, such as the implementation of the CRM method at the Berkah Jaya Khalisa store, customers find it easier to find information about products and what items are available in the store. And customers can make orders online without having to come directly to the Berkah Jaya Khalisa Store.

Abstract

This study was due to the high number of students, particularly in the 11th grade, who are not yet aware of their own personalities and learning styles. Students tend to follow the learning process as directed by their teachers, while teachers predominantly use traditional methods with limited variations in the classroom. Consequently, students whose personalities did not align with these methods may struggle to engage effectively in the learning process. This study used a descriptive quantitative research approach with descriptive statistical methods. The population in this research consists of 11th-grade students at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi. The sample for the study was selected using a random sampling technique, resulting in a randomly chosen group of 11th-grade students. The instruments used in the study include questionnaires to investigate learning styles and another set of questionnaires to assess personality types. For data analysis, the researchers applied descriptive statistics with percentages and data visualizations, representing the results in bar and pie charts. The results revealed that the dominant personality type among 11th-grade students at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi is ambivert, accounting for 64% of the total sample. The dominant learning style among these students is kinesthetic, with a total percentage of 26%. The study also found that the dominant learning style for introverted students is visual, while extroverted students primarily prefer kinesthetic learning. Meanwhile, ambivert students tend to prefer a multimodal approach, showing the ability to adapt to various learning styles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity and Brand Image on Purchase Interest in Kawasaki Products in Mataram City. The population of this study is all individuals who know Kawasaki products in Mataram City. The data collection method uses a survey sample. The data collection technique uses an online survey with a data collection tool, namely a questionnaire. In addition, this study uses a sample of 100 people who know Kawasaki products in Mataram City with a sampling method of purposive sampling. This type of research is associative causal. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 24.0 for windows by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t), coefficient of determination tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of data analysis show that: (1) Brand Equity has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest, meaning that the higher the consumer perception of the brand, the greater their interest in buying the product. (2) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest. This means that if consumers have a good perception of the brand image, the brand is considered to be of high quality, trustworthy and in line with the brand's lifestyle, then they will be more interested and motivated to buy products from that brand.
