Abstract

Domestic products can be used to increase productivity and competitiveness in international markets. The government stipulates the use of domestic products by setting the sum of the value of the domestic component level and the weight of company benefits at 40%. Until now, there has not been much use of domestic products in the construction sector. Therefore, this study considers the value of the domestic component level in high-rise building projects to strengthen Indonesia's competitiveness in the industrial sector. In this study, the calculation method and value of the domestic component level will be analyzed along with the weight of benefits of construction service companies for multi-story building construction projects. The technique used in this study is quantitative, and it processes data such as technical specifications, cost budget plans, unit price analysis of work, and finding the percentage level of domestic material components through the Ministry of Industry website. The result obtained by this study is the percentage value of the domestic component level (TKDN) in high-rise building projects is 74.53%, the percentage value of the company's benefit weight is 3%, and the total value of TKDN and BMP is 77.53%. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the high-rise building project has met the requirements in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2021 concerning the Procurement of Goods and Services.

Abstract

The development of methods / systems in the field of construction every year is increasing, so that in planning a construction building can choose the most economical, effective, and efficient method to be applied. One of them is the casting implementation method which can be done by conventional method (cast in situ) and precast method (precast). In this study, the object reviewed is the Kasih Ibu Surakarta Hospital Construction Project, where the method of carrying out floor slab casting work uses the cast in situ method which will later be carried out a comparative analysis between the cast in situ method and the half slab precast method in terms of time and cost. This study uses data in the form of shop drawing, RAB, AHSP, and data on the number of workers to be the basis for analysis between the two methods. The results of the comparative analysis of the cast in situ method and the half slab precast method in terms of time and cost obtained results for the cast in situ method plate takes 129.26 days at a cost of IDR 11,200,040,000 while for the half slab precast method plate takes 108.89 days for IDR 2,375,860,000

Abstract

Standar mutu merupakan indikator dari kinerja sistem suatu unit meliputi masukan, prosedur, hasil, keluaran serta manfaat yang harus dipenuhi oleh tiap unit kerja. Pekerjaan Konstruksi merupakan keseluruhan atau sebagian kegiatan yang mencakup pembangunan, pembongkaran, pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, dan pembangunan kembali suatu bangunan. Peranan standar mutu dalam dunia konstruksi sangat besar, yaitu untuk memperoleh hasil pekerjaan yang diinginkan secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa standar mutu pada pekerjaan struktur dan pengaruhnya dengan keberhasilan pekerjaan struktur. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan observasi dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang ahli pada bidangnya. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini adalah standar mutu pekerjaan struktur yang terdapat pada proyek pembangunan gerung kuliah dan laboratorium berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Quality Target PT. PP (Persero) Tbk, RKS, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 6880:2016, dan SNI 8900:2020 terdiri dari 9 variabel dan 29 sub variabel. Hasil standar mutu pekerjaan struktur pada proyek ini yaitu sudah sesuai dengan standar mutu yang telah ditentukan. Semakin sesuai standar mutu pada pekerjaan struktur, maka akan semakin sesuai juga keberhasilan pada pekerjaan struktur. Semakin sesuai standar mutu pada masing-masing pekerjaan struktur, maka akan semakin sesuai juga keberhasilan pada masing-masing pekerjaan struktur.

Abstract

The construction of multi-storey building projects is one of the developments that also carries a high risk in terms of work accidents. Work accidents in the construction sector are actually the result of risk mitigation that is not well targeted. Based on data from BPS in 2014, there were 105,383 cases of work accidents recorded. The work accident data is dominated by the construction sector. The objective of this study is to examine the factors contributing to workplace accidents in construction projects involving multi-storey buildings. The stages of this research are a literature study to determine the variables to be used, followed by designing a research questionnaire and then collecting data by distributing questionnaires to contractors and supervising consultants from several construction projects. Data processing using questionnaire results is quantitative with the help of Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS 23 and SmartPLS programs. The data obtained were subjected to multivariate analysis using research instrument tests and classical assumption tests, then outer model and inner model tests were carried out so that it could be seen which independent variables had the most influence. The discussion in this research is explained through Pearson correlation analysis, multivariate analysis and SEM analysis. Abstract

Industri 4.0 merupakan suatu periode transformasi industri yang ditandai dengan adanya integrasi teknologi digital, otomasi, dan konektivitas data yang berdampak signifikan terhadap dunia konstruksi. Salah satu kemajuan dalam sistem kontrak konstruksi adalah penerapan kontrak rancang bangun yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor keberhasilan kontrak rancang bangun pada proyek pembangunan Stadion Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis hasil kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pakar, serta model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan proyek dapat diketahui melalui persamaan regresi Y = - 0,866 + 0,651X1 + 1,921X2 + 1,515X3 + 0,826X4 + 2,392X5 + 1,657X6, dengan nilai R kuadrat yang disesuaikan sebesar 0,957. Artinya faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh sebesar 95,7% terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kemampuan perencanaan yang baik dalam merancang dan membangun kontrak serta menyoroti peran penting koordinasi tim dan kejelasan tujuan proyek. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan fokus pada perencanaan yang komprehensif dan koordinasi yang lebih efektif antara tim yang terlibat dalam proyek. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada praktisi konstruksi dan manajer proyek tentang peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi proyek dengan menerapkan kontrak desain dan pembangunan

Abstract

Formwork innovations in the world of construction continue to develop, one of which is aluminum formwork. It was found that there were differences in the quality of work on aluminum and conventional formwork structures, so it was necessary to carry out an analysis regarding this matter. The method used is to analyze the results of questionnaires and expert interviews. The analysis carried out aims to determine the results of work on aluminum and conventional formwork structures on the success of structural work and the differences using a multiple linear regression model. The results of the research show that the influence of the results of aluminum and conventional formwork structures on the level of success of the quality of structural work on the Kediri Regency Stadium construction project can be identified through the regression equation Y = 3.946 + 0.564 X1 + 0.392 X2 + 0.155 with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.949. This means that the more aluminum formwork structural work results, the more successful the quality of the structural work will be. Apart from that, there is a difference in the quality of structural work between aluminum and conventional formwork on the Kediri Regency Stadium construction project with an average difference in acceptance of 5.08%. Based on parameters, the quality of work on aluminum formwork structures is superior to the quality of work on conventional formwork structures.

Abstract

One of the construction developments in Indonesia is the Kediri Regency Stadium construction project. In every construction project, it is very important to implement Occupational Safety and Health making it a primary concern. This is to anticipate negative impacts, such as increasing absenteeism rates, decreasing productivity, increasing medical costs, as well as a form of controlling all risks of work accidents in the work environment. This impact causes losses for both workers and contractor companies. Therefore, identification, assessment and analysis must be carried out to be able to control the risk of work accidents. The aim of this research is to identify risk factors for work accidents, assess the risk of work accidents, and control risks in the Kediri Regency Stadium construction project. The research method used is the Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. The results of this research were 45 risk factors, 29 of which were valid, and the results obtained were 2 extreme risks, 3 high risks, 17 mederate risks and 7 low risks. Apart from that, according to the risk control hierarchy, there are 3 types of risk control that can be applied in this research.

Abstract

Capital resources play an important role in a project. The optimization of working capital effectively and efficiently can have a major effect on achieving the maximum profit value for the contractor. Therefore, controlling cash flow is very important. One alternative that can be used to obtain maximum profit is the right scheduling. This study aims to plan scheduling optimally using the Ms.Poject ap`plication by utilizing float time. Where the utilization of float time uses a scheme with  25% down payment and without down payment. The float time variations used are 0%, 50% and 100%. An economic feasibility analysis was conducted to review the NPV, BCR, and ROI values. From the analysis results, the greatest profitability was obtained in the alternative without a down payment using 100% float. With an NPV value of Rp16,164,849,630, BCR value of 1.0651, and ROI value of 6.51%. It can be concluded that this alternative has maximum profitability.

Abstract

Construction in Indonesia is one of the government's top priorities in an effort to improve the welfare of the society. Construction planning must be carefully planned in order to achieve efficiency in project implementation, in terms of time and cost. A construction project requires planning and controlling material inventory. The purpose of material planning and control is so that construction projects can run smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Material planning and control can be analyzed using the material requirements planning (MRP) method. In this study, using economic order quantity (EOQ) and period order quantity (POQ) techniques. Cost budget design data, s-curves, work unit price analysis, and work progress reports are the data components to be processed. The results showed the cost of procurement of materials needed with the EOQ technique, namely: purchase cost of IDR 8,466,623,718.49, ordering cost of IDR 1,598,050.00, and storage cost of IDR 8,942,979.62. The total cost required is IDR 8,477,164,748.11. Furthermore, for the POQ technique, namely: purchase cost of IDR 8,466,623,718.49, ordering cost of IDR 1,598,050.00 and storage cost of IDR 9,674,554.05. The total cost required is IDR 8,477,896,322.53 Comparison of the costs required from the EOQ and POQ techniques can be concluded that Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using the Economic Order Quality (EOQ) technique is less costly than the Period Order Quantity (POQ) technique. Material procurement using Economic Order Quality (EOQ) is more effective. This is because the EOQ technique requires less costly / economic procurement compared to the POQ technique. In addition, with the application of the EOQ technique, there is a clearer material ordering schedule and the amount of material ordered is in accordance with the needs so that the material storage is not too much.

Abstract

Along with the development of Industry 4.0 technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as an innovation in planning, designing, and executing construction projects. BIM is a technological concept with methods and workflows based on project work information, all integrated into a digital model, which is then translated into a three-dimensional representation to enhance building design and construction productivity. In the Police Dormitory Apartment Project in Pingit, the need for quick and accurate calculations, cost projections, and volume of structural work is crucial. This can be easily realized through the application of Tekla Structures Building Information Modeling (BIM). It is expected that there will be a clear depiction of how BIM-based construction technology can be effectively utilized in this project. The method used is the BIM method with Tekla as the supporting software. From this modeling, it was found that the total cost of foundation work had a cost difference of IDR 19.973.729,42, which is 1,63%; the total cost of pedestal column work had a cost difference of IDR 13,713,600.03, which is 6,37%; and the total cost of sloof work had a cost difference of IDR 14.423.328,99, which is 6,06%. The total cost difference for all structural work on the foundation, sloof, and pedestal column was IDR 48.110.658,44, which is 2.86%. This suggests that the cost calculations using Tekla Structures are smaller compared to the MC100 work quantity.
