The Regional Partnership Program will be held in Mayangan Subdistrict, Probolinggo City by developing local government programs through education, economics and fisheries that prioritize community welfare. The development of community potential for fish processors needs to be improved due to lack of skills, limited employment opportunities and low entrepreneurial souls, most of whom are fishermen. Most are traditional fishermen with social and cultural characteristics that are not conducive to business progress and a decrease in the quality and quantity of local processed product resources. In this community service activity the method is carried out by means of counseling, training and mentoring to the community of Mayangan Subdistrict by empowering fish processors through the development of entrepreneurship. The development of processed fish products with quality control and food safety, especially for small and medium-sized businesses and through quality control of processed fish products will increase people's income so that government programs for public welfare can be achieved. Increased income by knowing the method of business feasibility analysis through Break Even Point and SWOT analysis can improve understanding of the acquisition of profits on processed fish products business. The results of community service activities through the Partnership Program in the Region are the formation of SMEs from not yet organized into 70 UKM from 2 villages and the formation of 14 types of UKM processed products and the formation of simple bookkeeping from 2 village.

Blitar Regency is one of the areas in East Java that has become the place for the growth of the food and beverage industry, and has enormous potential. MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) in Blitar Regency in 2011 was recorded at 18,644 units. The number then increased significantly in 2015 reaching 254,187 units. One of them is Sumberingin Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises located in the Sumberringin village, Sanan Kulon sub-district, Blitar Regency. These MSMEs seek to improve the economic sector of the region by processing natural resources into goods of the sale value, namely brown sugar. They can produce more than 12kg for each production. Their profits in one production with 12 units get more than IDR 250,000. They have a lot of contributions to their village in increasing the income per capita by producing traditional product to the market and develop their local potential to compete with other modern products through social media marketing and modern market places.

Melihat urgensi permasalahan yang ada di Kecamatan Wonoasih Kota Probolinggo, maka dalam kegiatan Ipteks bagi Wilayah tahap III ini disepakati bersama antara BAPPEDA Kota Probolinggo dengan Univesitas Muhammadiyah Malang dan Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan sumber daya alam lokal yang potensial melalui pemberdayaan UKM dan perseptif untuk peningkatan kemakmuran yang dilandasi dengan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan pembangunan daerah dan mewujudkan pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan.Tujuan dari kegiatan IbW Kecamatan Wonoasih adalah pemberdayaan pemanfaatan teknologi ramah lingkungan dengan membentuk manajemen UKM berbasis sumber daya lokal. Dalam tahun ke 3 ini dilakukan beberapa kegiatan berupa pembentukan sentra UKM, pembuatan WEB, BLOG, Brosur pemasaran, Pemantapan Kopwan UKM, Penerbitan PIRT bagi UKM yang belum memiliki, dan Pemberian intervensi alat untuk mendukung sentra UKM. Melalui kerjasama dengan pihak Bappeda khususnya pendampingan dari SKPD terkait, maka kegiatan IbW ini menghasilkan luaran kegiatan Pelatihan pembuatan WEB, BLOG, Brosur melalui media komunikasi IT (komputer), Pemantapan Kopwan UKM dan penerbitan 10 PIRT dari total 11 UKM, Pelatihan IT melalui laptop dalam pemasaran produk, Intervensi alat penyamblon plastik 3 buah, Intervensi HP 3 buah, Intervensi dana untuk Kopwan @Rp. 1.000.000, untuk Kelompok. Creative MSME is a solution for the community group of Klampok Kasri Village, Gading Kasri Village, Klojen District, Malang City in improving their standard of living through plastic waste management. But the problem arises because of the limited knowledge in managing plastic waste and how to market the recycled products. The existence of this plastic waste craftsman needs special attention because it needs a lot of guidance, both in the field of capital, product manufacturing, product quality improvement, marketing, bookkeeping. The result of this dedication is that the craftsmen are able to be creative in processing recycled plastic waste and able to market it online through social media and e-commerce. In addition, the craftsmen are also able to make simple bookkeeping for the financial records of their businesses

Kelurahan Karangsari after established of Karangsari Starfruit Agrotourism in Blitar City we can see economic development in society with how Starfruit farmer’s income transformed. For knowing income differentiation of Starfruit farmer we use paired sample t-test method. This research found that after established of Karangsari Starfruit Agrotourism in Blitar City give positive influence for Starfruit farmer. The influence is the increasing demand for the product, the creation of product quantity, the creation of selling price, the creation of product innovation, and give more employment opportunity for society who live nearby. The creation Starfruit farmer income in a significant way show that there is differentiation after established Karangsari Starfruit Agrotourism in Blitar City.Keywords: Agrotourism, Karangsari Starfruit, Blitar City, Farmer’s Income, And Paired Sample T-Test.

The objective of this study is examine the impact of grants fund, principal and compulsory savings on credit Disbursement in Women Cooperative in Trenggalek Regency. In this study, data are collected both primary and secondary from the Trade, Cooperative, Industry, Mining and Energy Office of Trenggalek. The analysis of data used quantitative descriptive method. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that grant fund and savings have a positive and significant effect, principal saving also has a positive and insignificant effect. It means that grant funds, principal savings, but mandatory savings existing in the cooperative greatly affect to credit disbursement of women bsded cooperatives in Trenggalek Regency. This study had a objective, that is : to analyze about fover the fuction of forest and the walfare in tourist area of Batu waterfall so it can be known are over the forest fuction commensurate with the well being og obtained by local communities. Analysis tools used are descriptive quantitative using t-test, the results of this study showed people's income are changed, this can be seen from the average revenue of the society. Where the average income is Rp 770.000 growing up 77.99% to Rp 1,355,000. The social impact is assessed of changes in the quality and means of education. Improvement of facilities and quality of this became the catalyst so that the public send his son. Healthy life patterns society became better as well as the existence of a new business field that makes labor can be absorbed around the tourist areas. The negative impact of any missed over the function of the forest, that is because of the numbers of visitors to much adn resulted in noise at citizens when entering the rest time.Keywords : environmental impact, Batu waterfall, revenue, social impact, tourist development

The aim of this research is to know the profile and female labors’ contribution and to know the influence of age, number of products and training female home industry labors’ income in Mojosari. The research method is multiple linear regression and simple income calculation. The result of this research is the majority of respondents are at the age of 61 - 70 years old, meanwhile, the respondents’ education is elementarily graduated. The result of female labors’ income contribution is 25.63% of total family income, so the female labors’ contribution as batik craftsman is still relatively low. The regression test shows variables of age, number of products and training are influencing and significant toward the female labors’ income simultaneously, meanwhile in partial, age has negative correlation and significant, number of products is positively influence and significant and training is positively influence and significant toward female labors’ income.Keywords: Females’ income, Contribution, Age, Number of product, Training
