Abstract

ABSTRAKMakalah ini menjelaskan kepemimpinan inklusi di era society 5.0 dari konsep dasar sampai pada perkembangan konstruk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi literature review yang bersumber dari google scholar, sciencedirect, emeraldinsight, buku terbitan internasional maupun buku terbitan lokal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruk kepemimpinan inklusi memiliki konsekuensi yang mampu digunakan pada sektor pendidikan dan organisasi, serta sebagai pengembangan sumberdaya manusia yang berfokus pada perilaku kerja. Adapun pengukuran kepemimpinan inklusi yang terdiri dari keterbukaan, ketersediaan, dan aksesbilitas. Penelitian bertema kepemimpinan inklusi akan menjadi tren penelitian pada tahun 2021. Keyword: Kepemimpinan Inklusi. ABSTRACTThis paper describes inclusive leadership in society 5.0 era from basic concepts to construct developments. The approach used is a literature review study sourced from google scholar, science direct, emeraldinsight, international and local published books. The findings of the study show that the construct of inclusive leadership has consignment that can be used in the education and organizational sectors, as well as human resource development that focused in working behavior. The measurement of inclusive leadership consists of openness, availability and accessibility. Research on the theme of inclusive leadership will become a research trend in 2021. Keyword: Inclusive Leadership.

Abstract

Generation Z's behavior in consuming goods and services has a tendency to a consumptive lifestyle, which can disrupt financial stability. Therefore, skills in managing finances must be possessed by Generation Z. Financial Management Behavior must be understood because the ability to manage finances helps to avoid a consumptive lifestyle. The focus of this study is to examine the effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior mediated by external locus of control on the consumption pattern of Generation Z, who in this study are students of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" East Java. The number of samples in this study is 325. This study used the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Financial Attitude has a positive influence on Financial Management Behavior, and external locus of control has a partial effect on the two variables studied.

Abstract

Tujuan dan sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan terhadap wanita, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk tetap bisa berkontribusi bagi lingkungan sekalipun stereotype terhadap wanita masih santer di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sekelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PKK di Kelurahan Kupang Krajan, Kecamatan Sawahan Surabaya. Melalui kegiatan ini peserta pelatihan diharapkan dapat memahami bahwa self efficacy atau keyakinan diri (internal) merupakan motor penggerak utama yang dapat mengantarkan mereka pada kesuksesan, termasuk sukses menjadi womanprenenur. Lebih dari itu, pelatihan ini juga akan memberikan overview bisnis yang ideal bagi perempuan agar mereka lebih termotivasi tanpa merasa takut dalam menyuarakan hak dan passionnya menjadi wirausaha. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat teredukasi untuk mulai memiliki keyakinan dalam berwirausaha dan merencanakan bisnis mereka.Keyword : self efficacy, wirausaha, ibu rumah tangga

Abstract

Business perpetrators specifically the perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise in Tlumpu village of Blitar city is through growing phase every year. On this growing, business needed some permits to get some legality and protection from the goverment. However, the prepetrators in Tlumpu village still don’t know and still lack knowledge about how to get Business Identification Number (NIB) via Online Single Submission’s web (OSS). The aim of community service activities is to clear the problem about business legality in Tlumpu village, where is this activity helped to introduce, increase knowledge, and assist the perpetrators business in Tlumpu village to make Business Identification Number (NIB). The implementation method used in this activity includes 3 stages namely socialization, training, and mentoring. The implementation of activities includes the delivery of theory, assistance in making NIB business licenses, and submission of NIB certificates to the perpetrators of business in Tlumpu Village. The result of this activity is the business perpetrators knowing the importance of legality in business and the registration of businesses into the OSS institution, thus the perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise in Tlumpu Village get business protection, ease of access to capital, and empowerment from the government, as well as assistance in the development of Small and Medium Enterprise

Abstract

Covid-19 has significantly shaken the wheels of the economy of people in all countries including Indonesia. MSMEs, which are one of the important pillars in the Indonesian economy, are also affected by these conditions. The main problem faced by MSMEs during the pandemic is sluggish market demand and high operating costs the market. Kampung Kue is one of the MSMEs that was formed organically through the initiative of residents who were also affected during the pandemic. Since the pandemic occurred, Kampung Kue has experienced a decline in turnover, lost some market share and some of them were forced to temporarily close their businesses. Not only that, there is still a lack of brand awareness and weak readiness to go digital, as well as the cooperation of the entire MSME community in Kampung Kue also still requires special attention for the growth of Kampung Kue. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and empowerment of Kampung Kue business actors. The results of the activity, besides increasing knowledge, it is hoped that the problems faced can be solved and find appropriate strategies so that they can encourage the growth of the creative economy of the people who are members of Kampung Kue

Abstract

Financial knowledge is learned by Generation Z students through lectures, seminars, and training activities carried out by campuses and off-campus institutions that are still considered less able to be applied optimally, this is shown through the lack of responsibility for students to apply the knowledge they get in their daily financial behavior. This study tries to examine financial management in Generation Z, namely students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. The approach to this research is qualitative which is used to find out and provide an overview of the reality of financial management behavior by Generation Z students. Data collection techniques through conservation, interviews, and documentation studies on students. Based on the results of this study states that students are less able to manage their finances because they are faced with unwise decisions in terms of financial management.

Abstract

Digital marketing is an absolute tool for today's business people, because consumers are more inclined to carry out purchasing activities online, especially after the pandemic. On the other hand, optimizing the use of digital marketing is also an interesting topic in the business world. Considering that currently almost all business units use information technology to support their business operations, even MSMEs are no exception. But unfortunately, not all MSMEs understand the role of digital marketing in reaching potential markets.The use of digital marketing in its development is carried out as an effort to survive amidst the onslaught of increasingly complex business competition. One of the MSMEs that has not adapted to digital marketing is Geprek SS, which is in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. The purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to Geprek SS business owners to utilize social media, create content in the form of videography and photography that can support product marketing. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely: (1) Identification of problems which analyze what are the obstacles to the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS and Needs Analysis; (2) Socialization and training to the owner of Ayam Geprek SS regarding the features available on social media and how to use them as digital marketing utilization; (3) Assisting the owner in implementing various explanations at the socialization and training stages so that they can use social media independently. The results of this activity are expected to be the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS which has implemented digital marketing and is increasingly developing the contents or content in it so that it does not fade the branding of its products, and continues digital marketing and explores more features in social media.

Abstract

In terms of location, Rungkut Kidul District has high potential where there are many MSMEs who live and sell there. Through community empowerment towards increasing MSMEs, it seeks to create improvements in the economic sector. However, local people lack the necessary knowledge to expand consumer reach, attract consumers to choose their products and increase sales figures. And for the time being they only sell from neighbor to neighbor. Therefore the answer to this problem is to equip MSMEs on how to expand sales and get consumers to choose their products. With the aim of empowering the community to master technology, marketing management and attracting the attention of consumers, this has been achieved through community service activities. Several approaches have been taken to increase MSMEs in the economic sector as follows: 1) outreach and FGD (Forum Group Discussion); 2) trainingDigital Marketing, 3) mentoring, this aims so that after the community empowerment program is completed, this increase in the economic sector is maintained in the future. The solution can be done through socialization programs and FGD (Forum Group Discussion) to find out what problems are experienced by these MSMEs, especially Waroeng Aidina. Conducting Digital Marketing training is the next step where to expand enthusiasts or consumers. These final results can include various improvements in the economic sector as well as an increase in MSMEs in the Rungkut Kidul sub-district area.

Abstract

Kampung Batik Okra Surabaya is one of the new tourist destinations in Surabaya. As a new tourism product, the people of Kampung Batik Okra still need assistance in developing Kampung Batik Okra as a tourist destination for the city of Surabaya in terms of the image or brand of Kampung Batik Okra as a tourism product in the city of Surabaya and its promotion. Seeing this opportunity, Team from UPN Veterans East Java seeks to provide knowledge transfer in the form of how to improve the image or brand of Kampung Batik Okra through an e-branding strategy as strengthening existence and reaching a wider tourist market, using social media as a promotional event and compiling product catalogs for map production capabilities and market demand. This transfer of knowledge is a step towards realizing tourist destinations that have marketability by highlighting the uniqueness, beauty, authenticity, and value of tourist destinations in a sustainable manner through sustainable tourism. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the image or brand of Kampung Batik Okra Surabaya to become widely known through cataloging or pamphlets, photo and videographic training and promotion and branding by using social media as a form of strengthening the existence of Kampung Batik Okra through e-branding. The results of this community service apart from transferring knowledge are also producing pamphlets and catalogs of tourism products as a means of promotion for Kampung Batik Okra Surabaya.
