Abstract

Children with mild mental retardation are different from normal children in general. Mild mentally retarded children have learning difficulties evident in the academic field. Therefore, to teach learning materials to children with mild mental retardation, teachers need to provide learning media. One of them is visual media. So this study aims to analyze the use of visual learning media in optimizing all aspects of the development of mild mentally retarded children. This research uses the literature review method with thematic structure data collection techniques and Critical appraisal analysis techniques. In this study, all results obtained in the reviewed literature showed that visual learning media significantly influenced the development of children with mild mental retardation. The visual learning media used in the research that has been carried out are blocks, counting boards, drawing cards, word walls, busy books, and picture crosswords. This is undoubtedly very helpful for teachers in the learning process because visual media can contain various learning materials to increase the interest and enthusiasm for learning of children with mild mental retardation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the storytelling method as an alternative to enhancing the spoken language of deaf children. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique of collecting the data was technique and observation. The student's principal, teachers, and parents become the informants. The researchers analyzed the data using a single case by determining the subject to be studied, then using research data sources, collecting and analyzing them, reducing and concluding and compiling. The results showed that the use of the storytelling method was effective in enhancing spoken language in deaf children. It is hoped that the school will routinely hold activities that can enhance spoken language in deaf children, using both the storytelling method and other methods

Abstract

Di Indonesia hanya terdapat 0,18 % dari total sekitar 225 juta penduduk yang memilih  untuk berwirausaha sedangkan Negara Singapura memiliki 4 %, pengangguran di Indonesia menjadikan permasalahan yang belum terselesaikan hingga saat ini, dari permasalahan ini membuktikan bahwa pentingnya mengajarkan anak untuk belajar berwirausaha sejak dini, Salah satunya dengan mengadakan kegiatan market day di sekolah. Adapun tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada anak melalui kegiatan market day. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan model teknik interaktif, di mana dalam proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan bersamaan dengan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan market day dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai kewiraushahaan diantaranya adalah kemandirian, kreatif pengambil resiko, kepemimpinan, dan berorientasi pada tindakan. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan market day mampu dalam menumbuhkan sikap dan meningkatkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan anak di TK-Al-Kindi Preschool Kota Pangkal Pinang.

Abstract

Parents have the role of the first educators for their children in directing, introducing, and implementing Islamic education in their daily lives. However, many parents still feel confused and burdened with their children's care and education while studying at home, especially working parents. Therefore, this study aims to provide understanding to parentsregarding the application of educational methods according to Islamic teachings. This research method is library research using thematically structured data collection techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis tecgniques. In this study, the results of the interaction between parent and child formed a strong personality and character, using methods adapted to their circumstances and conditions. The teaching methods can be applied through advice, examples, habits, and stories. This can certainly produce children who are faithful, sensible, insightful, virtuous, and noble character for the benefit of others and it is hoped that as long as these children study at home, their development can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui stimulasi yang diberikan orang tua di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan subjek Z diberikan stimulasi sangat baik ketika di rumah. Adapun stimulasi yang diberikan berupa bermain peran menirukan gerakan hewan, bermain petak umpet, melempar bola ke dalam ember, dan bermain bola. Peran orang tua selama era pasca pandemi dalam menstimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar sangatlah bagus. dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam menstimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar anak selama pandemi sudah baik. Perkembangan motorik anak yang berhasil distimulasi oleh orang tua yaitu menirukan gerakan binatang, melakukan gerakan berlari secara terkoordinasi, melempar sesuatu yang terarah dan menangkap sesuatu secara tepat.

Abstract

Life education in exercising independence does not absorb water, but is carried out repeatedly and consistently by means of habituation to a meaningful lifestyle in order to provide provisions for living independently, confidently, able to help oneself and be able to make wise decisions. This research is a type of library research or library research. References that can be taken from this research are primary and secondary sources. Using library research as data collection. The content analysis (content study) as a data analysis technique that can be used in this study. The results of this study explain that the concept of education that starts life plays a positive role in building children's independence, so it is developed by parents as one of the educational concepts that are learned to do things that are in accordance with the early development of children with independence as a habit. Can ensure that life is an independence that can help early childhood in controlling themselves, and form children who are skilled in all things. ABSTRAK Pendidikan kecakapan hidup dalam melatih kemandirian tidak semudah kapas menyerap air, namun dilakukan berulang kali dan konsisten dengan cara pembiasaan pola hidup yang bermakna agar memberi bekal hidup secara mandiri, percaya diri, mampu menolong diri sendiri serta dapat memutuskan sebuah keputusan yang bijak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka atau library research. Rujukan yang dapat di ambil dari penelitian ini adalah sumber primer dan sekunder. Menggunakan riset kepustakaan sebagai teknik pengumpulan datanya. Adapun content analysis (kajian isi) sebagai teknik analisis data yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Konsep Pendidikan kecakapan Hidup berperan positif dalam mendidik kemandirian anak usia dini, sehingga kecakapan hidup digunakan oleh orangtua sebagai salah satu konsep Pendidikan yang membiasakan anak untuk mengerjakan hal-hal yang sederhana sesuai dengan usia tahap perkembangan anak dengan menanamkan nilai kemandirian sebagai sebuah kebiasaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecakapan hidup merupakan unsur kemandirian yang dapat membantu anak usia dini dalam mengendalikan diri sendiri, dan membentuk anak menjadi berkepribadian yang terampil dalam segala hal apapun.
