Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara ZPT alami dan lama perendaman terhadap perkecambahan tanaman kedelai, dilaksanakan di Desa Jogosatru Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan pengamatan lanjutan dilakukan di Laboratorium Agroteknologi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, dimulai pada bulan November sampai Desember 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola factorial dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ. Faktor pertama yaitu ZPT alami yang terdiri dari tanpa ZPT alami (K0), ZPT alami bawang merah 75% (K1), ZPT alami air kelapa 25% (K2), ZPT alami bonggol pisang 40% (K3). Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman yang terdiri dari lama perendaman 3 jam (L1), lama perendaman 5 jam (L2), lama perendaman 6 jam (L3) yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan ZPT alami bonggol pisang 40% dengan lama perendaman 6 jam (K3L3) dapat meningkatkan kecepatan perkecambahan dan terjadi interaksi yang nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman pada umur 7 HST, interaksi yang sangat nyata pada umur 14, 21 dan 28 HST, dan interaksi yang nyata pada kadar klorofil tanaman. Pada perlakuan ZPT alami menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata pada variabel pengamatan waktu muncul tunas, jumlah daun, panjang akar, berat basah kecambah dan berat kering kecambah. Sedangakan pada perlakuan lama perendaman menunjukkan pengaruh nyata pada variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman dan kadar klorofil tanaman.Kata kunci : Kedelai, ZPT alami, Lama perendaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of tofu dregs growing media on the growth and production of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). The study was conducted in July 2015 to September 2015 on polybag land in Kedung Peluk Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This place is 20 m above sea level. A single factor experiment was arranged in a Randomized Block Design with 10 levels of combination treatment between soybean pulp and soil consisting of A1 = 0% soybean pulp and 100% soil, A2 = 10% soybean pulp and 90% soil, A3 = 15% soybean pulp and 85% soil, A4 = 20% soybean pulp and 80% soil, A5 = 25% soybean pulp and 75% soil, A6 = 30% soybean pulp and 70% soil, A7 = 35% soybean pulp and 65% soil, A8 = 40% soybean pulp and 60% soil, A9 = 45% soybean pulp and 55% soil, A10 = 50% soybean pulp and 50% soil. From the ten treatments, it was repeated 3 times and obtained 30 units of trials. The results showed that the treatment of using soybean pulp media with a combination of 20% soy- bean pulp and 80% soil gave the best response to lettuce plant growth, namely on plant height, leaf width, number of leaves, root length, wet weight of the upper part of the plant and total weight.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giberrelin (GA3) storage durationand treatment on the viability of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) seeds carried out at theLaboratory of Indonesian Center for Seedling and Plant Protection (BBPPTP) Surabayaon Mojoagung No. No. 52, Mojoagung Subdistrict, Jombang Regency in February toApril 2014. This study used a completely randomized design with factorial patterns with2 factors. The first factor is the storage time which consists of 4 stages P1 (7 days ofnatural storage of seeds), P2 (14 days of storage of natural seeds), P3 (22 days of storageof natural seeds), and P4 (29 days of storage of natural seeds). The second factor isinvigoration treatment which consists of 3 types without treatment (I0), GA3 10 ppm(I1), GA3 20 ppm (I2). The results showed a significant interaction between storage timeand invigoration treatment of plant height and germination capacity, storage durationtreatment affected the variable number of leaves, 7 days storage time (P1) produced theaverage number of leaves (3.75 strands) even though the result is the same as the storageperiod of 14 days (P2). While the invigoration treatment had no effect on the observationvariable of the number of leaves.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the large number of weeding and planting distance towards the growth and production of onion (Allium we have load. L), was held in the village of Jiken Sub Sidoarjo Reinforcement in January to March 2019. The experiment was devised in factorial using random design group with two factors and repeated 3 times the first Factor is the large number of weeding which consists of 1x(P1), 2x(P2), 3 (P3). The second factor that is a distance of planting that consists of 10 x 10 cm(J1), 10x15 cm(J2), 10x20 cm(J3). The observed variable is the length of the plant, the amount of leaves, the diameter of the tuber, tuber perrumpun amount, the weight of the wet perrumpun, wet weight per hide, dry weight per clump, dry weight per hide, and harvest index. The results of the analysis show the multiplicity of treatment between weeding and planting distance treatment happens different real interaction on variable dry weight per plant, dry weight per hide, and harvest index. Treatment of large number of weeding 1x(P1) with planting distance 10 x 15 cm(J2) produces the most weight (1399.87 gr).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the treatment of supplemen- tary liquid hyacinth fertilizer on the character of growth and production of green spinach plants. This research was carried out in Keboan Anom Gedangan Sidoarjo Village, Octo- ber to December 2018. This study used a single randomized block design (RBD) using variance analysis a 5% BNJ test which was repeated four times with the concentration factor of PPC hyacinth goiter which consists of 6 types, namely the concentration of 0% (T0), concentration of 10% (T1), concentration of 20% (T2), concentration of 30% (T3), concentration of 40% (T4), concentration of 50% (T5). Observastion variable included plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, stem diameter, wet weight, dry weight, harvest indexs. The result showed a significant effect on the harvest indexs, sig- nificantly affected plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of branches, while the wet weight showed a significant effect, and dry weight had a very significanr effect. And treament of T5 (30 ml/liter) the highhest average yield in wet weight is 10.43 grams.

Abstract

Sweet corn is an agricultural commodity that has potential value and is very popular with the community. This study aims to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer and plant growth regulator (ZPT) dosage on the growth and production of sweet corn, the study was conducted in June-August 2017 in Jiken Village, Tulan- gan Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency and Agricultural Laboratory of Agrochemical Faculty of Agriculture Muhammadyah Sidoarjo University. The experiment was arranged facto- rially by using Group Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was repeated three times. The first factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer, which includes 250 kg/ha, 300 kg/ha, and 350 kg/ha. The second factor is the dose of Atonic ZPT, which includes 0 L/ha (con- trol), 1 L/ha, dan 2 L/ha. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, weight of cob weighted per plant, weight of sterile per plant, length of cob, and diameter of cob. The result of the research showed that there was interaction effect between the treatment of NPK fertilizer dosage and the dosage of ZPT Atonik on high observation variable and the number of leaves age 39 HST, and the weight of wet stover. The dosage of NPK fertilizer showed significant effect on plant height, leaf num- ber, stem diameter, weight of cob weighted per plant, cob diameter, ear length, and wet stalk weight. The dose of ZPT showed a significant effect on vegetative growth that is of leaf number, stem diameter, cob diameter, and weight of wet stover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of growth and production of red onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) on the treatment of the number of tubers and chicken manure. This research was conducted at Green House Faculty of Agriculture University of Muham- madiyah Sidoarjo in May to July 2017. The design used factorial RAK and BNJ advanced test. The first factor is the number of tubers consists of 3 levels, namely the number of tubers per planting hole consisting of 1, 2 and 3, while the second factor is the dosage of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels ie 15 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha and 25 tons / ha. Based on the results of research conducted that there is a real interaction between the treatment of chicken manure dosage and the number of tubers per planting hole to vari- able number of tubers per hill, the number of tuber planting hole showed a significant effect on tuber weight and dry weight of tuber. The best treatment was chicken manure 20 ton / ha and 3 tuber per planting hole yielding plant length 43,94 cm, number of tiller per hill 18,00 tillers, number of tubers per hill 18,33 bulb, tuber dry weight 13,98 gr, wet weight of tuber 28,33 gr and tuber volume 26,67 ml.

Abstract

Performed at the Green House at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Starting in December 2018 until February 2019. This study uses a Randomized Block Design which will be followed by a 5% BNJ test. The first factor is natural ZPT coconut water, shallot , Moringa leaf and the second factor is sand + soil, sand + soil + fuel husk, soil + sand + fertilizer cage repeated 3 times. The results of the study showed that natural ZPT types significantly affected the length of shoots. While the composition of the planting medium has an effect on the number of leaves, leaf area, leaf wet weight, and root volume. While the natural ZPT interaction and planting media showed an influence on root length with the best treatment found in the treatment of Natural ZPT onion and soil planting media + sand + husk charcoal.

Abstract

Red spinach plant originally known as vegetable crop, Trichoderma sp function provides auksin signals and can also accelerate the growth of plants, especially vegetable crops. Giving fertilizer N, P and K is an effort to increase crop production. Manure can indeed increase the availability of nutrients for plants, research aims to determine the effect of giving Trichoderma sp and type of fertilizer on the growth and production of red spinach plants implemented in the Village Sidokepung Buduran Sidoarjo District Start July-August 2017. Factorial research using Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors and repeated three times The first factor is Trichoderma sp (T) consists of 4 kinds: T1 = Trichoderma sp, T2 = Trichoderma sp-Jjr-02, T3 = Trichoderma sp -Jtr-01, T4 = Trichoderma sp-Pjn-01. The second factor is the type of fertilizer (P) which consists of 3 kinds: P0 = tampa fertilizer, P1 = kima fertilizer, P2 = manure. Fariabel observed were Plant Height, Leaf Amount, Stem diameter, Wet Weight Plant, Dry Plant Weight ,. The results showed the interaction of treatment of Trichoderma sp and type of fertilizer to plant height of 14 HST, 21HST, 28HST and on the number of leaves showed interaction at 14HST, 28HST and interaction on wet weight of plant. In the type of fertilizer treatment occurs interaction in almost all observations of plant height, number of leaves, diameterbatang, wet weight and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

The main objective of this investigation was to study The Effects of PGR Soaking Treatment and Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage On Corn (Zea mays L.) Variety Arjuna Growth and Yield, this experiment was conducted at Jiken village, Tulangan, Sidoarjoduring April to July 2018,This research used a two factor Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) and repeated three times. The first faktor was PGR Soaking treatment (0, 15, and 20ml/liter). The second factor was Cow Manure Fertilizer (10, 20, dan 30 ton/ha). Parameters research focused on buds appeared time, plant height, the number of leaves, stem diameters, cob of corn fresh weight, cob of corn dry weight, and corn seed dry weight. This research reflectedsignificant differences interaction between PGR Soaking Treatment and Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage in plant height (42 DAP). PGR Soaking Treatment reflected significant differences in cob of corn, number of leaves (56 DAP), and very significant differences of corn fresh weight and dry weight, and corn seed dry weight. Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage reflected significant differences in cob of corn fresh weight and dry weight, and corn seed dry weight.
