Abstract

The Success to realize a new superior soybean variety is definitely by a genetic an phenotypic variability. Morphological relationships among soybean genotypes is necessary to orchid breeder in obtaining good hybrids in perennial plants. Openly related among soybean genotypes would increase their crossing opportunity. The aim of this research was to identify morphological relationships of ten soybean genotypes based relative determinant components. The research was carried out on the August until November 2005, at the experiment field of the Jember State Polytechnic and in the Biomolecular Laboratory of the Jember University. The experiment designed in Randomized Block Design (RBD), with ten soybean genotypes as treatment in the three replications. Relationships among of ten soybean genotypes was analyzed according to Cluster Analysis. The result of cluster analysis indicated that, (1) However the genotypes ZKJ 2-3 and ZKJ 1-7 are the most identical on similarity distance 0.0025. On similarity distance more than 0.9965, genotypes ZKJ 1-7 and 482 is different exclusively (2) On minimum distance 0.100 all of genotypes soybean can be divide four groups i.e. Group I (55, 56, 481, 482, Galunggung and 52), group II (ZKJ 2-3 and ZKJ 1-7), group III (I10), and group IV (Lokon).

Abstract

The main objective of this investigation was to study The Effects of PGR Soaking Treatment and Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage On Corn (Zea mays L.) Variety Arjuna Growth and Yield, this experiment was conducted at Jiken village, Tulangan, Sidoarjo during April to July 2018, This research used a two factor Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) and repeated three times. The first faktor was PGR Soaking treatment (0, 15, and 20ml/liter). The second factor was Cow Manure Fertilizer (10, 20, dan 30 ton/ha). Parameters research focused on buds appeared time, plant height, the number of leaves, stem diameters, cob of corn fresh weight, cob of corn dry weight, and corn seed dry weight. This research reflected significant differences interaction between PGR Soaking Treatment and Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage in plant height (42 DAP). PGR Soaking Treatment reflected significant differences in cob of corn, number of leaves (56 DAP), and very significant differences of corn fresh weight and dry weight, and corn seed dry weight. Cow Manure Fertilizer Dosage reflected significant differences in cob of corn fresh weight and dry weight, and corn seed dry weight.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of concentration and duration of soaking coconut water on the germination of black soybean. Merril). This research was carried out in April-May 2021 in Wunut village, Porong sub-district, Sidoarjo. The experiment was arranged in a factorial manner in a randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the soaking time, consisting of 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours. While the second factor is the concentration of coconut water, consisting of: 100ml aqua water as control, 25ml coconut water/ 75ml aqua water, 50ml coconut water/ 50ml aqua water, 75ml coconut water/ 25ml aqua water. Observation variables consisted of germination, plant height, leaf area, number of leaves, chlorophyll, wet weight, dry weight. The data were analyzed using ANOVA which was then followed up with the honest real difference test (BNJ), if the data obtained were very real then it was continued with the 1% BNJ test, but if the data obtained were real then it was continued with the 5% BNJ test. The res ults showed that the concentration and duration of immersion using coconut water showed a very significant interaction in the treatment, plant height at 14 DAP and 21 DAP, and showed a significant interaction in the number of leaves at 14 DAP and 28 DAP. The immersion time had a very significant effect on plant height at 28 DAP, while the concentration using coconut water had a very significant effect on germination.

Abstract

The effect of the concentration and interval of giving goat urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of kailan. This study aims to determine the interaction between the concentration and interval of giving goat urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of kailan. This research was conducted at Ds. Jatikalang Krian started in February – April 2023. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is the POC concentration which consists of 4 levels, namely concentration of 60 ml/L, concentration of 90 ml/L, concentration of 120 ml/L, concentration of 150 ml/L. The second factor is the administration interval which consists of 3 levels, including 3 days, 5 days, 7 days. The research results show that the concentration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer has an effect on the observation of the number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight. While the time interval treatment only affects the plant height parameter. The combination of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer treatment with the time interval of application showed a significant interaction on the observation of kailan leaf area. The best concentration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer is giving 120 ml with an interval of application every 5 days.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Modong Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency and continued with further research at the Agrotechnology Laboratory of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University. This research will be conducted in March-June 2023. This study used the Factorial Pattern Group Random design method, namely Red Lettuce Red Rapid and Lolorosa varieties with the provision of Gold Snail POC concentrations, namely 25 ml / polybag, 50 ml / polybag, 75 ml/polybag. The data obtained was analyzed using Fingerprint Analysis (Annova) and if the real difference was continued with the 5% Honest Real Difference Test (BNJ). The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, root length and harvest index. Based on the results of the study showed that the red rapid lettuce variety is a variety that has a very real influence on the observation variebel of plant height, number of leaves and wet weight, but does not have a real effect on the observation variables of root length, dry weight and harvest index. Based on the results of the study showed that the red rapid lettuce variety is a variety that has a very real influence on the observation variebel of plant height, number of leaves and wet weight, but does not have a real effect on the observation variables of root length, dry weight and harvest index. The treatment of gold snail POC with 50 ml administration had a very real effect on the observation variable of plant height at the age of 28 HST

The study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two factors and was repeated 3 times. The first factor is the dose of goat manure planting media consisting of 0ton/Ha, 20ton/Ha, and 40ton/Ha. The second factor was the dose of POC banana hump which consisted of 0ml/l water, 50ml/l water, and 100ml/l water. The variables observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, dry weight, and harvest index. The results showed that there was a significant interaction between goat manure at a dose of 40ton/ha and POC Bonggol Banana at a dose of 100ml/l water on the number of leaves at 35 DAP. Treatment of goat manure at a dose of 40ton/ha resulted in growth and yield production on plant height variables at the age of 42 DAP, 49 DAP, stem diameter, wet weight, and plant dry weight.
