Abstract

The flow of globalization and digitalization is a phenomenon that is present in our daily lives, both in material form and in our minds. In this digital era, people meet and interact in a globalized, seamless space and send ideas, opinions, behaviours, habits, cultures, and ideologies to each other. The impact of global social change that has also hit Indonesia with the rapid development of this technology, not only has the potential to have a positive effect on national life and humanity universally but can also have a negative impact. This is a literature study with a reflective and critical studies approach, which is presented in a descriptive-analytical critical manner as a doctrinal reflection and to formulate theoretical conclusions regarding Pancasila as an ideological foundation for the development of science in the academic community in Indonesia and the challenges of globalization that threaten it. This study found that in responding to this current situation, the resilience of the values ​​that are the basis for the development of science is greatly needed. In the current context, the values ​​of Pancasila can become a collective consciousness to maintain the preservation of national identity in the academic community and the results of its scientific development.

Abstract

Proposal ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi yang efektif dalam menanggulangi perundungan di kalangan pelajar SMP. Perundungan, atau sering disebut sebagai bullying, adalah masalah serius yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan siswa, baik secara fisik maupun mental. Mengembangkan strategi edukasi yang berfokus pada penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang perundungan dengan menggunakan metode kampanye online, konten edukatif, dan pelatihan untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang pentingnya menghormati perbedaan, membangun empati, dan mempromosikan kebaikan di lingkungan sekolah. Menjalin kerja sama dengan pihak sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan komunitas lokal untuk memastikan keberhasilan proyek ini. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk mengukur dampak dari penggunaan media sosial dalam upaya menanggulangi perundungan di kalangan siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kairatu Seram Bagian Barat. Diharapkan kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mengurangi perundungan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan mendukung bagi para siswa SMP Negeri 1 Seram Bagian Barat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini merupakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi empirik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Latdalam, Kecamatan Tanimbar Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang pelaku harta buang dan 4 orang bukan pelaku harta buang. Beserta 3 Kepala Soa, dan Bapak Tuan Tanah selaku informan. Selain itu penelitian ini didukunhg dengan studi kepustakaan sebagai bagian dari penelitian juridis normatif yang dilakukan dengan menelusuri dokumen berupa peraturan perundangan, putusan hakim, bahan referensi serta sumber sekunder dan tersier lain yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. hasil penelitian diatas maka peneliti dapat mengatakan bahwa ada harta buang yang harus dipertarukan baik dari pihak duan dan pihak lolat Semakin cepat permasalahan diselesaikan secara adat dan sanksi harta buang dibayar/dipenuhi, menunjukkan suatu itikhad baik, tanggung jawab dan penghargaan untuk menjaga hubungan kekerabatan tetap terjalin dengan harmonis. Adat ini bisa berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan masyarakat desa latdalam. Bagi pemerintah Desa Latdalam untuk menjunjung selalu kebiasaan yang sudah turun temurun dilestarikan oleh generasi ke generasi. Adat sangat berperang dalam masayarakat karena dengan hubungan keluarga tidak terputus.

Abstract

Lack of social skills in students has an impact on students' indifferent attitude towards tasks given by teachers, lack of student participation in school activities and lack of interaction between students so that there are students who tend to be closed and have no sense of concern for their friends. Therefore, the role of teachers is needed in providing a positive contribution to the development of students' social attitudes. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively which aims to describe the problems that occur and relate them to the specified variables and can also be discussed in narrative form. The results of the study found that social skills as an interaction ability between teachers and teachers and teachers with students, and students with students so social skills in schools are related to the relationship of school community interactions, the role of teachers in developing students' social skills attitudes is shown through a learning approach in the classroom, for example through character values ​​explained in learning with the aim of training students to have a sense of sympathy, concern, tolerance which are part of social skills so that in the development of students' social skills at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat, students can accept the application of social skills attitudes well, this can be seen from student interactions both with teachers and with peers. Application of Social Skills attitudes in Learning for students in class that in the learning process carried out by teachers in class at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat, using learning methods such as: question and answer methods, lecture methods, demonstration methods, discussion methods, jigsaw learning methods, peer teaching methods. The application of social skills attitudes in classroom learning, the right method is a method that trains student cooperation, trains how to convey opinions such as question and answer methods, discussion methods. In implementing social skills attitudes, not only teachers have an important role, but social skills are also carried out by other teachers in classroom learning using learning methods that can develop students' social skills.

Abstract

Today’s education requires students to possess knowledge and be able to use technology in their learning, such as the Canva app, which they can then use to create anti-corruption flyers. This activity equips students with basic graphic design skills through Canva to creatively promote anti-corruption values within the school environment. This community service activity employs participatory training methods and Project-Based Learning. Students at the Pattimura University Laboratory Junior High School were educated on the values of integrity, followed by hands-on practice designing anti-corruption flyers using the Template feature. The results of the activity demonstrate that students can use the application effectively, as evidenced by their creativity in selecting and finalizing designs, as well as their ability to craft anti-corruption narratives, resulting in flyers suitable for display on school bulletin boards and social media.

Abstract

The diversity of laws and regulations governing law enforcement in maritime and water areas, along with regulations containing procedural law, creates overlapping issues. This situation results in many subjects or agencies having authority over the same tasks within the same territory. This situation of one task with many officers can trigger conflicts between agencies. This article was written based on research using literature search methods and using available data. This research concludes that it is necessary to reorganize the law on maritime and coastal law enforcement in an integrated manner within an Lex Omnibus that systematically and comprehensively regulates the law on maritime and coastal law enforcement in Indonesia related to the utilization and management of marine resources, including maritime and coastal areas within the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as a paradigm understanding between the parties involved.

Abstract

Abstract The supervisory function of the DPRD includes carrying out supervision over the implementation of regional regulations and other statutory regulations, regional head regulations, APBD, regional government policies in implementing regional development programs, and international cooperation in the region. Based on the functions, duties, authority and rights of the DPRD, it is hoped that the DPRD will be able to play its role optimally in carrying out the control function over the implementation of regional regulations. In this regard, the West Seram Regency DPRD must also actively carry out a supervisory function over the implementation of regional regulations in West Seram Regency. This type of research is normative juridical research, which in this research is called normative legal research or also called library legal research, is research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone. With the analysis in this research, you will immediately search for and find results/answers to the problems being studied. The research results found that the process of implementing DPRD supervision of regional regulations basically refers to Law number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government which regulates the supervisory function as intended in Article 149 paragraph (1) letter c, realized in the form of supervision of: a. implementation of Regency/City Regional Regulations and regent/mayor regulations; b. implementation of the provisions of other laws and regulations related to the administration of district/city Regional Government; and c. implementation of follow-up to the results of financial report audits by the Financial Audit Agency. Factors that hinder the implementation of duties and authority in supervising the implementation of regional regulations include: 1) Lack of understanding by council members regarding the boundaries and scope of the supervisory function. 2) Unequal perceptions among DPRD members. 3) Limited resources to carry out supervisory functions. However, efforts are being made to find solutions to these inhibiting factors so that in the future the West Seram Regency DPRD can carry out its functions well. Keywords: Supervisory Function, Regional Regulations Abstrak Fungsi Pengawasan oleh DPRD meliputi, melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan Perda dan peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya, peraturan kepala daerah, APBD, kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan program pembangunan daerah, dan kerja sama internasional di daerah. Berdasarkan fungsi, tugas, wewenang dan hak yang dimilki DPRD diharapkan DPRD mampu memainkan perannya secara optimal mengemban fungsi kontrol terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan daerah. Sehubungan dengan itu maka DPRD Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat pula harus secara aktif melakukan fungsi pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan daerah di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, yang dalam penelitian ini disebut penelitian hukum normatif atau disebut juga penelitian hukum kepustakaan, adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka atau data sekunder belaka. Dengan dekimian dalam penelitian ini, akan mencari dan menemukan segera hasil/jawaban atas permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Proses pelaksanaan pengawasan DPRD terhadap peraturan daerah pada dasarnya mengacu pada UU nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentnag Pemerintah Daerah didalamnya mengatur tentang Fungsi pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 149 ayat (1) huruf c diwujudkan dalam bentuk pengawasan terhadap: a. pelaksanaan Perda Kabupaten/Kota dan peraturan bupati/wali kota; b. pelaksanaan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan lain yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah kabupaten/kota; dan c. pelaksanaan tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan laporan keuangan oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan. Khusus pada pelaksanaan peraturan daerah hal itu perlu peran yang lebih optimal sehingga pelaksaan perda tepat pada sasaran. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat jalannya pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap jalannya perda, antara lain: 1) Kurangnya pemahaman para anggota dewan akan batasan-batasan dan ruang lingkup fungsi pengawasan. 2) Ketidaksamaan persepsi diantara anggota DPRD. 3) Sumber daya yang terbatas untuk menjalankan fungsi pengawasan. Namun faktor-faktor pengahambat tersebut diusahakan memiliki solusi sehingga kedepan DPRD kabupaten Seram bagian barat dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik.
