Abstract

This research focuses on the application of behavior modification techniques in various specific behaviors agreed upon, aiming to influence the levels of social skills. The research method employed is the Single Subject Design approach. The respondents of this study are children with low social skills receiving services at SATPEL PSA. Instruments used to measure baseline A1, treatment (B1), and baseline A2 are based on the results of behavior assessments, identifying 9 behaviors with 36 specific behaviors. The implementation of behavior modification techniques aims to reduce maladaptive behaviors in children, utilizing motivation techniques, positive reinforcement, modeling, counseling, and self-help groups. The research results indicate that two children, SS and MK, showed increased measurements in cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects during baseline and intervention. The highest results were recorded in the behavioral aspect, while the cognitive aspect showed a comparatively lower improvement.

Abstract

This study investigates bullying behavior from the perspective of social identity theory. Bullying is a serious issue affecting the well-being of individuals in schools and communities. The primary aim of this research is to explore how identification with specific social groups influences bullying behavior. The methodology employed is a systematic literature review focusing on inclusion criteria related to social identification, group dynamics, status and power, and contextual factors. Key findings indicate that social identification plays a pivotal role in bullying behavior, while group dynamics, social status, and influences from school, family, and social media contexts are also significant. The research findings carry significant implications for enhancing anti-bullying efforts, primarily by focusing on the development of more impactful interventions. It is vital to prioritize the creation of safe and inclusive school environments as a key aspect in combating bullying effectively.

Abstract

Pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan tentang strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa  sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah 2 Pendakian Kota Bengkulu karena minat membaca siswanya masih rendah, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, guru belum memahami sepenuhnya bagaimana strategi untuk menumbuhkan minat baca siswa. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, penyuluhan/sosialisasi strategi menumbuhkan minat baca siswa Sekolah Dasar, implementasi strategi menumbuhkan minat baca siswa oleh guru Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 2, melakukan pendampingan guru dalam  melaksanakan strategi menumbuhkan minat baca siswa Sekolah Dasar, melakukan  evaluasi terhadap guru, merefleksi  pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran dalam menumbuhkan minat baca siswa Sekolah Dasar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 2 pendakian berjalan lancar dan mendapat sambutan baik dari guru-guru. Semua guru hadir dan antusias mengikuti sosialisasi  tentang literasi dan mengimplementasikan strategi dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa  Sekolah Dasar. Guru di SDM 2 Pendakian sudah dapat memahami tahapan pelaksanaan literasi di sekolah dasar dan dapat menerapkan strategi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa. Kreativitas, ketekunan dan kemauan guru dalam menerapkan tahapan literasi di sekolah dasar dan melaksanakan strategi dalam pembelajaran literasi dapat meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa di sekolah tersebut. Abstract

This paper explores the strategic linkage between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social entrepreneurship as an innovative approach to generating sustainable social impact. Employing a case-study method focused on a coal-mining company in Indonesia, the study illustrates how CSR functions not merely as a matter of compliance or philanthropy, but as a tool for community empowerment through capacity building and local enterprise development. The findings reveal that CSR initiatives oriented toward strengthening social entrepreneurship—such as skills training, micro-enterprise development, and women’s empowerment—can create mutually reinforcing social and economic value. Nonetheless, challenges related to sustainability, program monitoring, and competency enhancement remain critical issues that must be addressed. The study recommends integrating social-entrepreneurship approaches into corporate CSR strategies and fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships to broaden their impact. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed, along with suggestions for future research aimed at bolstering external validity and the generalizability of findings within the context of sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to develop video tutorial-based learning media to increase the Online Learning System (Spada) use at Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. This media development was based on feedback, suggestions, and preliminary survey findings, showing that 24% of the 80 respondents who utilized Spada UNS said there were not enough tutorials for the software. The research method employed was research development (R&D) with development procedures referring to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluations) developed by Dick and Carry. The feasibility of learning media was assessed by media and material experts who were members of the PPTIuP LPPMP UNS peer group. Data collection instruments encompassed questionnaires, literature studies, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis results from the feasibility test then used the Likert scale. On the https://spada.uns.ac.id page, under the "Video Tutorial" menu, are links to the outcomes of the learning media development in the form of video tutorials on utilizing Spada UNS. The video tutorial passed the "Very Good" criteria and is feasible to use as a learning medium to improve the knowledge of Spada UNS users, according to the feasibility test findings on the video tutorial as a whole from the three elements assessed, which earned a percentage of 90%.

Abstract

Microsoft Office lebih dikenal sebagai aplikasi desktop perkantoran. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, Microsoft Office bertranformasi menjadi aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara luas, dapat dipakai dimana saja, kapan saja, dengan media apa saja secara online. Banyak fitur-fitur baru yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh semua kalangan termasuk dunia Pendidikan. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam dunia Pendidikan adalah Microsoft Teams. Microsoft teams dapat menjadi salah satu platform pembelajaran yang memungkinkan pendidik dan peserta didik berkolaborasi maupun berinteraksi pada saat pembelajaran daring. UNS telah melakukan kerjasama dengan Microsoft Indonesia dan sudah  melakukan deploy pemanfaatan office 365. Kurangnya sosialisasi dan dukungan teknis menyebabkan pemanfaatannya belum maksimal. Untuk dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Teams sebagai media pembelajaran daring diperlukan pelatihan. Tujuan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatakan kompetensi dan literasi digital pemangku pembelajaran. Pelatihan diadakan secara luring selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Sasaran peserta pelatihan adalah 30 orang dosen pengampu matakuliah. Peserta pelatihan memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan peserta selama pelatihan berlangsung. Mereka merasa pelatihan ini sangat berguna bagi peningkatan kompetensi dan literasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alternatif aplikasi pembelajaran daring.Kata kunci: Microsoft Teams; Office 365; LMS.
