Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is based on the high level of anxiety experienced by preoperative bronchoscopy patients. In 2023, at RSUP Persahabatan, approximately 72% of patients experienced anxiety before undergoing bronchoscopy. Preoperative anxiety can affect the success of the procedure, cause discomfort during the operation, and interfere with the patient's recovery post-surgery. Preoperative anxiety can be managed through various methods, such as deep breathing relaxation techniques, music therapy, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, and distraction techniques. The five-finger hypnosis therapy delivered through a website is considered a potential non-pharmacological intervention to reduce this anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the five-finger hypnosis therapy delivered through a website in reducing the anxiety levels of preoperative bronchoscopy patients at RSUP Persahabatan. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest one-group design. The study involved 30 patients (aged 20-50 years) who were scheduled to undergo bronchoscopy and were selected using purposive sampling. The intervention consisted of five-finger hypnosis therapy delivered through a website by the researcher. The results showed that before the five-finger hypnosis therapy, the average anxiety score was 13.00, with 60% of patients experiencing moderate anxiety. After the therapy, the anxiety level decreased to an average of 10.17, with the percentage of patients experiencing no anxiety increasing to 16.7%. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a p-value of 0.001 (p<0.005), indicating a significant effect of the five-finger hypnosis therapy delivered through a website on reducing the anxiety levels of preoperative bronchoscopy patients. The conclusion of this study is that the five-finger hypnosis therapy delivered through a website is effective in reducing the anxiety levels of preoperative bronchoscopy patients. This study provides benefits for the development of non-pharmacological interventions in managing preoperative anxiety, particularly in the use of web-based technology to enhance the quality of healthcare services.  Keywords: Bronchoscopy, Five-Finger Hypnosis, Non-Pharmacological Intervention, Preoperative Anxiety, Website  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh pasien preoperasi bronkoskopi, pada tahun 2023 di RSUP Persahabatan sekitar 72% mengalami kecemasan saat akan menghadapi operasi bronkoskopi. Kecemasan yang dialami pasien sebelum operasi dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan prosedur, ketidaknyamanan selama tindakan, dan mengganggu pemulihan pasien setelah operasi. Kecemasan pasien preoperasi dapat diatasi dengan beberapa cara, seperti menggunakan teknik relaksasi napas dalam, terapi musik, aromaterapi, hipnoterapi, dan distraction techniques. Terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website dipandang sebagai salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang potensial untuk mengurangi kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi bronkoskopi di RSUP Persahabatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan pretest-posttest one group design. Responden penelitian 30 pasien (20-50 tahun) yang akan menjalani bronkoskopi dan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website yang diberikan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website menunjukkan skor kecemasan rata-rata 13,00 dengan mayoritas mengalami cemas sedang sebesar 60%. Setelah hipnosis lima jari berbasis website tingkat kecemasan menurun menjadi rata-rata 10,17 dengan peningkatan jumlah pasien yang tidak cemas menjadi 16,7%. Hasil Uji Paired Sample T Test menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 (p<0,005) menandakan ada pengaruh signifikan dari terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi bronkoskopi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terapi hipnosis lima jari berbasis website efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan pasien preoperasi bronkoskopi. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam manajemen kecemasan preoperasi, khususnya dalam penggunaan teknologi berbasis website untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Bronkoskopi, Hipnosis Lima Jari, Intervensi Nonfarmakologis, Kecemasan Preoperasi, Website

Abstract

This research explores women's pesantren as a forum for Islamic religious education for women to learn Islam and other soft skills that will be needed in the future. The location of this research is Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Pandansari Batang Regency. Qualitative research methods, in-depth interview data collection techniques, and participatory observation of this research were conducted. The results of this research show that it is Pesantren Nurul Huda, a traditional Islamic boarding school or pesantren whose students live together under the guidance of a Pak Kyai and Bu Nyai. Pak Kyai and Bu Nyai guide their students to become good female leaders by adhering to the teachings of Islam because Islam does not prohibit women from being leaders in society. Women's boarding schools empower women to create gender equality between men and women, but that does not mean women have to be equal to men. Women's empowerment prioritises women's independence so that they are not too dependent on men.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The increase in HIV cases is in line with the development of antiretroviral therapy (ART), which has an impact on increasing the life expectancy of HIV/AIDS patients. New challenges that accompany the increase in life expectancy of HIV/AIDS patients, namely how to ensure good quality of life (QoL) in patients. The methodology used in this Scoping Review adheres to the methodological guidelines outlined by Levac and Colquhoun. Cultural and cultural differences play a very important role in determining the quality of life in people with HIV/AIDS. A good understanding of the cultural context in a population can develop more effective interventions to address the challenges faced by people with HIV/AIDS as an effort to improve the quality of life in patients with HIV/AIDS Keywords: Quality of Life, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (Hiv), Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).  ABSTRAK Peningkatan kasus HIV tersebut sejalan dengan perkembangan terapi antiretroviral (ART), yang berdampak pada peningkatan angka harapan hidup pasien HIV/AIDS. Tantangan baru yang menyertai peningkatan harapan hidup pasien HIV/AIDS, yakni bagaimana memastikan kualitas hidup (Quality of Life/QoL) yang baik pada pasien. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam Scoping Riview ini mematuhi pedoman metodologis yang digariskan oleh Levac dan Colquhoun. Perbedaan kultur dan budaya memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kualitas hidup pada penderita HIV/AIDS. Pemahaman konteks budaya, yang baik pada suatu populasi dapat mengembangkan intervensi yang lebih efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh penderita HIV/AIDS sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien dengan HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Hidup, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (Hiv), Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).

Abstract

One of the significant health problems in Indonesia and the world is mental health. The family is the closest unit for individuals who are facing health problems. The reason of this investigation was to decide whether there's an impact of variables related to the family’s capacity to care for patients with rough behavior at the outpatient clinic of Rs dr. H Marzoeki Mahdi, Bogor. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research instrument used was the RSES questionnaire to measure knowledge, attitudes, and the family's capability. The testing procedure utilized was purposive inspecting with consideration and avoidance criteria. The sample consisted of 53 subjects. The measurable test utilized was the Chi-Square test. The comes about of this ponder demonstrated that families who were incapable to care for patients with rough behavior summed to 38 subjects (71,7%), which was more than the subjekts who were able to care for patients with violent behavior, which consisted of 15 subjects (28,3%). There's a critical relationship between family demeanors towards patients with savage behavior and the family's failure to care for patients with a p-value of 0,008 and 0,007. The majority of families have good attitudes and knowledge, but it turns out that many of them are lacking in their ability to care for families with problems of violence.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Gadgets are small electronic devices designed with various practical functions to assist human work. Unfortunately, there is often a misuse of gadgets by teenagers, leading to an increase in the number of gadget-dependent teenagers. This has the potential to cause emotional and behavioral disorders in them. What is meant by emotional disturbance is a condition that arises due to certain situations related to approach or avoidance behavior towards something. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of gadget use to emotional development in adolescents. This study used Cross sectional method. The population is teenagers in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta. The sampling technique used Random Sampling with a total sample of 112. The instruments used were a gadget questionnaire with a Likert scale and questionnaire Strenghth Diffuculties Questionnaire SDQ using Chi-Square analysis used to identify the relationship between variables. The results showed that there was a relationship between gadget use and emotional development (P Value = 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between gadget use and emotional development in adolescents (P Value = 0.001). It is hoped that the results of this study can make teenagers wiser in using gadgets. Keywords: Gadget, Emotional Development, Adolescents.  ABSTRAK Gadget adalah perangkat elektronik kecil yang dirancang dengan berbagai fungsi praktis untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia. Namun disayangkan, sering kali terjadi penyalahgunaan gadget oleh remaja, yang menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah remaja yang ketergantungan terhadap gadget. Sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada mereka. Yang dimaksud dengan gangguan emosi adalah suatu kondisi yang muncul akibat situasi tertentu yang berkaitan dengan perilaku pendekatan atau penghindaran terhadap sesuatu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan emosional pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cross sectional. Populasinya adalah remaja di Pejaten Barat Jakarta Selatan. Teknik penggambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling dengan total sampel 112. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner gadget dengan skala likert dan kuesioner Strenghth Diffuculties Questionnaire SDQ dengan menggunakan analisis Chi-Square digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan emosional (P Value = 0,001). Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan emosional pada remaja (P Value = 0,001). Diharapkan  hasil penelitian ini remaja dapat lebih bijak lagi dalam menggunakan gadget. Kata Kunci: Gadget, Perkembangan Emosional, Remaja

Abstract

ABSTRACT Parents are the main determinants of their children’s oral hygiene at preschool age. The prevalence of oral and dental problems in DKI Jakarta Province is 59,13% with the proportion of correct tooth brushing in South Jakarta City only 3,33%. So that control efforts are needed such as the selection of toothbrushes, the use of toothpaste, the correct brushing technique, the frequency of brushing and diligent control to the dentist to maintain oral hygiene. To identify the relationship between knowledge and parenting with tooth brushing technique in pre-school student of playground Bintaro South Jakarta. Quantitative correlational research design with a cross-sectional analytic approach. Knowledge was measured using a knowledge questionnaire, parenting styles were measured using The Parenting Styles and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ), and correct tooth brushing techniques were measured using an observation sheet. The majority of the respondents were female (88%), the average age was 31 with SD 3.338, and Bachelor education (54.7%). The majority of respondents had good knowledge (56.0%) and authoritative parenting (73.3%). The correct tooth brushing technique in children is lacking (73.3%). The results of the chi-square statistical test analysis in no relationship between knowledge and parenting with tooth brushing technique in pre-school student of play ground Bintaro South Jakarta City with a p-value of 0.920 and 0.655 > α = 0.5. It is expected that school will collaborate with the health services to conduct counseling related to correct tooth brushing techniques in preschool children. Keywords: Knowledge, Parenting, Tooth Brushing Technique  ABSTRAK Orang tua merupakan penentu utama kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak-anak mereka di usia prasekolah. Pravelensi yang mengalami permasalahan gigi dan mulut di Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebesar 59,13% dengan proporsi menyikat gigi yang benar di Kota Jakarta Selatan hanya sebesar 3,33%. Sehingga diperlukan upaya pengendalian seperti pemilihan sikat gigi, penggunaan pasta gigi, teknik menyikat gigi yang benar, frekuensi menyikat gigi dan rajin kontrol ke dokter gigi untuk menjaga kebersihan gigi dan mulut. Menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan dan pola asuh orang tua dengan teknik menyikat gigi yang benar pada anak prasekolah di TK Negeri Bintaro Kota Jakarta Selatan. Desain penelitian korelasional kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analytic cross-sectional. Pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan, pola asuh orang tua diukur menggunakan kuesioner The Parenting Styles and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ), dan teknik menyikat gigi yang benar diukur menggunakan lembar observasi. Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (88%), rata-rata usia responden 31 dengan SD 3,338 dan berpendidikan S1 (54,7). Kemudian, mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan baik (56,0%) dan pola asuh orang tua authoritative (73,3%). Teknik menyikat gigi yang benar pada anak kurang (73,3%). Hasil analisis uji statistic chi-square menghasilkan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dan pola asuh orang tua dengan teknik menyikat gigi yang benar pada anak prasekolah di TK Negeri Bintaro Kota Jakarta dengan nilai p value 0,920 dan 0,655 > α = 0,5. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskemas bekerjasama dengan sekolah dapat mengadakan penyuluhan terkait teknik menyikat gigi yang benar pada anak prasekolah. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Teknik Menyikat Gigi yang Benar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe mental emotional disorder is a condition of a person who suffers from psychological distress, and psychological changes that can recover, but if it is not handled properly, it can have a negative influence on the adolescent development process. The role of the family is one form of family support that can be given to adolescents. The role of the family provided can also affect the emotional and mental health of adolescents. Avoiding emotional behavior can be supported by the establishment of good communication between family members. Communication patterns are a reflection of how parents communicate with their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role and pattern of family communication with mental and emotional disorders in adolescents at SMAN 7 Central Jakarta. This study used an observational design with the Cross-Sectional method. The sample in this study was 153 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a non-parametric test, namely the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between family roles and communication patterns with mental and emotional disorders. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family roles and communication patterns with a mental emotional disorders p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) for family roles with mental emotional disorders and a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05) for communication patterns with mental emotional disorders. There is a significant relationship between family roles and communication patterns with mental and emotional disorders in adolescents at SMAN 7 Central Jakarta.  Keywords: Mental Emotional Disorders, Family Roles, Family Communication Patterns.  ABSTRAK Gangguan mental emosional merupakan kondisi seseorang yang menderita distress psikologik, terjadinya perubahan psikologis yang bisa kembali pulih namun jika hal tersebut tidak ditangani dengan tepat dapat menimbulkan pengaruh buruk pada proses perkembangan remaja. Peran keluarga merupakan salah satu bentuk dari dukungan keluarga yang bisa diberikan kepada remaja. Peranan keluarga yang diberikan juga dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental emosional pada remaja. Untuk terhindar dari perilaku yang emosional dapat didukung dengan terjalinnya komunikasi yang baik antar anggota keluarga. Pola komunikasi merupakan cerminan bagaimana orangtua berkomunikasi dengan anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran dan pola komunikasi keluarga dengan gangguan mental emosional pada remaja di SMAN 7 Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional dengan metode Cross-Sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak  153 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji non parametrik yaitu uji Chi-Square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran dan pola komunikasi keluarga dengan ganggguan mental emosional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran dan pola komunikasi keluarga dengan gangguan mental emosional p value sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) untuk peran keluarga dengan gangguan mental emosional dan p value sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05) untuk pola komunikasi keluarga dengan gangguan mental emosional. Abstract

ABSTRACT Adolescence is the age range from 10 to 19 years where a person's development includes significant physical, cognitive and psychosocial growth. At this stage, the role of parents becomes very crucial in providing the support needed to form positive self-esteem and create a high level of self-esteem. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and self-esteem in adolescents at Raflesia Vocational School, Depok. This study used a cross sectional research design with random sampling technique involving 162 respondents. The research instrument consists of a bullying questionnaire, support from parents, peers and a self-esteem questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha > Cronbach's alpha standard. Data were analyzed using chi-square to determine whether there was a relationship between variables. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variable (parental support) and the dependent variable (adolescent self-esteem). There is a significant relationship between parental support and self-esteem in adolescents with a ρ value <0.05. Keywords: Parental Support, Self-Esteem of Adolescent Peers ABSTRAK Masa remaja adalah rentang usia 10 hingga 19 tahun di mana perkembangan seseorang mencakup pertumbuhan fisik, kognitif, dan psikososial yang signifikan. Pada tahap ini, peran orang tua menjadi sangat krusial dalam memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk membentuk harga diri yang positif dan menciptakan tingkat harga diri yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan orang tua dengan harga diri pada remaja di SMK Raflesia Depok. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan random sampling technique yang melibatkan 162 responden. Instrument penelitian terdiri dari dukungan orang tua dan kuesioner harga diri yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai cronbach’s alpa > cronbach alpha standart. Data dianalisis menggunakan chi-square untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variable independen (dukungan orang tua) dengan variable dependen (harga diri remaja). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan orang tua dengan harga diri pada remaja dengan nilai ρ value < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Orang Tua, Harga Diri Remaja
