Abstract

Measurement of workload is one of the factors needed by the company. Because by measuring the workload, the company can find out the allowable workload so that it can facilitate the effectiveness of workers and companies. One of the methods used to determine workload is by conducting a SWAT analysis. This analysis was carried out at PT Dipayana Okta Abadi which is an industry engaged in mining or quarrying C. This analysis was carried out by taking questionnaire data, and measuring by collecting data from SWAT card sequences on fifteen production workers, data analysis by processing the SWAT card sequencing results into the DOSBox program and then converting the computer results to the work performed, and drawing conclusions by converting the SWAT Rescaled values ??to the work. The final result of this analysis provides an overview of the workload felt by production workers. The results of the SWAT method show that the Time dimension is 60.86%, while the Effort load is 28.14% and the Stress load is 10.99%. It can be concluded that the time factor is very influential on the state of mental workload, it can be seen from the results of data processing that it is found that the time factor has the highest percentage, namely 60.86%.

Abstract

Stock trading is a popular financial instrument worldwide. In Indonesia, the stock market is known as the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and one actively traded stock is PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA). However, predicting stock price movements is challenging due to various influencing factors. Investors use fundamental and technical analyses for decision-making, but results often vary. Machine learning, particularly random forest regression and linear regression algorithms, can be used for stock price forecasting. In this paper, we compares these two machine learning methods to forecast BBCA stock prices, aiming to provide more accurate and effective solutions for investor's investment and trading decisions. The evaluation results of cross-validation mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) for linear regression were 0.12848, 0.35807, 0.29570, and 0.0036%, respectively, while for random forest regression were 27473.76, 158.04, 142.70, and 1.7153%. These findings indicate that linear regression outperforms in forecasting performance.

Abstract

The efficient distribution of product information plays a crucial role in the growth of inclusive and sustainable micro-enterprises. Within this framework, the community service activity is undertaken to enhance the accessibility of product information from PT Mond Nature Lestari. This is achieved by supporting the development of PT Mond Natural LESTARI's official website. PT Mond Nature Lestari is a small business established on August 18, 2020, with the NIB (Manduk Enterprise Number) 0220307891283. This endeavor centers on the manufacturing of teas, namely teas and flour, derived from natural and premium-grade components. This community service is implemented using a systematic support approach, encompassing requirements assessment, establishment of support teams, training, website building, content management training, and technical assistance. The escort team comprises IT specialists, web developers, and facilitators. The outcome of this community service endeavor is the development of an operational and adaptable official website for Mond Nature Lestari. The website provides convenient access to crucial information, including the items offered by PT Mond Nature Lestari. The support and training provided significantly enhanced the human resource capability at Mond Nature Lestari in autonomously managing and updating website material. The primary goal of enhancing the accessibility of Mond Nature Lestari's information products has been effectively accomplished through this community service. This community service activity has resulted in a favorable transformation in the way communication and micro-enterprise growth occur, moving towards a more sophisticated, interconnected, and inclusive approach.

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based User Interface that will be used to view product sales in the Postpaid Management Department. This research is important because a good User Interface can increase user efficiency in accessing and managing product sales data, which in turn can improve department performance. The research methodology used in this research is user needs analysis, User Interface prototype development, prototype testing, and user evaluation. Product sales data from the Postpaid Management Department will be used as a data source in developing the User Interface. The research results show that the User Interface design meets user needs and allows users to easily view product sales data. This User Interface provides various features that allow users to search, filter data, and view sales reports with various parameters that can be adjusted. Users also provide positive feedback regarding the ease of use of the designed User Interface. This research makes a positive contribution to the Postpaid Management Department by providing a more efficient tool in viewing product sales. The results of this research can also be a basis for further development in improving the User Interface and its functionality in accordance with the development of departmental needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of warehouse operational performance on the acceleration of goods delivery at PT. Satria Antaran Prima Tbk Padang Branch. Optimal warehouse operational performance is one of the key factors in supporting supply chain effectiveness, especially in speeding up the delivery of goods to consumers. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection through sources in the warehouse and logistics department. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive methods to test warehouse operational processes regarding the speed of delivery of goods. The research results show that there is a significant influence between warehouse operational performance and the acceleration of goods delivery. This means that improvements in storage processes, inventory management, and distribution arrangements in warehouses can directly increase the speed of delivery of goods to consumers. Therefore, PT. Satria Antaran Prima Tbk is advised to continue evaluating and improving warehouse operational performance as part of a strategy to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: IKM merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Namun pada saat menjalankan usahanya pelaku IKM masih kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dalam melakukan promosi usahanya salah satunya adalah Ikm jasa servuce handphone. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya teknologi marketing dalam promosi usaha bidang layanan servuce handphone di Provinsi Riau sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta skill peserta dalam bidang penggunaan digital marketing usaha service handphone. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan pemaparan materi, diskusi tanya jawab, praktik penggunaan sosial media serta tahap evaluasi (post test) untuk mengetahui manfaat yang iddapatkan setelaha melakukan kegiatan ini. Mitra PKM ini adalah kelompok usaha di bidang jasa service handphone di Provinsi Riau dnegan jumlah 25 orang peserta. Berdasarkan evaluasi melalui pre test dan post test yangdilakukan, dapat diketahui bahawa peningkaatn pemahaman peserta terkait penggunaan digital marketing pada jasa service handphone adalah sebesar 80%. Kegitaan PKM ini meliputi penyampaian materi tentang dasar-dasar berwirausaha, digital marketing serta praktik penggunaan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan penjualan seta dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat.Abstract: IKM are one of the factors that can increase regional income. However, when running their business, IKM still have difficulty utilizing technology in promoting their business, one of which is the mobile phone service. The aim of this PKM is to provide knowledge about the importance of marketing technology in promoting mobile phone service services in Riau Province so that it can increase participants' knowledge and skills in the field of using digital marketing for mobile phone service businesses. The method used in this activity is by presenting material, question and answer discussions, practicing using social media and an evaluation stage (posttest) to find out the benefits you will get after carrying out this activity. This PKM Partner is a business group in the field of cellphone service in Riau Province with a total of 25 participants. Based on evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests carried out, it can be seen that the increase in participants' understanding regarding the use of digital marketing in cellphone service was 80%. PKM's activities include delivering material on the basics of entrepreneurship, digital marketing and the practice of using digital marketing to increase sales and become a source of income for the community.

Abstract

In addition to considering food ingredients, processing techniques are one of the important factors in producing high-taste food and maintaining nutritional consistency. In Indonesia, there is a term for food processing that uses English. This study aims to analyze food processing techniques. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study is carried out by observing individuals who work as production heads. The results of the study showed that food processing techniques included harvesting techniques, drying techniques, milling techniques, sieving techniques, chocolate making techniques and packaging techniques.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi yang efektif merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan desa yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah penyebaran informasi desa melalui pendampingan pembuatan website Desa Gunung Malelo. Desa Gunung Malelo memiliki potensi pariwisata, perkebunan, dan pertanian, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat setempat. Melalui metode pendampingan yang terstruktur, kegiatan ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pembentukan tim pendamping, pelatihan, pembangunan website desa, pelatihan pengelolaan konten, dan pendampingan teknis. Tim pendamping terdiri dari ahli teknologi informasi, pengembang web, dan fasilitator komunitas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya sebuah website desa yang fungsional dan responsif. Masyarakat Desa Gunung Malelo dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi penting seperti pengumuman pemerintah desa, kegiatan sosial, informasi kesehatan, jadwal pertemuan, dan layanan publik melalui website tersebut. Pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan membantu meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di desa dalam mengelola dan memperbaharui konten website secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utama, yaitu mempermudah penyebaran informasi desa. Desa Gunung Malelo mengalami peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pengelolaan konten website yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini, terjadi perubahan positif dalam dinamika komunikasi dan pengembangan desa, menuju arah yang lebih maju, terhubung, dan inklusif.
