Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik, penelitiian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan metode home room dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan metode home room untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik dan menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok menggunakan metode home room untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik. Pemakaian metode dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest and Posttests design, pengambilan sampel memakai teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data memakai angket, dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini memakai persentase interval serta untuk uji efektivitas memakai uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran perilaku sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan memakai metode home room untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, rendah, dan sangat rendah. Gambaran perilaku setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan memakai metode home room untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Terdapatnya perbedaan pirilaku peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan memakai metode home room untuk meninggatkan kepekaan sosial. Jadi dapat disiimpulkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan kelompok dengan memakai metode home room berhasil untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada Guru BK supaya dapat memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok khususnya dengan memakai metode home room.

Abstract

This reserach is motivated by the existence of the problem about self adjustment to the low rules of school. This research aims to descripbe: 1) Self adjustment overview of students to the rules of school. 2) Design of implementation of group guidance services by using discussion method in improving students’ self adjustment to the rules of school. This research is carried out by an analysis descriptive method. The population in this research is students at the grade of XI IIS 1 Senior High School 1 Lunang who are experiencing low self adjustment to the rules of school with a total of 12 students. The sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total is 8 students. The data collected by using questionnaire, then analyzed by using percentage classification. The result of this research discloses that: 1) Self adjustment overview of students to the rules of school, is the low category. 2) Design of implementation of group guidance services by using discussion methods in improving students’ self adjustment to the rules of school. Based on the result of this research, it is recommended for counselors to be able to implement group guidance services by using discussion methods to students at the grade of XI IIS 1 Senior High School 1 Lunang in improving self adjustment to the rules of school as it is designed in this research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low levels of career understanding of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the description of students' career understanding before being given group guidance services using the problem solving method. The description of students' career understanding after being given group guidance services using the problem solving method. The effectiveness of group guidance using the problem solving method in improving students' career understanding. The type of research used in this study is an experimental method with a One Group Pre-test-Post-test Design research design, while the sampling technique is carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire, while for data analysis using t-test analysis. The results of this study given group guidance services using the problem solving method are in the low category with a percentage of 40%. The description of students' career understanding after being given group guidance services using the problem solving method is in the high category with a percentage of 90%. It can be seen that the average career understanding before receiving group guidance services using the problem solving method is 122 and the average level of career understanding after receiving group guidance services using the problem solving method is 182. This means that group guidance services using the problem solving method are effective in increasing the career understanding of class XI students in phase F6 at SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung. The results of this study are recommended to guidance and counseling teachers to be able to integrate this service in a structured manner in guidance and counseling services, especially by using group guidance.
