Abstract

ABSTRAK Teknologi informasi merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pelayanan BK. Adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat mendorong guru BK/konselor untuk lebih kreatif, inovatif, variatif dalam mencari informasi terbaru dalam proses pelayanan. Oleh sebab itu, teknologi hasus dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik dan seoptimal mungkin oleh guru BK/konselor agar pelayanan yang diberikan bisa memberikan hasil yang optimal. Agar teknologi bisa dimanfaatkan secara optimal maka tidak akan terlepas dari kemauan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan guru BK/konselor dalam memanfatkannya untuk proses pelayanan. Guru BK/konselor yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan maka akan cenderung memanfatkan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling.Kata Kunci: Teknologi informasi, guru, bimbingan dan konseling.  THE IMPORTANCE OF UTILIZING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BY TEACHER AND CONSELING TEACHERS ABSTRACT Technology information is an important factor in the process of guidance and counselling services. The existence of the utilization of technology information is expected to encourage teachers of guidance and counseling for a more creative, innovative, and varied in finding and providing the latest information in the process of counselling. Therefore, technology should be put to my best optimal and perhaps by the teacher guidance and counseling so that the given service can give you optimal results. However, the situation there is still the fact teacher guidance and counselling have yet to utilize technology information optimally. While technology information is one of the factors supporting the ministry of guidance and counseling. So the technology can be utilized optimally then there will be regardless of the will, knowledge, and skills of the teacher guidance and counseling in the figure for service of process. Teacher guidance and counselling have the willingness, knowledge, and skills it will tend to also take advantage of technology information in the service of guidance and counseling. Keyword: Technology information, teacher, guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Career aspiration is an important for students, because needs to be done first when choosing one career is to have career aspiration. The fact in the field signified that the students do not have a career goal in the future. This is an indication that the students career aspiration are in the low category. The aim of this research was to: (1) describe students career aspiration is sighted of sex, majors, and parents educational level, (2) examined differences in students career aspiration of male and female, (3) examined differences in career aspiration of students majoring in science and social studies, (4) examined differences in students career aspiration is sighted of parents educational level, and (5) examined differences in students career aspiration is sighted of interaction of sex, majors, and parents educational level. The research methods applied in this research was ex post facto with factorial design 2 x 3 x 2. The population this research was consisted of 837 students in SMAN 7 Padang. The number of samples as much as 270 students were selected by propotional random sampling technique. The instrument of the research was career aspiration scale with reliability 0.885. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. The result of the research indicated that: (1) In general, career aspiration of students  is sighted of sex, majors, and parents educational level were in high category, (2) there is no significant differences between career aspiration of male and female students, (3) there is no significant difference between career aspiration of students majoring in science and social studies, (4) there was a significant difference between career aspiration of students having parents educational level of high, medium, and low, (5) there is no significant differences in students career aspiration is sighted of interaction of sex, majors, and parents educational level.

Abstract

Persepsi peserta didik tentang pendidikan lanjutan sangat penting untuk kesuksesan karirnya. Persepsi yang positif peserta didik tentang pentingnya pendidikan lanjutan akan mendorong untuk melanjutkan ke pendidikan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan persepsi peserta didik tentang pendidikan lanjutan di SMA Negeri 3 Mukomuko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI dan XII SMA Negeri 3 Mukomuko yang berjumlah 245 orang, sampel berjumlah 141 orang, yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Triyono Perception Kuesioner (TPK). Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara rata-rata gambaran persepsi peserta didik tentang pendidikan lanjutan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Implikasi hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan untuk membuat program layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

The Pandemic of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) has a significant impact on various sectors of life, including the education sector.The learning process, which was initially carried out in person or face-to-face, is now carried out online.This virtual learning implementation has a negative impact on students' psychology, one of which is the burnout study.Several research results show that many students have difficulty understanding the material provided online, the task demands are high, and cannot interact directly with friends and lecturers.Furthermore, this increases the burnout of the study in students and causes the lecture process to be not optimal.Burnout study is a condition in which an individual feels physically and emotionally exhausted, causing boredom in learning, indifference to academic assignments, lack of motivation, laziness, and decreased learning achievement.Current research uses literature review by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the problems found.

Abstract

A supportive job is when someone enjoys their work; they feel that they can develop and achieve goals. In this context, supportive means a job that is related to their Passion. However, people nowadays seem to have dissatisfaction with their occupation that is not related to their Passion. It requires the students to get more information about their Passion and a job related to it before starting their careers. This study has 261 respondents that come from the alumni of UNP. The data collection was a questionnaire TYPI (Tari Yuca Passion Inventory) about Passion with 43-items and a descriptive statistic used to analyze the data. The result found that there was incongruence between their study and job that related to their Passion. Hence, the contribution of several stakeholders, such as the university, lecturers, academic advisors, and counseling service, is needed.

Abstract

Career readiness is very important for a students future career success. Career readiness is how much individuals are willing to exert themselves to achieve career goals. Based on the phenomena in the field, there are still  many college graduates who work not according to their study background, after completing their undergraduate education, they are not ready to face the competition in the world of work. This paper gives a theoretical  overview of the  careereadiness of college students. This research is a literature study, a method used to collect data or sources related to the topic raised in a study. The data about the determinant factors that affect career readiness that have been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve teacher skills in managing student interactions and learning activities in online learning using the Padlet application. This PKM is based on obstacles in online learning faced by teachers, namely difficulties in supervising and ensuring students learn, observing students and limited opportunities to respond to students. This PKM was carried out for five months involving 28  teachers of sekolah pembanguan laboratorium, Universitas Negeri Padang. PKM activities include, 1) socialization and training, 2) dissemination, 4) teacher implementation and reflection. After participating in this PKM, both as a model teacher and as a learning observer, the teacher claimed to have gained knowledge and skills in managing interactions and online learning activities which was marked by the opening of opportunities for teachers to supervise and observe student learning activities and provide responses to students. This makes interaction and learning activities increase so that online learning becomes more lively and interesting. As a follow-up to this PKM, most teachers expect a sustainable mentoring program.Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola interaksi dan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi Padlet. PKM ini didasari oleh kendala dalam pembelajaran daring yang dihadapi guru yaitu kesulitan dalam mengawasi dan memastikan siswa belajar, mengobservasi siswa dan terbatasnya kesempatan untuk memberikan respon kepada siswa. PKM ini dilakukan selama lima bulan dengan melibatkan 28 orang guru sekolah pembangunan laboratorium Universitas Negeri Padang. Kegiatan PKM meliputi, 1) sosialisasi dan pelatihan, 2) diseminasi, 4) implementasi oleh guru dan refleksi. Setelah mengikuti PKM inibaik sebagai guru model maupun observer pembelajaran, guru mengaku mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola interaksi dan aktivitas belajar daring yang ditandai dengan terbukanya kesempatan bagi guru untuk mengawasi dan mengobservasi aktivitas belajar siswa serta memberi respon kepada siswa. Hal ini membuat interaksi dan aktivitas belajar meningkat sehingga pembelajaran daring menjadilebih hidup dan menarik. Sebagai tindak lanjut PKM ini, sebagian besar guru mengharapkan adanya program pendampingan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

AbstrakPelatihan ini bertujuan agar para Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat menggunakan Teknologi Informasi untuk pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.  Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada acara seminar nasional dan workshop profesi bimbingan dan konseling dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang setiap sesi.  Kegiatan ini merupakan pelatihan singkat yang dilaksanakan sebanyak satu kali pertemuan tatap muka.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik yang pandu secara langsung oleh tim Pengabdian kepada Masayarakat (PkM).  Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa para guru sangat antusias, serius dan dapat mempraktikan secara lansung tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling. Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Informasi, Bimbingan dan Konseling. AbstractThis training aims to let teachers guidance and Counselling can use information technology to the service of guidance and counselling in schools.  This training is carried out at the national ceonverence and workshop the guidance and counseling professions with the number of participants by as much as 20 people.  This activity is a short training carried out by as much as one time face-to-face meetings.  The method used in this activity is lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice that is guided directly by the Community Service team.  The result is that the teachers are very enthusiastic, serious and can practice in directly on the use of information technology for the Ministry of guidance and counselin. Keyword: technology, information, guidance and counselling

Abstract

Kondisi penyimpangan orientasi seksual merupakan kondisi individu yang tidak muncul dalam unifaktor, dengan kata lain kondisi tersebut berkembang akibat dari berbagai faktor dalam rentang kehidupan individu. Kondisi penyimpangan orientasi seksual yang saat ini populer dengan LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender dan Queer) merupakan fenomena yang selalu muncul dalam setiap komunitas masyarakat yang dalam beberapa tahun ini hak dan kekebasannya tengah lantang disuarakan oleh beberapa negara maju. Hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan permasalahan dan polemik dalam dimensi kehidupan, tak terkecuali dalam kehidupan klien. Konselor sebagai pekerja sosial yang dapat bersentuhan langsung dengan kondisi ini merupakan pihak yang hendaknya memiliki langkah konkrit dalam penanganannya, baik langkah preventif maupun langkah kuratif melalui pelayanan konseling dan psikoterapi. Sudut pandang konseling dan psikoterapi dalam penanganan permasalahan ini merupakan salah satu titik kunci yang dapat dijadikan pendekatan awal. Selain itu, langkah konkrit dalam pelayanan konseling diharapkan mampu menjadi jalan keluar bagi klien untuk berkehidupan yang membahagiakan, mandiri dan memiliki pengendalian diri.
