Abstract

Online marketing is a set of tools and methodologies used to promote products and services over the internet. Online marketing includes broader marketing elements than traditional business marketing because of the extra channels and marketing mechanisms available on the internet. Online marketing is also known as marketing using the internet, web-based marketing, and digital marketing. Community service activities aim to increase the number of research outputs and community service per lecturer, which have succeeded in gaining international recognition or been implemented by the community (IKU 5). The solution for improving processed food MSMEs related to online marketing is carried out using counseling and demonstration (Practice) methods. Marketing management regarding online marketing in question is knowledge about online marketing, techniques for managing grammar in online marketing, and online marketing evaluation techniques. This activity includes counseling and technical guidance packaged in the form of online marketing knowledge and skills. The number of participants who will take part in the training is 10 people at UMKM Chef Gui in Pontianak. The stages of implementing Community Service consist of planning, field observation, preparation, implementation of training, evaluation and monitoring, reporting and dissemination of the results of Community Service Activities. Conclusion: The community service activities carried out went well. Chef Gui's Food Processed MSME employees received increased knowledge (75 percent) regarding online marketing for Community Service.

Abstract

Economic growth is supported by the community's level of financial literacy. A well-literate society is more easily able to understand and comprehend the intricacies of the financial services sector, which ultimately will optimally utilize financial products and services to improve welfare and protect themselves from potential losses due to crime in the financial sector. Individuals, including students, are required to have adequate financial literacy to be able to participate in the financial sector and have access to financial services. The purpose of community service activities is to educate the Terentang Student Association in financial literacy and support government efforts to increase the capacity of the Terentang Student Association. Financial literacy outreach activities carried out in collaboration with the Terentang Student Association have proven effective in improving participants' financial understanding, behavior, and attitudes.

Abstract

TRAINING FOR IMPROVING PERSONAL TRAITS TO SUPPORT COMPETENCY OF CORN SMALHOLDERS. Corn smallholders frequently confront challenges in controlling and making appropriate farming decisions. They had low competence of farm management, smallholders intuitively emphasize the input cost aspect that causes high risk. The purpose of community service is conscientiousness, motivation, flexibility, positivity, and problem-solving of individual traits are increased using quantitative descriptive through counseling and practice for 20 corn smallholders of the "Sumber Lestari" farmer group in Rasau Jaya Village, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan as a corn integrated center area to accelerate the development of agribusiness-oriented agriculture. The findings revealed that corn smallholders had a high level of awareness and motivation. However, weather and disease concerns, as well as swings in the selling prices of products and production inputs, had reduced their flexibility, positivism, and problem-solving abilities. Personal traits are hopefully minimize the gaps between knowledge and skills. The role of local government is needed for sustainable monitoring, coaching, counseling and training, and disseminating research results that are responsive to changes in new innovations with a combination of visible and audible methods, as well as public meetings.
