Abstract

Technology is a symbol of progress in the development of the era. Technology changes the pattern of activities in a person's daily life. Many people use and manage their finances online because of its convenience, starting from savings, buying and selling transactions, In the field of investment, there is a lot of fraud due to lack of knowledge and people who are easily tempted by the returns offered, these reasons underlie the need for each individual to understand financial literacy before taking investment action. The purpose of this study was to examine how Social Media and financial literacy affect investment interest of FEB UNRAM students. With 96 respondents, this study used an associative quantitative methodology using a questionnaire for data collection and SPSS program for data processing. The results showed that financial knowledge and technology (Social Media) have a positive and substantial influence on investment interest. Furthermore, technology and financial literacy factors have an influence of 35% of the total influence, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi yang cepat telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang transportasi. E-ticketing adalah salah satu inovasi di bidang transportasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanannya. Kepuasan konsumen dapat dicapai melalui pelayanan berkualitas. Kualitas informasi meliputi keterbacaan, kebenaran, ketepatan waktu, dan kelengkapan; kualitas sistem meliputi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang membentuk suatu sistem informasi. Ketika pendapat pengguna tentang layanan yang mereka terima dan yang mereka inginkan dibandingkan, kualitas layanan adalah hasilnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan tiket online PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) cabang Lembar dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan. Hubungan antara variabel X1 (Kualitas Sistem), X2 (Kualitas Informasi), dan X3 (Kualitas Layanan) dan Variabel Y (Kepuasan Konsumen) dipastikan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Sembilan puluh enam pelanggan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry cabang Lembar memanfaatkan layanan transportasi feri sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan investigasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas sistem e-ticketing, informasi, dan layanan. PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry perlu menyediakan ruang informasi dan layanan aduan untuk membantu penumpang mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi saat menggunakan aplikasi, tetap menyediakan loket di pelabuhan untuk pembelian tiket, mengingat tidak semua orang memiliki HP berbasis Android atau sering menggunakan angkutan kapal laut sehingga tidak perlu menginstal aplikasi e-ticketing Ferizy. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan variabel lain seperti kenyamanan, kepuasan penumpang, dan lokasi yang berhubungan dengan bidang pemasaran

Abstract

An important component of a country's economic success is entrepreneurship. Therefore, the government tries to encourage people to start their own businesses by offering loans, support, and entrepreneurship education. This study is very important to conduct because knowing the entrepreneurial interest of students and the factors that influence it can be a source of reference and can contribute to the development of studies on entrepreneurship which is very important to be encouraged today. The purpose of this study is to improve the teaching of entrepreneurship, and it may be useful for faculties to explore expanding the reach of programs that encourage students to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors. This study employed the associative quantitative technique. The study's sample comprised 92 participants who had completed an introductory course on entrepreneurship at the University of Mataram Faculty of Economics and Business. Everybody there was a student in the program for management studies. The study's conclusions suggest that entrepreneurship education influences people's aspirations to launch their own companies. Personality has no bearing on one's ambition to start their own business. Motivation influences a person's interest in starting their own business. The home environment influences a person's interest in business. Both the social milieu and the aspiration to pursue entrepreneurship bear significance.

Abstract

This study aims to partially determine how liquidity, leverage, and profitability affect Financial Distress. The study was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2022. This study is a quantitative study and the sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of samples with certain criteria that were set, so that a sample of 63 companies was obtained. The statistical analysis used includes the Normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. After conducting the study, the results are Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Financial Distress, Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress, and Profitability has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

One of the biggest developments in the business sector over the past few decades is the rise of e-commerce. With the help of Shopee Live, vendors can host live streaming events and market their goods directly to customers. Broadcasters, sometimes known as streamers, organize live shopping events to highlight items and encourage customers to complete the transaction process. Shopee often holds promotions on twin dates with various attractive incentives that encourage customers to make impulse purchases. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of twin date promotions and steamer on the impulse buying habits of Shopee customers in Mataram city. One hundred respondents who met the criteria were included in the research sample, which was selected through a purposive sampling approach. The research findings show that live steamer has no effect on impulsive buying on Shopee users in Mataram City while twin date promos have a significant effect on impulsive buying on Shopee users in Mataram City

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in economic development in Indonesia. Trijaya Furniture, a manufacturing MSME producing finished goods since 2008, faces challenges in preparing well-structured financial statements. This issue impacts trust and accessibility for external parties, such as financial institutions and investors. This community service activity aims to implement Excel Accounting as a tool for preparing financial statements to enhance financial management quality. The implementation method consists of three stages: Observation, to understand needs and challenges,  Intensive training, focusing on creating Excel-based financial statements aligned with standards, and Evaluation and monitoring of training outcomes. The results show an improvement in MSME practitioners' ability to prepare accurate and organized financial statements, along with increased trust from external partners.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan pilar perekonomian bangsa Indonesia. Tantangan bertahan dalam era globalisasi mendorong UMKM berinovasi dan berkreasi menyesuaikan kegiatan produksi dan pemasarannya sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Penggunaan alat pemasaran digital sangat penting karena memungkinkan pemilik usaha untuk mempromosikan produk lebih cepat. Video company profile adalah bentuk lain dari company profile dengan format audio visual berupa cuplikan beberapa video yang menyajikan informasi dengan cara yang lebih menarik, visual, dan naratif. Desa Beleka Lombok Tengah merupakan salah satu desa sentra industri ketak yang tertua di pulau Lombok. Tidak tereksposenya desa wisata anyaman Beleka dan juga Bilalbeleke Art ini menyebabkan tidak banyak wisatawan yang tahu sehingga perlu adanya media untuk mengekspose potensi tersebut. Salah satunya dengan membuat film tentang perusahaan tersebut untuk mempromosikan produk baru dan membantu mendongkrak jumlah penjualan kerajinan ketak dan rotan di Desa Beleka. Ada lima langkah yang terlibat dalam pembuatan video profil perusahaan ini: praproduksi, produksi, pengiriman, dan brainstorming. Hasil dari terlaksananya pengabdian di Bilalbeleke Art, Desa Beleka ini adalah terciptanya sebuah video profil yang menyajikan informasi yang sangat lengkap mengenai kerajinan ketak dan rotan di desa Beleka. Video profil ini diharapkan mampu secara berkelanjutan memberikan kontribusi pada penjualan kerajinan ketak dan rotan di Desa Beleka.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas diharapkan dapat dihasilkan oleh sektor strategis pendidikan tinggi. Universitas bertanggung jawab untuk mempelajari dan meningkatkan setiap bidang layanan yang mereka berikan dan mengambil langkah proaktif dalam menghadapi lingkungan yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan memperhatikan lima kriteria yang berbeda yaitu bukti konkrit, ketergantungan, kesadaran, jaminan dan empati – penelitian ini berupaya mengukur seberapa puas mahasiswa terhadap program studi Sarjana Manajemen FEB Universitas Mataram. Berpikir kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data untuk penelitian survei deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah puas terhadap kinerja, pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh staf pengajar, manajemen dan dosen Program Studi Sarjana Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram. dari beberapa aspek dimensi kualitas, antara lain dimensi nyata, dimensi keandalan, dimensi daya tanggap, dimensi jaminan, dan empati. Namun demikian, masih perlu dilakukan upaya lebih untuk menjaga kepuasan mahasiswa dan mengurangi tanda-tanda kurang lancarnya proses belajar mengajar, layanan bimbingan akademik, layanan tenaga kependidikan, layanan manajemen, serta saran dan prasarana yang disediakan. Tentunya untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan akademik yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa, pengujian survei kepuasan mahasiswa harus dilakukan secara berkala..

Abstract

In the era of globalization, shopping activities are not only for buying goods needed or for fulfilling needs, but shopping has become a lifestyle, pleasure & psychological activity. Not only the promotion of e-money, lifestyle, availability of funds (money availability), it also becomes the basis for consumers to make purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology promotion (e-money) and the availability of funds through lifestyles on impulsive buying. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mulia Surabaya in the spareparts division and the number of samples of this study were 92 people with a purposive sampling method. This research used PLS as analysis. The results showed that e-money promotion had a negative influence on impulsive buying, e-money promotion had a positive effect on lifestyle, the availability of funds had no effect on impulsive buying, the availability of funds had a positive effect on lifestyle and lifestyle had a positive effect on impulsive buying.
