Abstract

Etika dan Integritas merupakan dua hal yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Adanya etika dan integritas bisa berpengaruh besar dalam kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya etika dan integritas dalam dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian menganalisis berbagai jurnal dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan etika dan integritas serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa etika itu sebagai salah satu hal yang penting dalam mewujudkan integrasi bangsa.

Abstract

Pancasila should serve as guiding principle for the Indonesian people, with its meaning understood from an early age. The noble values embedded in Pancasila play a crucial role in shaping the nation's character and morals, and in filtering external cultural influences, including technological advancements. Especially in the era of globalisation, it is important to ensure that the nation's young generation is able to filter the information they receive using the values of Pancasila. In this case, the author observed 4th grade students at SDN Harapan 2 in Bandung City, West Java, through a qualitative-descriptive research method analysed using inductive techniques. This research aims to determine the level of understanding and problems faced by students in understanding Pancasila at the school. The method of implementation included a short presentation accompanied by a game-based question and answer session to keep the children enthusiastic during the presentation. The result of this research is that the students have sufficient understanding of the state symbol, the points of Pancasila, and its implementation in daily life. However, the author found several problems that need further research related to students' knowledge of the national anthem and indications of verbal bullying that are often carried out by students

Abstract

The rise of bullying cases that occur in Indonesia and the many cases of children dropping out of school are the reasons researchers take the topic of the importance of compulsory education for children in Indonesia as a prevention of bullying. Using a qualitative method with an in-depth approach through interviews, observation and counseling conducted to 40 elementary school students in the Bandung area. In-depth interviews were conducted with students who experienced bullying and 2 teachers as guardians of students. Researchers get the results of children in the school already know the meaning of bullying but sadly there are still children who are victims of bullying, some victims get bullying because of physical limitations. After conducting counseling, there was a significant change, including students knowing the importance of avoiding bullying.

Abstract

Character education is an integral part of early childhood education, especially in introducing the values of Pancasila. This study utilizes a qualitative approach to explore the use of education as a medium for introducing and implementing Pancasila values ​​in first-grade children. The research method involves participatory observation, interviews, and content analysis of educational materials presented to the children. The research findings indicate that the qualitative approach provides insights into how children internalize Pancasila values ​​through various educational activities. The results also highlight the importance of interaction between teachers and students in the learning process, where teachers act as facilitators to reinforce understanding and application of Pancasila values ​​in children's daily lives. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and child-centered approach in designing effective character education programs that consider the needs and characteristics of individual children.

Abstract

The implementation of equal rights for persons with disabilities in Indonesia still needs to be improved. This is a challenge for us as Indonesian citizens to realize equal rights, especially for persons with disabilities. This article was prepared to explore the public's knowledge of persons with disabilities, including the rights that they must obtain. This article was also compiled with the hope of increasing public awareness of the importance of equal rights for persons with disabilities. The researcher used a qualitative method with a survey approach to the wider community, which targeted students at SMAN 25 Bandung. Researchers conducted socialization activities and discussions to find out how the wider community's knowledge about people with disabilities, and the urgency of accessibility for them because this is also one of the processes to implement these laws. It was found that the community already knows what people with disabilities are but there is still a stigma that arises against them. In the environment, there are still many people who feel reluctant or even afraid when facing people with disabilities, so the process of implementing equal rights for them is hampered. Therefore, it is important to give people an understanding of how crucial equal rights are for people with disabilities. They do not need to be fixed or cured, they just need to be accepted for who they are and not treated differently from the rest of society.

Abstract

The phenomenon of children choosing the wrong major in high school students who want to continue to the university level has become a common thing. This will have an impact on the quality of learning during college so that it will affect their future. This study aims to identify the role of parents in decision-making related to the selection of study programs and universities. Grade 12 students were the subjects of this study with a sample of 35 people. This study uses a quantitative method, data collection is used using the survey method. The aspects identified include parental support and involvement in helping children choose courses and colleges. This study results in 80% of parents are involved in choosing the study program and college that their child wants. In the final decision, 54% of children choose study programs and colleges of their own choice and 46% are the choice of parents. This research is the basis for the school's information to further develop the potential of students to find out early on students' interests and talents and also the school can involve parents in providing information about study programs, colleges, and future careers that can be pursued by their children.

Abstract

Democracy, national spirit and integration are the three main pillars that form the foundation for Indonesia's progress. However, unfortunately, the younger generation in the country feels that these three pillars are still not optimally implemented. In this paper, we will discuss young people's views on democracy, national spirit and integration in Indonesia. Our paper uses a qualitative research approach by interviewing 24 respondents, consisting of university students and high school students. From the interviews, the young generation expressed their concern about the condition of democracy, national spirit, and integration in Indonesia. They considered that democracy in Indonesia has not yet achieved the expected goals, as there are still widespread cases of corruption, inequality, and intolerance. Meanwhile, the importance of improving the national spirit through better education and character building was recognized. Integration in the country is also hampered by the still rampant issues of racism and intolerance. To strengthen democracy, national spirit, and integration, the young generation recommends that more serious efforts be made in the areas of education, law enforcement, and inter-group dialog. Only through these concrete measures can Indonesia achieve the goal of authentic democracy and strengthen the national spirit and integration in a diverse society.

Abstract

A balanced and sustainable understanding of national identity, human rights, and globalization is key to shaping an inclusive and just society in an era of global dynamics. This article aims to explore the role of Pancasila education in maintaining national identity and human rights in the era of globalization. This article examines the science with qualitative methods with in-depth-interview data collection techniques by analyzing literature and policies related to Pancasila education and its impact on national identity and human rights. The results show that Pancasila education provides a strong foundation for the community in understanding national values and human rights, as well as forming an attitude that is inclusive and appreciates diversity in the era of globalization. This article is important to strengthen the understanding of the urgency of Pancasila education as the main fortress in maintaining national identity and human rights amid the complex challenges of globalization.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into education has redefined teacher competence, requiring not only technical proficiency but also pedagogical adaptability and ethical awareness. However, existing literature lacks a comprehensive synthesis connecting these dimensions within school-based education. This study employed a bibliometric analysis of 288 Scopus-indexed research articles published between 2021 and 2025. Data were retrieved via ScienceDirect and validated through Scopus. VOSviewer was used to conduct keyword co-occurrence analysis, applying full counting and LinLog/modularity clustering to identify dominant themes. Seventy-six high-frequency keywords were grouped into seven thematic clusters: (1) student outcomes and engagement, (2) teacher development and TPACK integration, (3) AI literacy and readiness, (4) pedagogical innovation and AI systems, (5) generative AI tools and trends, (6) curriculum design and early AI education, and (7) emotional intelligence and institutional support. Key frameworks included TPACK, UNESCO's AI Competency Framework, and self-efficacy models such as TAICS. Findings reveal a multidimensional structure connecting cognitive, affective, and institutional aspects of teacher competence. The study highlights the need for holistic teacher education programs that integrate AI literacy, ethical reasoning, emotional resilience, and contextual pedagogy. Implications are discussed for curriculum developers, policymakers, and professional development initiatives, particularly in emerging contexts like Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meninjau secara sistematis literatur tentang implementasi pendekatan inkuiri berorientasi Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) dalam pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengacu PRISMA 2020, teridentifikasi 21 artikel terbit tahun 2020–2025 dari Scopus dan Google Scholar. Temuan menunjukkan keterampilan yang paling konsisten dikaitkan ialah 4Cs (berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas). Model yang paling efektif meliputi guided inquiry, problem-based learning, dan project-based inquiry yang dipadukan dengan isu keberlanjutan. Keberhasilan implementasi terutama didukung integrasi teknologi, asesmen autentik, dan kompetensi guru, sementara tantangan utama meliputi lemahnya integrasi ESD dalam dokumen pembelajaran, kesiapan guru, kesenjangan asesmen, serta konteks lokal yang belum banyak dieksplorasi. Kebaruan kajian ini terletak pada sintesis mutakhir 2020–2025 yang memetakan pola keterkaitan 4Cs dengan inkuiri serta ESD sekaligus menegaskan faktor pendorong, hambatan, dan celah riset lintas konteks. Temuan ini penting bagi pendidikan IPA karena inkuiri merepresentasikan praktik ilmiah, dan integrasi ESD membuat pembelajaran IPA lebih relevan untuk membangun literasi sains serta kompetensi keberlanjutan dalam menghadapi persoalan lingkungan dan sosial yang kompleks.
