Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact in various sectors of life, including in the provision of public information. The importance of quick and easy access to information by the community is the main basis for the Muara Bengkal Ilir Village Head to utilize technology as an effective means of communication. To overcome these problems, we provide a solution to create a WordPress-based Muara Bengkal Ilir Village Office Profile website. The flow of implementing this service is a field study, problem identification, website creation, and testing. The main result of this service is a Muara Bengkal Ilir Village Office Profile Website as an official website in helping disseminate information on the Muara Bengkal Ilir Village Office Profile

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap game "OJOL THE GAME" di Google Play Store memanfaatakan algoritma Naive Bayes dan model ekstraksi fitur TF-IDF. Data ulasan dikumpulkan melalui teknik web scraping menggunakan Python, kemudian diproses dengan tahapan preprocessing meliputi pembersihan data, case folding, stop word removal, tokenizing, dan stemming. Data yang telah diproses kemudian dianalisis menggunakan algoritma Metode Naive Bayes digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen positif dan negatif. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi antara algoritma Naive Bayes dan TF-IDF memberikan akurasi sebesar94,12%, menunjukkan efektivitas tinggi dalam mengidentifikasi sentimen pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga  dalam memahami opini pengguna, meningkatkan kualitas game.Abstract. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards the game "OJOL THE GAME" on Google Play Store using the Naive Bayes algorithm and the TF-IDF feature extraction model. User review data was collected through web scraping techniques using Python, then processed through preprocessing stages including data cleaning, case folding, stop word removal, tokenizing, and stemming. The processed data was then analyzed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify positive and negative sentiments. The results of the study show that the combination of the Naive Bayes algorithm and TF-IDF yielded an accuracy of 94.12%, demonstrating high effectiveness in identifying user sentiment. These findings provide valuable insights into understanding user opinions and improving the quality of the game.

Abstract

The development of a student attendance delay monitoring application at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Penajam Paser Utara is the main focus of this activity. By utilizing web-based technology using PHP and MySQL, the goal of this community service is to improve the efficiency of managing student attendance. The implementation process involves needs analysis, application design, development, testing, and training of school staff. Application installation, data collection, monitoring, and routine maintenance are practical steps taken. Community involvement focused on socializing the application to students and school security/gatekeepers. The evaluation of the activity included an assessment of success, positive impact and reflection on the application development process. Conclusions and recommendations from this activity form the basis for improvement and development of similar activities in the future.

Abstract

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Abstract

The Library and Archives Office of Samarinda City has not yet implemented an information system to facilitate the management of employee data and the Rank Order List. In light of this issue, we propose a solution and recommend the creation of a Rank Order List based on a website. The method we utilized for developing this website is data collection. The outcome of this community service is the successful creation of a website implemented in the Library and Archives Office of Samarinda City, eliminating the need for manual data input.

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci utama dalam mendukung visibilitas dan interaksi perusahaan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website Company Profile berbasis Content Management System (CMS) untuk PT Gavin Mega Perkasa menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. CMS dipilih untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengelola dan memperbarui konten tanpa memerlukan keahlian teknis yang tinggi. Metode Waterfall dipilih untuk mengatur proses pengembangan secara terstruktur, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Website ini diharapkan dapat mempresentasikan profil perusahaan dengan jelas dan menarik, memudahkan akses informasi bagi pengguna, serta meningkatkan interaksi antara perusahaan dan stakeholders. Dalam metode Waterfall, setiap fase pengembangan dilakukan secara berurutan, memastikan setiap tahapannya terencana dengan baik. Proses ini mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan tampilan dan fitur, implementasi kode, serta uji coba secara menyeluruh sebelum peluncuran. Dengan mengintegrasikan CMS, pengelolaan konten dapat dilakukan secara efisien, memungkinkan perusahaan untuk memperbarui informasi perusahaan tanpa harus melibatkan pihak pengembang. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal melalui website Company Profile yang responsif dan user-friendly.

Abstract

The toddler years are a crucial phase that requires constant nutritional monitoring, because rapid growth and development require optimal nutritional intake. Nutritional problems in toddlers can hinder physical growth and can even be fatal. In assessing the nutritional status of toddlers, it is important to use efficient methods. One approach that can be used is machine learning, which can help determine the nutritional status of toddlers. K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) is an algorithm commonly used in object classification based on nearest neighbors. Even though it is simple, determining the correct K value is very important because it can significantly influence KNN performance. This research emphasizes the importance of choosing the right parameters to increase the accuracy of the KNN model in classifying the nutritional status of toddlers. The test results show that the optimal combination for KNN is at K=4, using the 'distance' weight and distance metric p=1, producing the highest accuracy of 91.15% on the test data. Furthermore, the research applied Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to optimize KNN parameters, and it was found that the optimal combination was with K=6, 'distance' weight, and distance metric p=1, achieving a mean accuracy of 93.44% and a test accuracy of 93.98%. PSO is proven to be effective in finding the best parameters that increase model generalization to test data. Test results with a training data ratio of 80% and testing 20% show the best accuracy of 93.98%. .The use of PSO for parameter optimization succeeded in increasing model accuracy by 3.10% compared to the model without optimization

Abstract

This study aims to explore the process of creating daily logbooks for contract employees at the Library and Archives Department of Samarinda City and to assess the practicality of these logbooks. The research findings indicate that the implementation of an E-logbook for the daily activities of contract employees in the aforementioned department can be considered a significant innovation in human resource management. This E-logbook facilitates the easy and efficient recording and tracking of daily employee activities. Furthermore, the E-logbook proves instrumental in managing the daily tasks of contract employees, enhancing accountability, and aiding in more informed decision-making within the company or organization.

Abstract

The use of natural materials such as oil palm empty fruit bunch fibers can provide a solution to increase value-added and manage plantation waste. Fibers are combined with a matrix to create composite materials. Instead of glass fibers, environmentally friendly natural fibers serve as the reinforcement in the composite material. Implementing natural fiber composites must consider the primary construction requirement, which is tensile strength. Artificial intelligence like genetic algorithms (GA) can simplify and reduce costs in the search for optimal values in composite material engineering. Data is obtained through experimental testing prepared samples and subsequently used as input for GA. The input parameters consist of three variables such as soaking time, volume fraction, and fiber length. The output of the optimization process is tensile strength. The maximum tensile strength has already been achieved with genetic crossover by the 125th generation. Based on GA calculations, the optimal parameters obtained are soaking time of 6.2 hours, volume fraction of 29.6%, and fiber length of 6.9 cm. The predicted optimal tensile strength value is 4.78 MPa.

Abstract

Burung walet adalah penghuni khas wilayah tropis dan lembab, yang hidup berkelompok dan membangun sarang dari air liur di gua atau tempat lembab dan gelap. Sarang burung walet memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan, termasuk mempercepat regenerasi sel, memperkuat sistem kekebalan tubuh, dan menjaga Kesehatan pencernaan, sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, budidaya sarang burung walet memerlukan perencanaan yang cermat terkait penentuan lokasi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan hasil. Penentuan lokasi yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerugian akibat Gedung walet yang tidak ditempati. Untuk membantu petani walet dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat, berbagai metode, termasuk pengamatan langsung dan penggunaan aplikasi sistem cerdas dapat digunakan. Sistem cerdas seperti Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat memberikan rekomendasi menggunakan metode AHP-SAW. Metode AHP memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan mempertimbangakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sementara metode SAW digunakan untuk proses perangkingan. Hasil pengujian metode AHP menunjukan akurasi sebesar 63%, sementara kombinasi metode AHP-SAW menunjukan akurasi sebesar 73%. Dengan demikian, kombinasi metode AHP-SAW diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi lokasi yang lebih tepat untuk pembuatan rumah burung walet, sehingga meningkatkan efisien dan hasil budidaya.
