Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained in this research will be processed using SPSS 16 software. The model of this research is a multiple regression analysis research model. From the research results, it can be concluded that Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dailycious Cafe Resto, Bengkulu City. Product innovation influences purchasing decisions at Dailycious Cafe Resto, Bengkulu City. Abstract

This research focuses on the role of HR management in improving employee performance at PT Bringin Gigantara, a company engaged in Cash Management Services. The company carries out HR development through education and training tailored to the needs and job types of employees. Performance assessment is conducted using qualitative methods involving evaluation of employee behavior and personality. The results of the research show that PT Bringin Gigantara implements a structured method to measure the quantity and quality of work, as well as employee punctuality. Work quantity measurement involves agreed-upon targets and routine evaluations. Work quality is assessed based on high standards covering various aspects, and punctuality is monitored through a digital time-tracking system. HR management in this company plays a significant role in supporting employees to achieve their targets through training, incentives, and efficient workload management. The conclusion of this research is that PT Bringin Gigantara has successfully created a productive work environment and motivated employees through effective HR management, high work quality standards, and a measured approach to ensuring punctuality.Keywords: Employee Performance, Human Resources management.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong. A company engaged in buying and selling motorbikes and spare parts. This research was conducted in December 2023 with respondents from all employees of PT. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong totaling 34 respondents. In collecting data using a questionnaire which was then processed using the SPSS application, this research used multiple linear analysis techniques with a quantitative descriptive research type. From the research results, it is known that the Leadership Style variable influences employee performance, this is proven by the results of data testing which shows the value of tcount > ttable (3,045>1,693) data obtained from the field. The motivation variable influences employee performance, this can be seen from the test results where tcount > ttable (2,326>1,693) data obtained from the field. Where the value of the f test results for the variables of leadership style and motivation together influence the performance of PT employees. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, petani cabe merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang masih menggunakan sistem pertanian konvensional yang bergantung pada pupuk dan pestisida anorganik, seperti yang dilakukan oleh petani umum. Pemakaian pupuk dan pestisida anorganik yang ditenggarai dan dirasakan oleh petani telah menimbulkan banyak efek negatif, salah satunya adalah penurunan produktifitas lahan dan membuat tanaman cabe merah lebih rentan terhadap penyakit dan hama. Tim pengusul dan kelompok tani Muji Lestari Desa Sukasari, mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memutuskan untuk memulai program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan menerapkan teknologi fermentasi untuk membuat pupuk organik padat dan cair. Kegiatan PKM telah dilakukan dalam berbagai bentuk dan tahap. Ini termasuk menyebarkan inisiatif, memberikan pelatihan dan menerapkan teknologi tepat guna dalam pembuatan kompos dan POC biourine, menanam tanaman cabe merah, dan menggunakan teknologi pengolahan cabe merah untuk memperpanjang umur penyimpanan produk olahan cabe merah. PKM dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pembuatan pupuk kompos dan POC biourine, serta mengaplikasikannya pada tanaman cabe merah dan mengubah cabe merah segar menjadi cabe merah kering.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of lecturer performance, service quality and facilities on student satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. the population in this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sample used in this study was 637 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely T Test and F Test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Lecturer Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction, then Facilities have an effect on Student Satisfaction, and Lecturer Performance, Service Quality and Facilities together have a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Keywords: Lecturer Performance, Service Quality, Facilities, and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian adalah suatu proses dimana konsumen melakukan penilaian terhadap berbagai alternatif pilihan dan memilih salah satu atau lebih alternatif yang diperlukan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen diantaranya adalah harga dan layanan COD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan layanan cash on delivery (COD) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat pengguna marketplace Shopee yang ada di Kecamatan Semidang Alas Kabupaten Seluma. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 77 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data didapatkan persamaan regresi linear berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 11.457 + 0.394 X1 + 0.297 X2. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (thitung = 4.374 dan Sig = 0.000) dan layanan cash on delivery (COD) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (thitung = 2.830 dan Sig = 0.006). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh harga dan layanan cash on delivery (COD) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Fhitung = 47.958 dan Sig = 0.000). Disarankan kepada manajemen marketplace Shopee untuk dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan cara merancang harga produk sesuai dengan kualitas produk yang dipersepsikan konsumen dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen tentang keamanan penggunaan layanan cash on delivery (COD).

Abstract

Purchase decisions are one of the key factors determining the success of a business, especially in the food and beverage industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of product diversification, price, and promotion on customers' purchase decisions at Brens Bakery, Kota Manna, South Bengkulu. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Brens Bakery customers and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results indicate that product diversification has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, suggesting that the more diverse the products offered, the greater the likelihood of customers making a purchase. Price also has a positive and significant effect, meaning that appropriate pricing aligned with product quality and customers' purchasing power can enhance purchase decisions. Additionally, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, demonstrating that effective marketing strategies can increase product appeal and encourage customers to buy. This study confirms that product diversification, price, and promotion are the primary factors influencing customers' purchase decisions at Brens Bakery. Therefore, management is advised to continuously enhance product variety, set competitive prices, and optimize promotional strategies to increase customer purchases. Abstract

The problem of research is that Perumda Tirta Hidayah often faces various challenges in managing human resources, especially in terms of managing contract employees. Contract employees at Perumda Tirta Hidayah are often faced with different work situations than permanent employees, both in terms of job stability and opportunities for development. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job description and job placement on the job satisfaction of contract employees in the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City. This research can be classified as causal associative quantitative research, the respondents are all contract employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City totaling 75 people. Data collection was done using questionnaires, data analysis was carried out statistically descriptive and multiple linear regression models. The results of the study show that job descriptions have an effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees, where a good job description will increase the job satisfaction of contract employees. Then job placement affects the job satisfaction of contract employees, where appropriate placement will increase employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job descriptions and job placement affect the job satisfaction of contract employees. This explains that when job descriptions and job placements are well designed and implemented, they both have a positive impact on employee satisfaction levels. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product design on purchasing decisions for Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City. To determine the effect of Online Customer Rating on Purchasing Decisions for Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City. To find out the influence between Product Design and Online Customer Rating on Purchasing Decisions for Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City. This type of research is research using a quantitative approach. "Quantitative methods are used to examine specific populations and samples. Based on the results of research on the effect of Product Design and Online Customer Rating simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions for Ventela Brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City, the following conclusions can be made:  There is a positive and significant effect of Product Design (X1) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) at Market Place Shopee on Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City, which means that the higher the Product Design, the more the Purchasing Decision increases. There is an influence of Customer Online Rating (X2) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) in the Shopee market place for Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City. This means that the higher the Online Customer Rating, the more the Purchasing Decision increases. There is an effect of Product Design and Online Customer Rating together on Purchasing Decisions at the Shopee market place for Ventela brand shoe customers in Bengkulu City with an Fsiq value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pagar Banyu Village office, Ulu Talo Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. It is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, utilizing questionnaires and observations for the collection of scientific data and information. The study examines “The Influence of the Village Head’s Leadership Style on the Perfomance of Village Apparatus in Pagar Banyu Village, Ulu Talo Subdiscrit, Seluma Regerency.” The population in this study consited of 20 village apparatus and residents of Pagar Banyu Village. The sampling technique involved selecting 20 individuals, comprising village apparatus and some residents of Pagar Banyu Village. Data collection methods included observation and distribution of questionnaires to the apparatus and some local residents. Data analysis techniques employed instrument validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, as well as t-test and hypothesis testing.Based on the data analysis, it was found that the leadership style significantly influences the perfomance of Village apparatus, as evidenced by the results of simple linear regression y = 9.481 + 0.438x. the calculated t-value was greater than the critical t-value. If the leadership style of the village head is equal to 0, the perfomance of Village head has a positive and significant effect on the perfomamance of the apparatus in Pagar Banyu Village, Ulu Talo, Seluma. This implies that the hypothesis is accepted.
