Abstract

Keberadaan sampah merupakan masalah yang perlu segera diselesaikan. Pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah organik serta anorganik penting dilakukan guna meminimalisir kuantitas sampah yang ada di Bumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab pembuangan sampah sembarangan di kantin Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa maupun masyarakat tentang dampak negatif dari minimnya kesadaran membuang sampah yang baik dan benar, memberikan edukasi tentang pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik yang dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah bidang ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan data penelitian berupa penjabaran secara deskriptif berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada beberapa pihak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara. Sampel penelitian ini ada sebanyak 4 responden yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa mahasiswa dikantin masih enggan membuang sampah pada tempatnya karena jarak meja dengan tempat sampah terlalu jauh, selain itu mahasiswa juga masih belum paham akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

Dakwah Islamiyah adalah pendidikan, dan pendidikan sebenarnya itu dengan prilaku yang baik. Keteladaan adalah suatu hal yang tak sama dengan yang lain dalam hal pengaruh pada diri manusia. Hal itu dapat dikatakan bahwa manusia pada dasarnya lebih cenderung kepada fitranya, jika ada keteladaan yang baik di depannya maka ia lebih merindukannya dan pada gilirannya ia akan mencontohnya. Pertanyaannya pada saat ini ialah “apakah kita sudah kehilangan keteladaan yang baik dalam kehidupannya kita?!” saya kira semua kita akan berteriak gemuruh “ya!”. Kita hari ini bukan saja kehilangan keteladanan itu tetapi kita telah kehilangan standar yang shahih sebuah keteladanan. Bagi mereka yang punya optimisme tinggi bahwa kesuksesan itu tak celah, maka keteladaan adalah orang yang sukses dalam segala bidang baik ekonomi, sosial, politik dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Adaptive leadership is about helping people to change and adapt to new situations. Leaders are required to be able to analyze, see and formulate all forms and types of organizational problems. On the other hand, if the leader only has a bad character and does not have a good influence on his members, then it is certain that the organization will not develop well and according to expectations. The aim of this research is to analyze why the role of adaptive leadership is so important in the IPNU and IPPNU organizations, and how the adaptive leadership process plays out in developing the organization. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research will conduct interviews at the IPNU and IPPNU organizations in Sedati District and will conduct interviews with 18 branches. The data analysis technique in this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques. The research results found that not all IPNU and IPPNU leaders in Sedati District implemented adaptive leadership well.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of integrating situational leadership with traditional values to enhance student discipline in Islamic boarding schools. The primary objective is to explore how a holistic leadership training program, tailored to the unique cultural context of pesantren, can improve student adherence to school regulations and foster self-discipline. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from school administrators, teachers, and students at Nurul Jadid Middle School in Probolinggo, East Java. The findings indicate that the integration of situational leadership principles with the values of pesantren significantly improves student discipline, resulting in a more orderly and conducive learning environment. The study's implications suggest that this model can be adopted by similar institutions to enhance student behavior and academic outcomes. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on educational leadership and discipline, particularly within the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran adalah proses penerapan dalam pembelajaran untuk melaksanakan ide, program atau seperangkat aktivitas baru dengan mengharapkan ada perubahan dalam diri orang yang di ajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama, mengetahui pembelajaran fiqih pada peserta didik di MAUWH. Kedua, mengetahui penerapan metode jigsaw untuk pemahaman siswa kelas XI MAUWH dalam pengimplementasian metode jigsaw. Ketiga, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penerapan metode jigsaw dalam memahamkan siswa pada pelajaran fiqih kelas XI di MAUWH. Pada penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw diharapkan mampu membuat peserta didik menjadi antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pembelajaran fiqih pada peserta didik di MAUWH berlangsung dilaksanakan dalam bentuk bimbingan pengajaran dan latihan namun masih ada kekurangan yaitu murid belum semua memahami materi pembelajaran. Kedua, penerapan metode jigsaw untuk pemahaman siswa kelas XI MAUWH sudah diterapkan namun masih ada kekurangan yaitu siswa belum semua menguasai materi pembelajaran. Ketiga, faktor pendukung dalam implementasi metode jigsaw diantaranya adalah antusias belajar kelompok siswa dan usaha guru dan faktor penghambat dalam penerapan metode jigsaw dalam memahamkan siswa pada pelajaran fiqih kelas XI di MAUWH adalah pengelompokan siswa yang beragam, dikarenakan pengetahuan siswa dalam memahami tahapan-tahapan materi

Abstract

This study aims to improve the early reading skills of children aged 4–5 years through the use of picture cards in Raudhatus Sholihin Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of picture cards can make it easier for children to recognize letters and vocabulary in a more interesting and appropriate way for children. This media successfully fosters interest in learning, makes the learning process more interactive, and helps children understand reading by associating letter symbols with images. In addition, teachers can also be more creative in designing fun learning activities so that the classroom atmosphere becomes more lively. Thus, the use of picture cards has proven effective as an alternative method for early reading learning in PAUD institutions, especially to support children's language development at an early age.

Abstract

Backgound: Dysmenorrhea is a medical condition during menstruation that hinders women from doing activity because of soreness or pain in the abdomen or pelvis. Dysmenorrhea can be found in some women in different ages including teenage girls. In Indonesia the rate of dysmenorrhea is approximately around 64,25% consisting of 54,89% of primary dysmenorrhea and 9,36% of secondary dysmenorrhea. If it is not appropriately treated, the symptoms could interrupt daily activities. A non-pharmacology therapeutic method that alleviates pain can be applied using hot water compression (37-40C) for about 15 minutes. Research Objective: The research purpose is to investigate and discover the effect of hot water compression method for the teenage girls at SMP Takhasus Al-Quran Wonosobo. Research Methods: This research employs a pre-experimental design (Pre-test – Treatment – Post-test). The data was collected from respondents that were made up of 33 populations and 30 sampling of teenage girls using random sampling methods before it was analysed by Wilcoxon signed test. Result: The average scale of pain before treatment by hot water compress was 5,67, while after the care, were decreasing to 4,03 scale. Conclusion: Hot water compress has a positive response in decreasing the dysmenorrhea pain for teenage girls at SMP Takhasus Al-Quran Wonosobo.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan akademik dan kebutuhan sosial merupakan isu penting dalam dinamika perkembangan remaja, khususnya peserta didik di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas. Siswa kelas X yang berada dalam masa transisi dari pendidikan menengah pertama ke atas kerap menghadapi tekanan untuk berprestasi secara akademik, namun di saat yang sama memiliki kebutuhan kuat untuk menjalin relasi sosial yang sehat. Ketidakseimbangan ini berpotensi menimbulkan konflik internal, stres, hingga menurunnya motivasi dan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dalam membantu siswa menjaga keseimbangan antara kehidupan sosial dan tuntutan akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dalam bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK), dengan subjek sebanyak tujuh siswa kelas X-5 SMAN 2 Madiun yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan refleksi tertulis siswa. Intervensi dilakukan melalui satu siklus layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan skenario sosiodrama yang dirancang berdasarkan situasi nyata yang dialami siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal siswa, seperti kemampuan komunikasi asertif, empati, manajemen waktu, serta penyelesaian konflik secara konstruktif. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kesadaran diri, pengambilan keputusan, dan sikap yang lebih seimbang dalam menghadapi dilema sosial-akademik. Proses dramatik yang dilakukan secara partisipatif dan reflektif mendorong keterlibatan aktif serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik sosiodrama dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk mendukung kesejahteraan sosial-emosional siswa secara holistik di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The culture of teacher professionalism is a crucial factor in improving educational quality, as it reflects teachers’ commitment, responsibility, and continuous professional development. This study aims to examine the strategies employed by school principals in fostering a culture of professionalism among teachers. A qualitative research approach with a descriptive design was used to explore leadership practices and their influence on professional culture. Data were collected through observations of leadership practices and professional activities, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation analysis of school programs and organizational records. The findings reveal that principals enhance teacher professionalism through structured coaching, role modeling, supervision, professional development programs, and the cultivation of collaborative work environments. These strategies contribute to increased teacher discipline, professional responsibility, and engagement in continuous improvement. The study implies that effective principal leadership plays a central role in shaping a sustainable culture of teacher professionalism. Therefore, school leaders are encouraged to adopt strategic, participatory, and consistent leadership practices to strengthen professional culture and support long-term educational quality improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ misconceptions on the topic of temperature and heat using the Certainty of Response Index (CRI) model as a diagnostic tool. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach involving a multiple-choice test accompanied by CRI scales to identify not only incorrect answers but also the confidence level behind each response. Data analysis included calculating the proportion of correct and incorrect answers, average CRI scores, and categorizing students into groups of scientific conceptions, misconceptions, or lack of knowledge. The results showed that several students selected incorrect answers with high CRI values, indicating strong misconceptions that must be addressed through targeted instructional strategies. Meanwhile, students with incorrect answers but low CRI scores were categorized as having a lack of knowledge rather than misconceptions. The findings highlight that misconceptions occurred most frequently in indicators related to heat transfer, the relationship between temperature and molecular motion, and factors affecting changes in temperature. The study concludes that CRI is an effective diagnostic method for distinguishing levels of student understanding and is useful for informing remedial instruction. These findings provide meaningful insight for ededucators in designing better learning interventions to reduce misconceptions.
