Abstract

In the last century, the use of machine learning, especially the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) has greatly helped the world of health (medicine). Through action research on image datasets, CNN succeeded and was able to show classification or grouping based on the same characteristics and properties on unlabeled images with higher accuracy and faster than other machine learning methods. This is very useful for the world of health, especially in the use of chest x-rays (chest x-rays) in the medical world. This study aims to optimize the CNN InceptionResNet-V2 architecture, for classifying Covid-19 disease, by training 4000 chest x-ray image datasets. The accuracy test results from InceptionResNet-V2 yielded 98%, with the precision of each CNN InceptionRestNet-V2 architecture class being Covid (99%), Lung_Opacity (97%), Normal (98%), Viral_Pneumonia (98%). The CNN InceptionRestNet architecture can help quickly and accurately produce chest x-rays.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the COBIT 2019 framework in information technology audits at PT. LUM. COBIT 2019 is a globally recognized framework for the governance and management of enterprise information technology. Using COBIT 2019, this research analyzes the extent to which PT. LUM has implemented effective IT controls and governance to support its business objectives. The research methodology involves qualitative descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and review of internal company documents. The research results show that PT. LUM has implemented most of the processes in the COBIT 2019 domain, but there are still several areas that require further improvement. These findings include the need for improvements in IT risk management, increasing human resource capacity in the IT sector, as well as strengthening monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. From the results of this research, it is recommended that PT. LUM has made improvements to policies and procedures related to IT governance in accordance with the 2019 COBIT recommendations. A more comprehensive implementation of this framework is expected to improve the company's information technology performance, support the achievement of strategic goals, and increase value for stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

Abstract

Telecommunication service providers consist of many entities. This results in a lot of business competition within it. It is very important to maintain the competitiveness of telecommunications companies to be able to continue to survive in this business environment. Therefore, companies need to conduct research that can identify hidden weaknesses of the company. This study aims to measure the performance of telecommunications contractor companies (Telco) by applying the benchmarking method, focusing on PT. LUM as a case study. Company performance will be evaluated in several key aspects, including operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used to collect and analyze data, including document analysis, interviews with senior management and customers, and literature studies on company performance and benchmarking. The results of the study are expected to provide a better understanding of PT. LUM's performance and allow for performance comparisons with other Telco contractor companies. Recommendations generated from this study are expected to help PT. LUM improve company performance and compete more effectively in the market

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the competencies of students and lecture at Universitas Nasional (UNAS) in the field of digital business through training and socialization of the competency certification scheme. Digital business competency certification has become essential in the digital era, when these skills are needed to improve the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of graduates. The methods used in this activity include training, competency test simulations, and the socialization of the benefits of certification in the job market. Evaluation results show that this activity successfully increased participants' understanding of the certification process and their readiness to undertake the competency tests. It is hoped that, through this activity, UNAS graduates will gain superior competencies in the digital business field.

Abstract

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has become a key strategy for companies to enhance operational efficiency and cross-departmental data integration. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Compiere ERP in medium to large enterprises, which have higher business process complexity and a greater need for integrated data management. The research methodology includes a case study on a company that has adopted Compiere ERP, covering stages of installation, module customization, and evaluation of its impact on business process effectiveness. The findings indicate that Compiere ERP improves data integration, simplifies inventory management, and accelerates information access across departments. However, some challenges emerged during the customization phase to meet specific business needs and integrate with pre-existing systems. This study provides insights into the benefits and obstacles of implementing Compiere ERP and offers recommendations for effective implementation strategies in medium to large companies. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for other companies considering open-source ERP solutions to support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

In the contemporary era, news portals have become integral mediums for global information access and dissemination. However, the swift evolution of technology demands a nuanced understanding to effectively harness these platforms. This study employs an online learning approach as part of a community service initiative, targeting the residents of Komplek Kebersihan Street 13th Neighbourhood 10th Hamlet in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Focused on the news portal Nachannel.my.id, this endeavor not only familiarizes participants with its features but also addresses the imperative of technological literacy in engineering education. By providing insights into news portal functionality and usage, the initiative empowers participants to navigate the digital information landscape proficiently. The study's outcomes underscore the significance of bridging the knowledge gap, as post-service feedback reflects enhanced awareness and appreciation for the advantages conferred by news portals. This research contributes to the field of engineering by emphasizing the pivotal role of technological literacy in engaging with contemporary information platforms.

Abstract

Accurate and structured performance assessment is an essential requirement for service-oriented organizations such as law firms. This study aims to develop a personnel performance measurement system at MFP Law Firm Jakarta using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The BSC method was selected because it enables comprehensive performance evaluation from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research was conducted by determining relevant performance indicators for each position within the law firm, namely Partner, Senior Lawyer, Junior Lawyer, Legal Staff, and Finance Staff. The assessment weights were set at 35% for the financial perspective, 25% for customer, 25% for internal business processes, and 15% for learning and growth. The results showed that the highest performance score was achieved by Personnel B (90.55), while the lowest was recorded by Pesonnel N (74.05). This system provides an objective overview of personnel performance achievements and can serve as a foundation for improving human resource management strategies within the law firm

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology today has brought forth various applications based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can be utilized to support organizational management activities, including mosque management. This community service activity aims to introduce the basic concepts of AI and its potential applications in supporting the activities of mosque administrators in the Islamic Village Tangerang area. The activity was conducted online through socialization sessions and interactive discussions, covering materials on AI introduction, examples of simple AI implementations, and discussions on opportunities for its application in mosque administration and digital da'wah media. This activity was successfully carried out, and the results showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic AI concepts as well as enthusiasm to further develop the use of this technology within the mosque environment. This program is expected to serve as a starting point for mosque administrators in utilizing AI technology in a positive and productive manner.
