Abstract

Penerapan risiko bisnis pada suatu usaha kecil hingga menengah dapat memberikan dampak keberlangsungan pada suatu usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen risiko yang berfokus dalam pelayanan konsumen pada Amati Coffee Tiban yang sudah berdiri di Kota Batam. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dimana terdiri atas beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan langsung terhadap Amati Coffee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen merupakan faktor yang sangat penting selain lokasi usaha, produk yang disajikan, dan faktor lain yang ada dalam meningkatkan kualitas bisnis dari Amati Coffee. Manfaat dari penelitian bagi pelaku adalah dapat memilih keputusan yang tepat dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko yang memiliki kemungkinan untuk muncul sehingga dampak yang diterima tidak fatal dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan kembali kualitas pemasaran dan pelayanan dari Amati Coffee. Kata Kunci : Risiko Bisnis, Amati Coffee Tiban, Pelayanan Konsumen, Metode Kualitatif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan membantu ibu – ibu agar memiliki skill yang nantinya akan dipakai untuk memiliki penghasilan sendiri maupun mengisi waktu luang, yaitu berupa kegiatan cooking class, di cooking class ini kami akan memberikan edukasi cara mengelola makanan yang unik yaitu keripik sukun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasi serta menggunakan Analisa terhadap manajemen proyek pada suatu perusahaan yaitu integrasi proyek, manajemen lingkup,waktu,biaya,kualitas, dan resiko proyek tersebut. Abstract

The plastic manufacturing industry in Indonesia has become a much needed industry because consumption power continues to rise. One company in Batam that produces plastic is PT Batam Plastik. As a plastic factory, PT Batam Plastik will add plastic waste that cannot be broken down in Batam City. This article was created to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and green human resource management at PT Batam Plastik. This type of qualitative research uses data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, PT Plastik Batam has implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and environmentally friendly human resource management correctly. This is based on data from interviews conducted where PT Plastik Batam recycles plastic waste into recycled products and has trained its employees on how to recycle plastic and reuse plastic.

Abstract

A person who has free time, does not have a job and is looking for a job can be said to be an unemployed person. The problem of unemployment in Indonesia will not be exhausted to discuss, unemployment is generally caused by the level of job seekers proportional to the available jobs. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect unemployment in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by describing various conditions and situations based on existing data. Based on the results that can be concluded, the increase in inflation has resulted in one of the causes of unemployment in Indonesia. Inflation occurred with the highest percentage due to the transportation group with (8.88%). If this is not balanced with people's lifestyles, it will have an impact on unemployment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the key determinants of purchase intentions among Generation Z and Millennials in live-streaming e-commerce and to examine the mediating role of consumer trust. This is based on live-streaming commerce has rapidly transformed online shopping behavior among digital-native consumers, yet limited evidence explains what drives their purchase intentions. Using a quantitative explanatory design, 312 respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on the following criteria: aged 18–42 years, active users of live-stream shopping in the past three months, and connected to the Batam or Tanjungpinang digital-commerce ecosystem. Variance-based SEM (VB-SEM) was used due to its predictive orientation and suitability for mediation analysis with non-normal data. The results show that professionalism does not significantly affect trust or purchase intentions, while interaction influences purchase intentions only through trust. Price discounts and social bonding have both direct and indirect positive effects. Trust emerges as a central mediator. The study contributes by showing the declining importance of seller professionalism and reinforcing the critical role of trust in real-time commerce.
