Produktivitas kerja merupakan suatu kaitan antara output yakni hasil kerja dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan produk/jasa oleh seorang tenaga kerja. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu ukuran yang sering dipakai, sebuah organisasi tidak akan dapat berkembang apabila produktivitas kerja karyawannya juga tidak mengalami peningkatan apalagi dengan semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan kompensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan UPTD Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPTD PPD Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh formulasi Y = -3,892 + 0,435 X1 + 0,625 X2. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel pengawasan (X1) dengan nilai sig t (0,001) dan kompensasi finansial (X2) dengan nilai sig t (0,000) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Secara simultan variabel pengawasan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 100,694 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,000 < 0,05). Uji koefisien determinasi dengan nilai R2 sebesar 87,30%, sisanya 12,70% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengawasan dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. The study aims to test simultaneously and partially the influence of film quality, community effects and service quality on interest in watching the Cinema XXI on the Transmart Padang. The use of this variable is expected to find out the factors that influence interest in watching the product (film). This study uses a sample of 100 respondents, namely moviegoers in the Transmart Padang through distributing questionnaires using the non random sampling method. The results of the study showed that film quality, community effects and service quality had a positive effect on interest in watching.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Islamic Human Development Index (I-HDI) in the Member States of Islamic Cooperation for the period 2010 to 2019. This study uses a quantitative method with a panel data approach (Common Effect Model) as the best model after carried out the specification of the test model. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the World Bank which is then processed using statistical software eviews 10. The results show that the variable government spending in the health sector and the corruption perception index have a significant positive effect on I-HDI in the OCI countries while for the variable government spending in the education sector has a negative effect and the FDI variable does not have a significant effect on I-HDI in the OIC countries in 2010 to 2019

This study aims to analyze the effect of musyarakah and murabaha contract financing on return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2015 to 2019. This research data was taken from access to the official website of OJK (Financial Services Authority) monthly reports on Islamic banking statistics for the period 2015 month. January to December 2019 month. The approach method uses the ECM (Error Correction Model) model. The results obtained on the variable of Musyarakah contract financing have a significant and significant effect on return on assets in long-term conditions. Meanwhile, in short-term conditions, it does not have a significant and significant effect on return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2015 to 2019. In the variable murabahah financing in long-term or short-term conditions, it does not affect return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. 2015 to 2019. This could happen because the interest offered by commercial banks is lower than the margin level provided by Islamic commercial banks, so many people choose to take financing from commercial banks.

This study aims to determine the effect of factory overhead costs and direct labor costs on sales results in Pak May Padang's baking pan business. Taking this title is based on the phenomenon that many business actors do not understand the calculation of production reports so that sales results are not clear, as we can see for ourselves business actors often neglect recording financial reports, the need to know sales results so that they can determine the number of products to be produced and sold in more detail. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data taken is in the form of secondary data by conducting direct interviews with business owners, by preparing question materials and looking at records of factory overhead costs and direct labor costs during the period 2018 to 2022. This study conducted a classic assumption test, hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21. With the results of the study stating Seeing the results of the tests that have been carried out proves that partially Factory Overhead Costs have a significant effect on Sales Results, direct labor costs have no significant effect on sales results and simultaneously both variables have a significant effect on Sales Results, and can also be seen Adjusted R Square of 0.501 or 50.1% This means that 50.1% of the Sales Results variable is influenced by Factory Overhead Costs and Direct Labor Costs, the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

This study is entitled regression analysis and correlation between product quality and purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone products in Kota Pariaman. Statistical science can be used in estimating consumer purchasing decisions involving product quality. The number of respondents amounted to 16 data taken by the proposive sampling method. The method used is Simple Linear Regression. The result of the equation is Y ̂=184.41-0.6X. The degree of relationship or Pearson correlation between variables X and Y is 77.7% which is categorized as having a high relationship. While the results of the F test obtained F count of 47.85 and F table of 4.6, because the results of F count were greater than F tables, which meant that the product quality variable had an effect on the purchasing decision variable.

This research employs a convolutional neural network (CNN) with long short-term memory (LSTM) to analyse and predict the behaviour of users of mobile devices, utilising a dataset comprising 700 users. The model combines the strengths of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) in spatial feature extraction and long short-term memory (LSTM) networks in temporal sequential analysis. The results demonstrate that the model exhibits excellent performance, with 92% accuracy, 89% precision, 91% recall, and 90% F1 score. The temporal pattern analysis revealed significant variation between the user classes, with the intensive class showing consistently high usage, averaging 300 minutes per day. The key factors influencing the user experience were identified as app usage time (25%), screen on time (22%), and battery consumption (18%). The segmentation of users resulted in the identification of five distinct groups, with Segment 2 exhibiting the highest usage level (6.2 hours per day) and Segment 5 displaying the lowest (1.3 hours per day). The strong correlation (0.89) between app usage time and screen time serves to confirm the importance of optimising the performance of apps. These findings provide a basis for more effective service personalisation and more targeted app development, thereby paving the way for the optimisation of the user experience on mobile devices.

This research aims to analyze murabahah financing based on the influence of inflation, interest rates, and third-party funds on BSI. The data used is secondary data on Murabahah Financing, deposits, inflation, and interest for February 2021 to February 2024, sourced from the official websites of BSI and BI. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained from multiple regression analysis show that the variables of deposits, inflation, and interest rates have a significant positive effect on murabahah financing at BSI in 2021-2024. Likewise, deposits, interest, and inflation significantly influenced murabahah financing at BSI in 2021-2024. The results of this study imply that banks need to pay attention to these macroeconomic factors in formulating business strategies and murabahah financing products, as well as increasing deposits by offering products and services that are attractive to customers. In addition, Sharia bank also needs to monitor the development of interest rates and inflation to be able to adjust the strategy to be carried out with various dynamic macroeconomic conditions.

This study examines the effect of trust, transparency, and security on the success of blockchain-based decentralized crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 143 participants through a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that security and transparency have a significant positive impact on the success of blockchain crowdfunding, while trust also exerts a positive but relatively weaker effect. The findings suggest that ensuring a secure and transparent environment is essential to fostering trust and enhancing the likelihood of success for decentralized crowdfunding platforms. The study contributes to the understanding of critical factors for blockchain crowdfunding success and offers practical implications for platform developers and investors.

Economic growth is a description of the economic activities of a region in a continuous manner towards better economic activities in a certain period, so this discussion aims to analyze the influence of gender-based work pertypi and population density on economic growth in South Sulawesi by using time series and cross section data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency from 2018 to 2022. The method used in this discussion is using a quantitative method with a panel data regression analysis approach. The results of the study show that the gender-based work participation variable has a significant positive effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi and the variable of seat density has a significant negative effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi. Meanwhile, simultaneously gender-based work participation variables and population density have a significant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi. So this result shows that the government must continue to encourage work participation for both men and women through the provision of jobs.
