Abstract

Qiyas is one way to resolve various legal cases whose arguments are not clearly stated in the ur'anqand Hadith. Imam Syafi'i is one of the initiators of the concept of iyas who holds the view that various legal cases that exist in Muslim society which are not yet clearly regulated in the ur'an and hadith can be resolved through iyas, either in the form of iyas aulawi, iyas musawi or qiyas adn . One case that is not yet clear is the type of staple food that is issued as zakat fitrah in Indonesia. The zakat fitrah issued which was the staple food of the Prophet Muhammad saw and the Arabs in ancient times was wheat, dates, cheese, and others. In fact, the majority of Muslims in Indonesia who adhere to the Shafi'i school of thought pay zakat fitrah in the form of staple foods that are commonly consumed, namely rice, corn, sago, etc. Zakat fitrah which must be paid by every Muslim who is still alive in the month of Ramadan and has excess staple food for the night and Eid al-Fitr, if rice is used is 2.5 kg or 3.5 liters per person

Abstract

Widarapayung Wetan is one of the innovation villages in Cilacap Regency with the method of developing a one-stop destination tourist area. The development of tourist areas certainly attracts visitors and the public to be able to gather and have activities at the same location. This innovation certainly requires various facilities and infrastructure to support development. To support the government's program in developing the use of new and renewable energy and developing an innovation village in the village of Widarapayung Wetan, an infrastructure to support visitor facilities was made in the one-stop destination tourist area of ​​Widarapayung Wetan Village. The Solar Electric Device Charging Station (S – EDCS) uses solar system technology so that it will not burden the use of PLN's electrical energy. The use of solar energy also provides knowledge for the surrounding community to be able to innovate to develop electricity needs using the S – EDCS tool which is implemented in the village of Widarapayung Wetan. The installation of S – EDCS is a Social Innovation for the community that has not existed before in Widarapayung Wetan Village.

Abstract

Ujungmanik Village, Kawunganten District, Cilacap Regency, which is in the Segara Anakan Cilacap area, has natural resources, especially eucalyptus plants, which have the potential to develop the economy of the village community. The biggest problem faced by LMDH Dadi Makmur as a unit that manages the eucalyptus oil business is that after the production of eucalyptus oil distillation, it will produce residual waste from cajuput oil twigs and leaves with quite a large volume and only be left piled up around the yard where the distillery is, causing area storage of essential oil raw materials is narrow and also takes a long time to become organic fertilizer. The innovation offered through this community service activity is implementing a briquette printing machine from eucalyptus oil refining waste which is energy efficient and based on solar panels. The results of the dedication show that the eucalyptus oil waste processing activity in addition to reducing environmental pollution also produces biomass briquettes that can be utilized by the residents of Ujungmanik Village as a leading economic product of Ujungmanik Village.  Keyword: Cajuput oil, briquette, solar panels

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep energi terbarukan, khususnya energi surya, kepada siswa SD N 01 Banjarwaru melalui penggunaan trainer Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) sebagai media pembelajaran. Proses kegiatan diawali dengan survey awal dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), diikuti oleh pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dengan baik dan memahami konsep dasar energi terbarukan. Trainer PLTS berfungsi optimal, memungkinkan siswa untuk melihat langsung bagaimana energi surya dapat dikonversi menjadi listrik. Narasumber juga memberikan paparan yang komprehensif tentang pentingnya energi terbarukan dan teknis operasional PLTS, yang memperkaya pemahaman siswa. Antusiasme siswa terlihat dari keaktifan mereka dalam sesi tanya jawab, yang menunjukkan ketertarikan mereka terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang energi terbarukan, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman praktis yang bermanfaat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan siswa

Abstract

Ujungmanik Village has a eucalyptus oil distillery with essential oil products produced of 100 kg per year. The problem is that the waste from the eucalyptus oil distillation, in the form of twigs and leaves from the eucalyptus oil distillation, accumulates and reduces the production area. The purpose of this study was to design a eucalyptus waste compost fertilizer packaging machine with the addition of a load cell sensor. The method used in making this compost fertilizer packaging machine is a PLC control system for the packaging section and ESP8266 is used to control the load cell sensor for weighing during the packaging process. The test results show that the eucalyptus oil distillation waste compost fertilizer packaging machine based on the PLC control system is capable of packaging 1000-gram organic fertilizer by the load cell sensor and is capable of packaging 10 plastic bags. Based on the monitoring results through the Blynk application, the packaging has an average value of 994.1 grams and an error percentage of 2.1%

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the most important energies in everyday life so high-voltage electrical equipment has a vital role in maintaining the reliability of electric power distribution. The corona effect is caused by insulation failure in high-rise equipment which results in disrupted electrical power distribution. The purpose of this research activity is to produce a multi-sensor tool to test the condition of equipment in distribution network booths that have experienced the corona phenomenon. The input data from several sensors used, such as the ozone sensor, will detect ozone gas exposed in the 20kv chamber, detection of ultraviolet light by the UV sensor module, and detection of sound frequency from the hissing of equipment through the microphone sensor experiencing corona will be processed by the Microcontroller and if the value is detected exceeds the reference value that has been set, the output in the form of an LCD will display a corona symptom warning message and instruct the buzzer alarm to sound. The results showed that the prototype of the corona detector was able to identify ozone levels with a maximum value of 21.88 ppb, the largest UV index value of 336, and a maximum hissing frequency of 157 dB in distribution cubicles that experienced the corona effect.

Abstract

The innovation offered through this community service activity is implementing a briquette printing machine from eucalyptus oil refining waste, which is energy efficient and based on solar panels. The dedication results show that the eucalyptus oil waste processing activity and reducing environmental pollution also produce biomass briquettes that the residents of Banjarwaru Village can utilize as a leading economic product of Banjarwaru Village. The test data of the briquette making machine shows that the output voltage from the inverter produces an AC voltage with a value of 216 - 221 V, so that it can rotate the AC motor with a rotation of 800 - 1400 rpm.

Abstract

Kegagalan isolasi peralatan listrik tegangan tinggi merupakan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh penyedia jasa ketenagalistrikan, khususnya dalam menjaga keandalan penyaluran tenaga listrik. Salah satu factor penyebab kegagalan isolasi pada peralatan tinggi adalah efek korona yang mengakibatkan peralatan tenaga listrik mengalami kerusakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan beberapa sensor untuk mendeteksi tanda tanda peralatan jaringan distribusi yang telah mengalami fenomena korona melalui pengamatan frekuensi, sinar UV, dan kadar gas ozon. Data masukan dari sejumlah sensor akan diproses oleh mikrokontroler dan melalui koneksi nirkabel Internet of Things akan ditampilkan melalui layar HMI Nextion di lokasi berbeda dan jika nilai yang dideteksi melebihi nilai referensi, mikrokontroler menginstruksikan alarm buzzer berbunyi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe alat pendeteksi korona mampu mengidentifikasi nilai kadar ozon sebesar 35 ppb, frekuensi desis rata rata sebesar 157 dB, serta spektrum cahaya UV sebesar 336 nm. Frekuensi desis peralatan akibat korona dan spektrum cahaya yang terbentuk telah melewati ambang batas standar. Kondisi tersebut telah memenuhi 2 dari 3 parameter yang menunjukkan bahwa peralatan distribusi telah mengalami efek korona.

Abstract

A coil winding machine for water pumps using a monitoring system is a development of conventional winding tools. In regular coil winding tools, the coil winding process is done manually by rotating the handle as many times as the desired number of turns. The conventional winding tools have problems consisting of inconsistent working speed and operator-dependent winding continuity. Undesirable windings can occur with conventional winding tools, and the winding process requires close supervision. Therefore, the automatic coil winding machine was developed to optimize the coil winding process. The machine utilizes a DC motor to rotate the coil rolls, replacing the conventional roller handle function. This machining method uses an optocoupler sensor. The sensor serves to identify and evaluate the rotation of the roller. In addition, the ATmega8 microcontroller was applied to develop a system that can work automatically. Data collection involves varying the number of wire turns and the wire diameter dimension. The variation is necessary because the number of windings and wire diameter affect pump efficiency and performance. The data testing showed a machine accuracy rate of 98%, with a maximum difference of 1 coil winding in the results. This data confirms that the coil winding machine meets the tool's accuracy standards.

Abstract

Ocean wave power plant is one of the plants that uses sea waves as the main energy. Although the amount of energy is abundant, in Indonesia the use of sea waves as electricity generators is still small. This is due to the lack of human resources to manage the wave energy of sea water. Many research studies on the Oscillating Water Column have been carried out, but it is only limited to a potential or feasibility study to be installed on the coast. Therefore, the focus of this research is to design a sea wave power plant with an oscillating water column system. The working process of the tool begins by adjusting the pwm to drive the motor power window which is connected to the wave arm. When the wave arm moves back and forth, it will produce artificial ocean waves. Artificial waves in the chamber produce compressed air, the air produced is used to rotate the turbine blades that have been connected to the generator to produce electrical energy. The greatest voltage and current is obtained when the wind speed reaches 7.7 m / s and the largest pulley rotating speed reaches 31,9 rpm at the 17 cm water level, which is 3.03 V DC and 6,07 mA. The test results prove that the potential of water waves can be used to generate electricity The development of the capacity of ocean wave power plants can be done by changing the dimensions of the turbines and increasing the capacity of the generator.
