The application of warm compresses was carried out independently, previously given training on SOPs for warm compresses, paying attention to pain using the Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) instrument, data analysis using Wilcoxon with a significant level of 0.05.Results and Discussion: The results of the characteristic study found that respondents were at the age of 21 years, the median body mass index (BMI) was 22.2, some respondents had a menstrual period of 27.5 days with regular menstrual cycles and dysmenorrhea that occurred on the first day. The median score before intervention was 5.5 with an interquartile range (IQR) of 1.75 while the median after intervention was 0 with an IQR value of 2. The Wilcoxon test results found a significant reduction in pain before and before warm compresses with a level of 0.000 Conclusion: Compresses have a positive impact in reducing dysmenorrhea pain and can be an alternative to self-care that teenagers can do Keywords: dysmenorrhea; pain; warm compress

Abstract

This research investigated the impact of nature exposure on mental health and wellbeing in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia, a region characterized by diverse natural landscapes. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews was employed to gather data from residents of various communities in the region. The quantitative findings indicated that more frequent nature exposure was associated with lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The qualitative insights revealed that nature exposure provided a sense of relaxation, tranquility, and rejuvenation, enhancing emotional well-being. The study underscores the restorative effects of nature and the importance of integrating green spaces into urban planning to promote mental health in rapidly developing regions like West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

The literature review highlights the growing research on social enterprises, exploring key concepts such as double bottom line and social impact assessment. While there has been progress, there are still gaps in understanding the global visibility and influence of social enterprise research. This research method fills the gap by using bibliometric analysis as a quantitative research method. The methodology section presents a comprehensive approach to data collection, extraction, and analysis. Relevant databases and sources are identified, and inclusion/exclusion criteria for publication are established. Keywords and search strategies are used to collect data on authorship, year of publication, journal, and number of citations. Bibliometric analysis techniques, including citation analysis and network analysis, are used to analyze data and uncover patterns and trends. The results and discussion sections present the findings of the bibliometric analysis. Citation patterns, influential works, and authors are identified, thus providing insight into the intellectual structure of the field. International collaboration trends and cross-cultural perspectives are analysed, highlighting global research networks and the application of social enterprise concepts across multiple contexts.

Abstract

When open the training or learning window, there are still many training processes that do not use technology. In today's increasingly competitive era, there are still educational institutions that do not use technology in their teaching and learning activities. It is believed that schools are currently taking advantage of new technologies that make the work of teachers or students easier. AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is developing very quickly from year to year. Its presence with new functions, functions and perspectives increasingly influences many areas of human life, including the field of education. Artificial intelligence is increasingly finding its way into learning activities in schools and universities. Artificial intelligence is an integral part of the development of educational technology. Of course, this had a significant impact on a person's further professional life. The goal of this research is to use artificial intelligence to promote adaptive learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey design. Data for this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire via the Google Forms link. The results of this study are that the use of artificial intelligence to enhance adaptive learning provides excellent feedback to students. Through artificial intelligence, schools use applications or media that can automate tasks such as giving suggestions, selecting appropriate teaching materials or adapting the curriculum to student needs. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only investigated at the school level. The researcher also hopes that future researchers can take this research to a higher level and he also hopes that in the future there will be other researchers who can advance this research.
