Abstract

Every human being certainly wants a decent life, needs can be fulfilled, not only food and clothing are needed but also a house. The problem of housing needs, of course, will not be an individual problem. But it is also a problem that must be faced jointly by the government and its people. Because if more and more people are homeless, of course, it will add to the slum areas in this country. To overcome these problems, the government through banking institutions helps the people, especially the weak economic groups, to get houses. As with the creation of a KPR Financing product (House Ownership Credit) with ancontract Istishna' at the Mojokerto City BPRS, Pandaan Branch, Pasuruan Regency, the purpose of this thesis research is to determine the mechanism for financing Griya Ageng Purwosari's mortgage with ancontract Al-Istishna' as well as the benefits and types of risks. faced by the Mojokerto City BPRS. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Griya Ageng Purwosari mortgage financing mechanism with thecontract Al-Istishna' is in accordance with sharia where the Bank requires the developer/developer and the customer to order and determine the specifications of the desired house. This financing also has several benefits and risks that are adjusted to the source of the risk, because infinancing Al-Istishna' there are 3 parties involved, namely the customer, the bank, and the developer. From these benefits and risks, the Mojokerto City BPRS has been able to minimize the impact of the risk of financing the Griya Ageng Purwosari mortgage with thecontract Al-Istishna'.

Abstract

Marketing means everything that producers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought, bought, used or consumed by the market as a fulfillment of the needs or desires of the relevant market, while sharia marketing is a business strategy that must cover all activities within a company, covering the entire process, creating , offering, exchange of value, services, from a producer, or a company or individual, in accordance with Islamic teachings. The approach used by researchers in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, t test, and f test using data collection techniques through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the instrument used in this research is the Likert scale. Based on the results of the research and the results of the regression analysis that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions at Yunika Stores. This is indicated by the value of thecalculated is greater than the Ttable (7.272 > 2.00665). 2) The quality of sharia-based service has a significant effect on consumer decisions to buy at Yunika Stores. This is indicated by the Tcount is greater than the Ttable (6.020 > 2.00665). 3) Marketing mix and service quality have a joint effect on consumer buying decisions at Yunika Stores with Fcount greater than Ftable (27.828 > 3.17).

Abstract

Dengan adanya penelitian ini, penulis berusaha untuk memberikan gambaran tentang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) berbasis syariah di perusahaan agar terwujud keseimbangan antara kebutuhan pegawai dengan tuntutan perusahaan. Keseimbangan tersebut merupakan kunci utama perusahaan agar dapat berkembang secara produktif. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif yaitu suatu metode yang digunakan terhadap data yang dikumpulkan, kemudian disusun, dijelaskan dan selanjutnya di analisis. Penulis juga menggunakan metode parafrashing atau merangkum materi sedemikian rupa untuk menyempurnakan laporan ini. Selain itu, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pandaan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan penerapan praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) berbasis syariah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan mulai dari proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan dilakukan secara tertib. Karyawan yang memenuhi kualifikasi akan dipanggil untuk proses wawancara (interview) yang meliputi tentang pengenalan diri pelamar, motivasi, pengetahuan tentang agama, pengalaman kerja, ketrampilan khusus, karakteristik pribadi serta ujian membaca Al-Quran, dan cara menghadapi masalah serta kemampuan memecahkan berbagai masalah.

Abstract

Business ethics has become something important in this era of increasingly fierce business competition. The number of cases of violations in the business world that have caused adverse impacts on each other, this raises the importance of awareness of business ethics. Doing business in an era of disturbances requires Islamic Business Ethics in order to achieve business benefits without destroying each other. Islam teaches to be honest, trustworthy and fair in doing business and avoid things that are manupulation, dangerous, speculative, monopolistic and hoarding, and usury. Islam provides a boundary or dividing line between what is permissible and what is not permissible, which is right and wrong as well as the halal and haram. These boundaries or lines are known as Islamic business ethics, that is ethics that is in accordance with Islamic values. Business in Islam is basically the same as business in general, it's just that they have to submit to and obey the teachings of the Qur'an, As-Sunnah, Al-Ijma and Qiyas even in the era of intense competition in the era of disruption which tend to be mutually detrimental, killing each other and nullifying each other. By holding on to Islamic Business Ethics the business competition climate in the era of disruption will be healthier to be equally successful without destroying each other in a wild competition.

Abstract

: The focus of the problem is (1) What is the mechanism for determining the selling price and profit margin in murabahah financing at Al-Yasini LKS. (2) What methods are used to determine the profit margin in murabahah financing by LKS Al-Yasini. (3) What are the factors that affect the profit margin on murabahah financing at Al-Yasini LKS. The objectives in writing this thesis have a purpose, namely: (a) To discount the selling price and profit margin on murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. (b) To discuss the method in determining the selling price and profit margin carried out by LKS Al-Yasini. against murabahah financing. (c) To discuss the factors that affect the profit margin in murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. This type of research is the researcher uses a qualitative approach and analysis techniques using descriptive methods by analyzing the data that has been obtained is qualitative, the sample data obtained is from primary data which is directly obtained from LKS Al-Yasini regarding the policy of determining murabahah profit margins. , and from secondary data which is processed data whose source can be trusted and scientifically accounted for by conducting literature studies, interviews, the internet, and others. The research result in this thesis is the method in determining the margin carried out by LKS Al-Yasini using themethod flat , where themethod flat is the calculation of the profit margin against the cost of cost of financing on a regular basis from one period to another, even though the debit balance decreases as a result of the installments. cost of goods sold. The factors that affect the selling price and profit margin made at Al-Yasini LKS are firstly related to the time period. second is related to the use of funds. third Related to the customer's condition.
