Abstract

The learning model in the 21st century is a dispute that has not been properly resolved. The form of disputes from learning problems is a measure of the success of the education system in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to minimize problems, obstacles and chaos in learning in the BBC IAI campus environment. The teaching system on campus prioritizes the development of digital access. The involvement of digital aspects needs to be considered, such as improving facilities that support Android phones, Laptops, WFI, Projectors, Infocus, as well as the compatibility between hardware and software. This research method is a qualitative type of phenomenological design. The results of this study describe that students at the BBC IAI campus have access to an online-based learning system. There are features on the e-campus consisting of several features including discussion columns, task uploads, material uploads, videos, audio, references, attendance, lecturer notes and exams and assessments, lecturers and students can see digital footprints where students and lecturers can access using features e campus for the implementation of online learning applications Jitsi, google meet, Skype, Zoom, Big Blue Button, Whatsapp Group, there is a feature in the notes section for lecturer instructions before learning begins equipped with online absences, the completeness of the e campus feature can make it easier for students, lecturers in the learning process with learning innovations to increase the value of creativity for lecturers and students.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan pergeseran demografis telah meningkatkan keragaman budaya di tempat kerja, menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam hal komunikasi dan adaptasi. Penyesuaian karyawan penting untuk produktivitas, kepuasan kerja, dan kesejahteraan. Konseling lintas budaya membantu individu memahami dan menavigasi tantangan dalam lingkungan kerja multikultural. Menganalisis dampak konseling lintas budaya terhadap penyesuaian karyawan di tempat kerja multikultural. Metode penelitian menggunakan literatur review kualitatif dengan analisis sintesis. Konseling lintas budaya meningkatkan pemahaman lintas budaya, toleransi, dan keterampilan komunikasi, membantu mengatasi hambatan penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya teknik narasi dan peningkatan kesadaran budaya dalam sesi konseling. Dukungan sosial dari kolega dan manajemen memperkuat dampak positif konseling lintas budaya. Konseling lintas budaya merupakan alat penting untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian karyawan di tempat kerja multikultural. Penerapan konseling lintas budaya dalam kebijakan SDM dan dukungan manajemen diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan produktif. Kesimpulan Penting bagi karyawan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan tempat kerja yang memiliki keragaman budaya karena hal ini memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan produktivitas mereka. Konseling lintas budaya telah menjadi alat yang populer untuk membantu orang dalam memahami dan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini. Konseling ini membantu orang mengelola stres dan konflik, meningkatkan pemahaman lintas budaya, dan mendorong integrasi budaya dengan penekanan pada kesadaran budaya, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan lintas budaya.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of cultural and religious diversity in Indonesia and the urgency of multicultural Islamic education as a solution to social conflicts with SARA backgrounds. Issues such as radicalism, group fanaticism, and intergroup violence show a weak understanding of the plurality of Indonesian society. Historically, religious and ethnic conflicts have left a dark record, showing the importance of an inclusive and tolerant perspective in social life. Education has a strategic role not only to educate, but also to shape cultured and noble human beings. This paper uses a social phenomenology approach and literature study and ethnography methods to explore how the transformation of religious values can be done through culture. The author emphasizes the importance of multicultural education in Islamic education as a medium to shape students' inclusive attitudes. Acculturation between culture and religion is seen as a form of dialectic between divine revelation and the social reality of society. Islam, as a universal religion, is not present in an empty cultural space, but rather dialogues and transforms with local culture. In this context, education becomes a strategic space to reconstruct a harmonious understanding of religion and culture, in order to create a peaceful, tolerant and civilized society. This study is presented as a reflection on social anxiety and the challenges of education in responding to the complexity of life in a multicultural society in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan kuliah pengabdian masyarakat (KPM) bertujuan untuk  pemberdayaan masyarakat desa yang mandiri dalam mengembangkan potensi lokal menuju desa Tegalwangi  yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan KPM ini sejalan dengan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi dan memberikan pengetahuan sekaligus kinerja kepada mahasiswa melalui program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat desa Tegalwangi, kecamatan Weru, kabupaten Cirebon, provinsi Jawa Barat. Dilihat dari letak geografis desa tersebut, oleh karena itu dimanfaatkan sebagai nilai untuk dikembangkan serta memberikan wawasan baru kepada masyarakat di desa Tegalwangi, kecamatan Weru, kabupaten Cirebon, provinsi Jawa Barat. Objek sasaran beserta mahasiswa KPM dibimbing oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan dalam pelaksanaan KPM secara kolektif. Program yang diselenggarakan yaitu mencakup bidang pendidikan, bidang kesehatan, bidang ekonomi, bidang lingkungan, serta bidang sosial dan keagamaan. Hasil program kuliah pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan KPM telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kehidupan masyarakat.
