Abstract

The quality of education is determined by the quality of teachers' work life as the main educators in schools. Some factors that affect the quality of teachers' work life include organizational culture, work engagement, and teacher performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work involvement, performance on the quality of work life of vocational teachers at Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, using measuring instruments in the form of an organizational culture scale, work engagement scale, performance scale, and quality of work life scale. The population of this study was 103 teachers of Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. From the total population the researcher took a sample of 51 respondents. Sampling was determined using the Krejcie-Mogran table. The data collection process uses a Likert scale, while data analysis uses Cronbach's Alpha with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 26 program. The results of the t test the t value of 10.954 is greater than> t table 2.010, so it can be concluded that HO is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that partially states "There is a significant influence between X1 on Y, this can be seen from the significant value of X1, namely : 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The significant value of X2 has a significant effect on Y, the significant value of X1 is: 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. partially states "there is a significant influence between X3 on Y and based on the Significant value, the significant value of X3 has no significant effect on Y, the significant value of X1 is : 0.818 is greater. Based on the F test results, it shows that the calculated F value of = 233.512 is greater than the F table value of 2.800. Then the calculated F value is greater than the F table value: (233.512> 2.800), so based on decision making in the f test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Organizational Culture, Work Engagement, Performance affect the Quality of Work Life of Vocational Teachers at Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher can be concluded that the hypothesis simultaneously (together) affects Y (Quality of Work Life).

Abstract

The research aims to explain whether competency and motivation variables affect performance significantly in outstanding schools. This type of research uses primary data collection method which is field research which is conducted with direct observations (observations), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires). The results of the study showed that partially competence and motivation have a strong and positive effect on performance judging by the results of the analysis of multiple regression coefficients are Y = 0.199 + 0.229 (X1) + 0.778 (X2 ) means if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 0) then performance is 0.199 and if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 1) performance 0.299X1 and 0.778 X2. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination R2 SPSS program is 0.825 correlation analysis determination R2 obtained value Kd = (0.825x0.825= 0.681 or 68.1%) and the rest by 100% - 68.1% = 31.9% is affected by other variables. Based on the partial competency test result t count 1,782 < 2,019 table with a signification value of 0.82 because the probability of significancy is much greater than 0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This suggests that partially states that competence does not have a positive and significant influence on performance. Based on the results of the partial test of motivation variable states that t count 6,308 > 2,019 t table, with a significance value of 0.000. Since the probability is significantly smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This suggests that partially stating motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance. Based on the hypothesis test f obtained a value of 42,754 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 41 then obtained f table of 3.23. Since f counted 42,754 > f table 3.23, Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there was a significant influence between competence (X1) and motivation (X2) together on performance variables (Y) in Extraordinary School teachers.

Abstract

The organizational performance of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik (PILOG) is declining due to a number of problems, including inadequate human resource development and acquisition. Achieving corporate objectives and enhancing organizational performance depend on having high-quality people resources. This study will examine the impact of pawnshops, competency, and organizational support on enhancing organizational performance within the corporation using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings, which totaled 0.187, 0.477, and 0.298, showed that organizational performance was positively impacted by procurement, competence, and organizational support, all partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research is about the influence of Instagram social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Cafe Jenless Coffee & Bread. The number of samples obtained in this research was 75 customers from various groups for one month, namely primary data obtained in December 2023, processed with the help of the Eviews program using the multiple regression analysis method Y= 0.210+0.267x1 +0.709x2 in this research also uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that Instagram Social Media Promotion and Service Quality have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions by obtaining R square R2 regression analysis results of 0.729 or 72.9%. This means 72.9%, meaning that together the variables Instagram Social Media Promotion and Quality Service influences the Purchase Decision variable, while the remaining 0.271 or 27.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. This research is quantitative with a population of 37 people and a sample of 37 people. The primary data collection method was carried out using observation methods and questionnaires as data collection instruments. To measure the research variables, a Likert scale measurement with five scales was used. While the analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that employee performance is influenced by compensation and the work environment, both partially and simultaneously. For this reason, it is suggested that PT. Indonesia Epson Industry always pays attention to these two factors in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Radio Sonora Jakarta. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data yang diberikan kepada sejumlah 70 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur, diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja sebagai pemoderasi mampu menguatkan pengaruh kedua variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Cipta Logistik Metodologi - Metode kepustakaan, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel terdiri atas 40 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan alat bantu SPSS v.26. Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kontribusi kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan dapat menjelaskan kinerja sebesar 57,3%, sementara itu 42,7 %, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yang ditandai dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,573. Lebih jauh, dengan uji ekonemterik, uji f (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) menunjukan kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan uji t-hitung sebesar 5,533. Kedisiplinan secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan uji t-hitung sebesar 3,665. Sementara itu, secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai uji F lebih kecil dari 0,005 menunjukkan variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Implikasi - Sebagai informasi atau masukan bagi pemimpin untuk mengetahui dan mengembangkan kinerja karyawan. Serta dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan kedepannya.

Abstract

Tempe production continues to grow in line with community needs as it is affordable and highly nutritious. The Community Partnership Stimulus Program (PKMS) – PMP aims to support micro-business groups in Margahayu Village, Bekasi, by providing appropriate technology, particularly an energy-efficient soybean hulling machine. The implementation showed significant efficiency improvements. Before using the machine, producing Tempe from 5 kg of soybeans required 6 minutes 45 seconds, while after implementation it only took 3 minutes 15 seconds, saving 3 minutes 30 seconds. Electricity costs also became more efficient: previously, Rp50,000 was enough for 23 days, but after using the machine, the same cost could last up to 20 days with higher productivity. Evaluation results indicated an increase in net monthly income of Rp1,200,000, which positively impacts partners’ livelihoods. Overall, the machine improved efficiency in both production time and electricity usage, while producing better quality Tempe with longer durability

Abstract

Tax payment is one of any cost that will reducing margin contributions. To achieve tax payment efficient, legal withholding tax, and increase financial performance we need Tax Planning for reducing tax cost overall. One of tax planning is commercial income correction to the fiscal income statement in Income Tax. Fiscal Correction is correcting the commercial income statement to the fiscal income statement which accept by tax authorities. Fiscal Correction of Income Statement is legal point for withholding tax payment as per Tax Regulation (Undang-undang RI) No.28/2007 and No.36/2008. Application of Tax Planning with Fiscal Correction reducing tax payment from Rp. 59.419.480 to Rp. 39.497.348,- that mean will save Rp.19.922.132 of tax payment.
