Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan bantuan teknis kepada Koperasi Pengusaha Batik Setono dalam pengelolaan memperluas pemasaran Pasar Grosir Setono yang berlokasi di Jl. Dr.Sutomo, kota Pekalongan. Selama ini pemasaran dari batik Setono masih bersifat tradisional melalui jasa penjualan di lokasi grosir. Dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan diperlukan pemasaran yang lebih luas memalui sebuah media pemasaran yaitu website. Website yang dikelola berupa website e-commerce untuk memperkenalkan dan menjual hasil produk batik. Transaksi produk, pelayanan nasabah, fitur lain dapat dilakukan melalui website tersebut. Dengan pemanfaatan e-commerce diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil penjualan sekaligus memperluas pasar batik Setono ke dunia internasional.

Abstract

Air Conditioning (AC) as an air conditioner has been used on one side only as a room cooling. The cooling process with Air Conditioning produces heat as a result of the work of the condenser component in the AC. This heat can be used as an alternative energy source. This study aims to utilize hot air discharging Air Conditioning as an energy source for drying clothes. This development is based on the Thosiba AC specification. The specification data is used to get the coefficient of performance (COP) and heating effect. Development is also carried out for studies in the form of experiments. The results of the study indicate that the application of AC exhaust heat has the potential to be developed as an alternative energy in the process of drying clothes.

Abstract

Penggunaan lampu sebagai penerangan rumah, gedung perkantoran, taman, parkir dan jalan umum masih sebagian besar mengkonsumsi daya yang relatif besar sehingga kebutuhan energinya juga besar. Perlu diupayakan bagaimana mengkonsumsi energi sehemat mungkin dalam kondisi keterbatasan energi. Penggunaan lampu dalam area parkir yang masih menggunakan lampu berdaya tinggi dan penyalaannya yang bersamaan tentu sangat memboroskan energi. Desain untuk smart city dalam penerangan parkir dengan penggunaan daya rendah untuk penerangan sehemat mungkin. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengatur penyalaaan lampu secara sel/kelompok pada titik-titik penerangan secara bertahap dan digunakan jenis lampu LED. Metode penerangan sel dan penggunaan lampu LED berdaya rendah ini akan terjadi penghematan dari sisi konsumsi daya. Desain yang dibuat mencakup penempatan lampu dalam model area parkir, rancangan sistem kontrol menggunakan mikrokontroler dan antarmuka kontrol lampu.

Abstract

E-KTM is an electronic student identification (card ID) card which function besides to student identity, it can be used to access several services at State Polytechnic of Semarang such as to access parking service. In this research, E-KTM has used contactless smart card technology will be used to access facilities parking at electro department area parking. The gate of parking area will be installed two barrier gate to entrance and exit. To access this parking facility, E-KTM must be attached to RFID reader near the entrance gate, and then the barrier gate could open. The system controlled with microcontroller arduino Mega 2560 and will automatically take and save the data of the card ID in database system, and then the infrared sensor would detected the object and a few minutes the barrier gate closed. The system also works for the exit. While the performance to determine average service time with results 2.927 open time and 2.913 close time 2.95 seconds for entrance gate and 2.792 open time and 2.789 close time for exit gate.Index Terms—E-KTM card ID, Parking service, database system

Abstract

The design of hybrid energy by utilizing solar energy and electrical energy (PLN) is further research as a source of energy for cell model lighting in the parking area. The electricity generated from the sun through solar panels stored on the battery as the primary source through a hybrid system. The system is designed using two solar panels (110 Wp), Mesonic MF 1500 and Deep cycle 12V / 100Ah batteries to supply 100 - 250-watt parking lot lighting for three to four hours. With this hybrid method, the use of electrical energy for lighting can be supplied complete with solar panels.

Abstract

IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN with conventional ESS infrastructure doesn’t support handover feature. Handover feature allows user to migrate services between APs without losing connection. Handoff latency is one problem in WLAN to perform real-time application such as VoIP. To bring seamless handover and QoS guarantee in ESS network, we propose five network optimization methods i.e.configuring overlapping area of APs, placing APs in one roaming domain, using the same SSID and security mode, choosing APs channel by margin of 5, and configuring APs as DHCP forwarder. Handover test is done by sniffing on the client that experienced handover. In the result, there are three steps in Layer 2 handoff, i.e. probing, authentication, and re-association with maximum handoff latency is 325.02 ms in data services and 67.412 ms in VoIP. In VoIP services, one way delay is 39.985 - 49.18 ms, one way jitter is 9.45 - 19.57 ms, and the packet loss is 0 - 0.548%. Overall, the built network system is able to guarantee QoS in handover case, both in data and VoIP services.

Abstract

Belum adanya sistem layanan administrasi desa di Desa Dukuh, Boyolali secara online menyebabkan pelayanan yang diberikan kurang optimal. Pelayanan yang selama ini diberikan oleh perangkat desa Dukuh masih bersifat manual. Ketika warga membutuhkan surat, warga menghubungi Kepala Dusun melalui telepon atau via whatsapp atau datang kerumah Kepala Dusun untuk minta dibuatkan surat. Proses ini tentu kurang efektif, mengingat warga Desa Dukuh mayoritas bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta/pabrik dan petani. Jika sewaktu-waktu warga membutuhkan surat yang sifatnya mendesak, akan memakan waktu untuk mendapatkan surat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibangun “Sistem Layanan Administrasi Desa di Desa Dukuh, Boyolali Berbasis Web dan Android”. Dengan pendampingan implementasi sistem layanan administrasi desa berbasis web dan android kepada perangkat desa dan warga desa Dukuh akan membantu warga untuk mendapatkan surat secara mudah dan membantu perangkat desa untuk memproses surat dengan cepat. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, warga bisa secara mandiri mengakses aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanpa harus menemui Kepala Dusun atau datang kerumah Kepala Dusun untuk minta dibuatkan surat.

Abstract

Abstract”” Teaching aids are one of the learning media that can be used in the learning process in the classroom or laboratory. The purpose of this media is to facilitate the understanding of the material being studied. In laboratory learning, in addition to practical modules, the development of teaching aids is needed as a case study for solving problems in the field. The teaching aid being researched is a learning module as the development of digital engineering practicals in the laboratory, specifically a digital flood control module. The module designed and created aims to teach how a flood control process can be created using digital circuits, thereby providing insights and understanding to students about the control process. The controller module reads the water level sensors set at high and low levels. When the water touches the high-level water sensor, the control output activates the relay to turn on the pump, so the water in a specific location is pumped elsewhere. When the control system reads the low-level sensor, the output deactivates the relay and the pump stops working. The water level sensor is set at a distance of 10 cm between the lower and upper limits. The volume of water pumped is 0.006 m3 or 6 liters in 30 seconds using a 12v DC water pump with a power of 25 watts.

Proses ini tentu kurang efektif, mengingat warga Desa Wonosekar mayoritas bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta/pabrik. Tim pengabdian juga melakukan pendampingan implementasi dari sistem layanan administrasi desa tersebut kepada perangkat desa dan warga desa Wonosekar. Sistem layanan tersebut dapat membantu warga untuk mendapatkan surat secara mudah dan membantu perangkat desa untuk memproses surat dengan cepat. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, warga bisa secara mandiri mengakses aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanpa harus menemui Kepala Dusun atau datang ke rumah Kepala Dusun untuk minta dibuatkan surat.

Abstract

The act of theft is a prevalent criminal activity within society, particularly observed in financial institutions and jewelry establishments, owing to the significant economic worth associated with valuable assets like currency, gold, and diamonds. Certain locations lack an integrated security system that interfaces with law enforcement, hence posing challenges for victims to report criminal incidents, particularly in cases involving armed or violent attackers. Hence, the purpose of this final project tool is to streamline and expedite theft reporting by leveraging the capabilities of the Internet of Things. This tool gathers empirical data in the form of visual representations, geographical coordinates, and temporal information pertaining to an incident. The development process employs the waterfall methodology, characterized by an average data transmission speed of 21.5 seconds and a database-to-telegram latency time of around 3.85 seconds. The complete duration encompassing the stages of detection and subsequent notification via telegram amounts to approximately 25.35 seconds. The test results indicate a location tolerance of around 5-10 meters relative to the test spot.
