Abstract

This paper discussed the epistemology of Javanese interpretation, studying the thoughts of Raden Muhammad Adnan through Tafsir Al-Qur’an Suci Basa Jawi book. This tafsir book, published in the 20th century, has become an essential document in studying the science of the Qur'an and tafsir. This phenomenon is because the book was written by the first rector of the Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta. The book was written in Javanese and lived in the New Order era, coupled with the involvement of power, which is why the authors study it further. Therefore, we need to know the background of the book's writing, the exegete's scientific genealogy and the book's methods and presentation to increase the local interpretation values. Thus, the authors used qualitative research methods and an interpretive epistemological approach. In the study of epistemology, seeking knowledge focuses on three aspects: the source of knowledge, the validity of the truth and the implications of the fact of the interpreter's knowledge. The transformation of science impacted the Basa Jawi interpretation book, which emphasizes local Javanese cultural and mystical approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hukum dari tradisi sistem pernikahan nyakak masyarakat adat lampung saibatin menurut Mubadalah. Sistem pernikahan nyakak adalah status perkawinan yang menempatkan posisi perempuan mengikuti jalur kekerabatan laki-laki atau keluarga dari suaminya atau sistem kekerabatan Patrilineal. Setelah menikah secara otomatis terjadi peralihan peran dan tanggungjawab yang sebelumnya dikuasai oleh keluarga istri kemudian berpindah kepada keluarga suami. Secara tidak langsung pada perkawinan Nyakak menempatkan perempuan dalam posisi diambil atau ambil anak, anak perempuan dibeli oleh keluarga laki-laki, bersamaan dengan penyerahan sejumlah uang serta barang yang dibutuhkan oleh keluarga perempuan. Penelitian ini berbasis lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya. sistem pernikahan nyakak perspektif Mubadalah masyarakat adat Lampung Saibatin dinilai ada dampak kemudaratannya, karena sangat menyudutkan hak perempuan, perempuan menikah nyakak juga dinilai tidak memiliki hak untuk keluarga besarnya dan tidak mempunyai kewajiban pula untuk membantu kesulitan yang dialami oleh orang tua kandungnya. konsep mubadalah itu menekankan bahwa antara laki-laki dan perempuan itu sama, dalam hal ini sama yang dimaksud adalah kesalingan dan juga kerjasama yang dibangun antara laki-laki dan perempuan  harus seimbang perbuatan hukumnya. Jadi, sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman hukum adat atau kebiasaan dalam hal ini pernikahan adat Lampung saibatin seharusnya mengikuti tetapi dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokalnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formulation of improving the quality of graduates carried out by universities in facing the world of work challenges. A qualitative case study type approach is used in this study. Interviews, observations and documentation are used as data collection media. The data analysis was carried out systematically, starting from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study results show that the formulation of improving the output quality of STAI Al Maarif Way Kanan is carried out through planning, implementing and evaluating the quality improvement of graduates in a planned and systematic way with the principle of continuous improvement. This research provides implications for the importance of strategic management to create graduates who are competitive and ready to use.

Abstract

Teacher involvement in curriculum development plays a critical role in shaping effective teaching strategies and fostering meaningful learning experiences. However, limited participation of teachers in curriculum design processes often results in less relevant and engaging instructional practices, potentially impacting student learning outcomes. This study examines the relationship between teacher involvement in curriculum development and student achievement in elementary schools. A correlational research design was employed, involving 120 elementary school teachers and their corresponding student groups. Data were collected using teacher participation surveys, curriculum alignment evaluations, and student learning outcome assessments. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between teacher involvement in curriculum development and student learning outcomes. Teachers who actively participated in designing curriculum elements tailored to their students’ needs demonstrated higher effectiveness in instructional delivery, resulting in improved academic performance and engagement among students. The research concludes that increasing teacher involvement in curriculum development is essential for enhancing student learning outcomes and recommends integrating collaborative curriculum design practices at the institutional level.

Abstract

This study systematically examines emerging strategies and global trends in curriculum management to understand how education systems can better prepare learners for the demands of the twenty-first century. Rapid technological advancements, increased global interconnectedness, and changing labour markets require a shift from traditional content-based curricula toward more adaptive, competency-oriented, and inclusive models. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analysed 85 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2024, drawing from major academic databases including Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and ScienceDirect. The review followed PRISMA protocols for identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and synthesis, and applied thematic analysis to classify the literature into four major domains shaping contemporary curriculum reform. The findings reveal that curriculum management is increasingly driven by four interdependent pillars: leadership-driven curriculum governance, digital transformation, competency-based curriculum design, and inclusive planning supported by robust evaluation frameworks. Visionary and evidence-based leadership plays a critical role in enabling curriculum coherence and fostering collaborative professional cultures. Digital transformation expands learning opportunities and enhances instructional relevance but also exposes disparities in institutional readiness. Competency-based models support deeper learning and transferable skills, while inclusive curriculum approaches promote equity and responsiveness to student diversity. Collectively, these themes demonstrate that future-ready curriculum management requires systemic, adaptive, and equity-focused strategies that reflect global educational shifts. The study offers insights for policymakers, school leaders, and researchers seeking to advance resilient, innovative, and future-oriented curriculum reforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan yang berlandaskan sistem Pondok Pesantren. Tujuan utamanya adalah menjelaskan konsep manajemen lembaga pendidikan di lingkungan pesantren serta menganalisis proses pengelolaannya, yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap seluruh aspek pendidikan dan aktivitas pesantren. Seluruh proses tersebut diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan serta pengembangan santri sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (literature review), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa telaah buku, jurnal, dan berbagai sumber relevan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan, termasuk pengelolaan perpustakaan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teori serta penilaian kredibilitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Berbasis Pondok Pesantren mencakup pengelolaan terpadu melalui kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap seluruh aspek pendidikan dan kegiatan pesantren. Peran Kiai dalam pondok pesantren tercermin dalam sifat Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh dan Fatanah. Selain itu, analisis penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tipologi pondok pesantren, yaitu tradisional, modern, dan komprehensif, yang masing-masing memiliki ciri dan karakteristik berbeda. Penerapan manajemen berbasis pesantren ini dinilai mampu mempermudah proses pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The increasing frequency of global crises, including health emergencies, economic instability, climate change, and digital disruption, has intensified the need for organizational resilience that goes beyond survival toward sustainable transformation. This study aims to analyze how organizational resilience can be strengthened through the integration of risk management frameworks and strategic adaptation mechanisms. A qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review was employed to synthesize peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025. Data were collected from reputable academic databases and analyzed through thematic analysis and integrative synthesis to identify structural and adaptive dimensions of resilience. The findings reveal that risk management functions as the structural foundation of resilience through systematic risk identification, Enterprise Risk Management integration, and risk-based planning and budgeting. However, sustainable resilience requires complementary strategic adaptation mechanisms, including organizational agility, digital transformation, business model innovation, and institutional adaptation. The discussion demonstrates that resilience emerges from the interaction between anticipation capacity and adaptive transformation, reinforced by psychosocial and community resilience dimensions. In conclusion, organizational resilience in the era of global crises is achieved through systemic alignment between risk governance structures and adaptive strategic processes, enabling organizations to anticipate, cope, and transform in uncertain environments.
