Abstract

Abstrak- Pektin adalah komponen polisakarida kompleks yang terdapat pada dinding sel tanaman. Pektin sering dimanfaatkan pada industri proses pengolahan makanan, koagulan pada industri karet dan adsorben pada pengolahan air limbah. Kulit pisang merupakan salah satu sumber pektin yang sangat potensial karena dalam kulit pisang terkandung senyawa pektin. Proses ekstraksi asam digunakan untuk dekomposisi komponen pektin yang terkandung dalam kulit pisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 gram kulit pisang yang direaksikan dengan HCl dalam sebuah reaktor tangki berpengaduk. Proses ekstraksi ini dilakukan pada suhu 800C selama 1,5 jam dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi pelarut HCl (0,25N; 0,3N dan 0,35N. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh konsentrasi pelarut HCl pada proses ekstraksi pektin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi pelarut HCl maka semakin tinggi yield pektin yang dihasilkan. Yield pektin maksimum yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah 67,55%. Kadar metoksil dan galakturonat yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah 4,34% dan 84,48%.  Kata Kunci : kulit pisang, pektin, ekstraksi, HCl Abstract- Pectin is a complex polysaccharides compound which is contained in plant cell walls. It is used in food manufacturing processes, coagulant for rubber industry and adsorbent for waste water treatment. Banana peel is one of the potential sources of pectin, because inside of banana peel contain pectin compound. Acid extraction process was used to decompose pectin compound which contained in banana peel. In this research, fifty grams of banana peel was reacted with hydrochloric acid using stirred tank reactor. This process was operated at temperature 80 0C for 1.5 hour in various solvent concentration (0.25N; 0.3N and 0.35N). The purpose of this research was to study the effect of solvent concentration in pectin extraction process. The result showed that the solvent concentration, the higher yield of pectin. The maximum yield of pectin which was obtained in this research is 67.55%. The Methoxyl contain and Galacturonic which was obtained in this research are 4.34% and 84.48%. Keywords: Banana peel, pectin, extraction, HCl

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kemanfaatan, sikap, minat dan risiko terhadap keputusan bertransaksi dalam berbelanja online pada masyarakat di Kota Langsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini jumlahnya tidak diketahui sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel diambil menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan simultan (keseluruhan) variabel kemudahan, kemanfaatan, sikap, minat dan risiko dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F, dengan nilai Fhitung= 31,798 > dari Ftabel 2,19 dengan nilai signifikansi = 0.000. Adapun secara parsial ditemukan bahwa nilai thitung dari persepsi kemudahan sebesar 2,811 > dari ttabel sebesar 1,660, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < alpha 0,05. Kedua, hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemanfaatan memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 6,234 > dari ttabel sebesar 1,660, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Ketiga, hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung dari persepsi sikap sebesar 2,259 > dari ttabel sebesar 1,660, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026 < alpha 0,05. Keempat, hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung dari minat sebesar 5,025 > dari ttabel sebesar 1,660, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < alpha 0,000. Kelima, hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung dari risiko sebesar 3,093 > dari ttabel sebesar 1,660, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < alpha 0,05. Kata kunci: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Keputusan, Kota Langsa. Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of perceived ease of use, usefulness, attitudes, interests, and risks on transaction decisions in online shopping among people in Langsa City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study is unknown, while the sample in this study was 100 samples taken using the Lemeshow formula. The results of the research show that simultaneously (overall), the variables of convenience, usefulness, attitude, interest, and risk can be seen from the results of the F-test, with a value of F-count = 31.798 > from F-table 2.19 with a significance value = 0.000. Partially, it was found that the t-count value of perceived ease was 2.811 > t-table of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.006 < alpha 0.05. Second, the research results show the usefulness of having a t-count value of 6.234 > from a t-table of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05. Third, the research results show that the t-count value for perceived attitudes is 2.259 > t-table of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.026 < alpha 0.05. Fourth, the research results show that the t-count value of interest is 5.025 > t-table of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.006 < alpha 0.000. Fifth, the research results show that the t-count value of risk is 3.093 > t-table of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.003 < alpha 0.05. Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia is currently experiencing a fairly rapid development, especially in the construction sector. Concrete is one of the construction materials that is often used in various types of construction such as buildings, bridges, roads, dams and other civil infrastructure. Concrete consists of a mixture of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, water and sometimes concrete can also be added with chemicals and non-chemicals in certain ratios. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the addition of Silica fume on the compressive strength of concrete. In this study using Silica fume with percentages of 0%, 4%, 7%, and 10% of the cement weight with 1 sample for each percentage. Examination of the physical properties of the concrete material is carried out in the Civil Engineering laboratory of ITP and testing of the compressive strength of concrete is carried out in the laboratory of the Department of Public Works. This research uses the standard material of SNI 7656-2012. The test object used is a steel cylinder with a diameter of 150 mm x a height of 300 mm. Based on the results of the compressive strength test of concrete carried out at the Department of Public Works laboratory at the age of 28 days from normal concrete, the compressive strength value was 27.03 MPa, concrete with the addition of 4% Silica fume experienced an increase in compressive strength of 1.59% with the obtained value The compressive strength is 27.46 MPa, the concrete with the addition of 7% Silica fume has decreased the compressive strength by 8.38% with the obtained compressive strength value of 24.76 Mpa, and the concrete with the addition of 10% Silica fume has decreased the compressive strength by 26.89% with the obtained compressive strength value of 19.76 Mpa. From this data it is known that the optimum compressive strength value is obtained with the addition of 4% Silica fume, which is 27.46 Mpa. After conducting this research, it can be concluded that the addition of Silica fume to the mixture for making concrete can be carried out with the provisions for the addition of Silica Fume below 4% of the weight of cement.

Abstract

The leadership of madrasah principals plays a strategic role in creating a conducive academic environment and enhancing teacher performance synergy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the leadership skill competence of madrasah principals in fostering teacher performance synergy at MAN 3 Aceh Utara, explore the strategies employed by the principal, and identify the challenges faced in this implementation process. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the madrasah principal possesses strong leadership skills, which contribute to increasing teacher motivation, fostering collaboration among teaching staff, improving the quality of teaching, and strengthening teacher professionalism. Key strategies implemented include systematic academic supervision, teacher professional development programs, and strengthening partnerships with external stakeholders. However, several challenges exist in implementing leadership, such as a lack of leadership training for madrasah principals, limited resources, and differences in perspectives between the principal and educators in interpreting the madrasah’s vision and mission. The implications of this study emphasize that to enhance the effectiveness of madrasah principal leadership, there is a need for strengthened competency-based leadership training, a more systematic teacher performance evaluation system, and expanded strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. With the right strategies, the implementation of the leadership skill competence of madrasah principals can be further optimized to enhance teacher performance synergy and educational quality at MAN 3 Aceh Utara

Abstract

Ulkus diabetikum adalah luka yang terbuka pada permukaan kulit sebagai komplikasi makroangiopati dan mikroangiopati. Sebanyak 15-25% pasien diabetes melitus (DM) diperkirakan dapat mengalami komplikasi ulkus kaki diabetik dalam masa hidupnya. Pasien laki-laki 58 tahun datang dengan keluhan luka pada kaki kiri yang dirasakan sejak 3 minggu ini. Luka terjadi akibat terbentur keramik. Pada awalnya ukuran luka kecil, kemudian semakin membesar. Pasien dilakukan amputasi pada digiti I. Setelah itu muncul penyebaran luka ke sisi medial kaki. Pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan gambaran bula yang pecah dengan area berwarna kemerahan. Tampak adanya insisi pada area digiti I dengan ankle brachial index kaki kiri 0.65. Pada CT angiography extrermitas inferior didapatkan stenosis arteri peroneal dan arteri tibialis posterior sinistra. Pasien mempunyai riwayat diabetes melitus lebih dari 5 tahun. Pasien dilakukan debridement mekanik dan diberikan antihiperglikemia, antibiotik, dan analgesik. Pasien diberikan edukasi mengenai cara perawatan luka pada kaki diabetik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of repition as a linguistic style in the Mahallul Qiyam text, found un the book Mil’u al-Awani fi Tahqiq al Mawlid ad- Diba’I, which comprise 40 stanzas. The research focuses on identifying and classifying types of repetition based on a stylistic framework develop by Gorys Keraf. A descriptive-qualitative method is employed, with the primary data consisting of stanzas from Mahallul Qiyam, analyzed textually. The findings reveal that six out of the eight types of repetition identified by Gorys Keraf are present in the Mahallul Qiyam text: anaphora, epistrophe, mesodiplosis, tautotes, anadiplosis, and symploce. Among these, anaphora emerges as the most frequently used style. The repetition not only enhances the rhetorical strength of the text but also contributes to its aesthetic and spiritual resonance, which is characteristic of the Maulid recitation tradition. This research contributes to the field of stylistics, particularly in the analysis of religious texts, by examining the rhetorical and spiritual functions of repetition through the lens of Gorys Keraf’s theory

Abstract

Struktur bangunan dewasa ini cenderung struktur bangunan gedung yang bertingkat dimana kekuatan dan berat sangat memegang peranan. Struktur bangunan yang diharapkan bukan saja kuat tetapi harus ringan. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah struktur bangunan adalah dengan membuat beton ringan. Beton ringan ini dapat dibuat dengan berbagai cara antara lain dengan memanfaatkan limbah serat botol plastik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi panjang serat limbah botol plastik terhadap kuat tarik belah beton, mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara variasi panjang serat limbah botol plastik terhadap kuat tarik belah beton dan dapat memprediksi kuat tarik belah beton pada berbagai panjang serat limbah botol plastik  terhadap kuat tarik belah beton. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Software SPSS versi 20 untuk menganalisis uji statistik. Hasil pengujian Anova variabel Panjang panjang serat limbah botol plastik berpengaruh terhadap Kuat Tarik , hal ini ditunjukkan oleh harga sig. value (0,000) lebih besar dari α =0,05. Hasil pengujian Korelasi bahwa Panjang panjang serat limbah botol plastik berkorelasi terhadap Kuat Tarik, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh harga sig. value (0,000) lebih besiar dari α =0,05. Nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,375. Hasil pengujian Regresi Linier bahw Panjang panjang serat limbah botol plastik terhadap Kuat Tarik diperoleh R2 = 0,141 konstanta = 2,373 dan koefisien panjang serat limbah botol plastik = 0,057. Nilai Kuat Tarik = 2,373 + 0,057 x

Abstract

Obyek penelitian ini adalah petani padi sawah yang menjadi anggota kelompok tani yang dibina oleh penyuluh pertanian di Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyuluh pertanian mengembangkan kelompok tani padi sawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Beberapa item pertanyaan disusun dalam kuesioner dan setiap pertanyaan diberi skor yang akan di pilih oleh responden. Hasil penelitian yaitu dalam mengembangkan kelompok tani di Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil penyuluh pertanian berperan motivator, komunikator, edukator dan organisator.
