Abstract

SMA "X" is an educational institution that carries the mission to build quality human qualities through formal education. However, schools often face obstacles related to teacher performance as one of the key drivers of educational success. Workload and compensation are two factors that can affect performance. Regarding this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on teacher performance in "X" high schools, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was conducted on the overall population of existing subject teachers. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The analysis in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is evident that the workload and compensation each has a positive and significant effect on the performance of subject teachers in "X" high schools. Simultaneously, workload and compensation also positively influence fan significant.

Abstract

Transforming employee performance through the implementation of efficient management information systems has become a major focus in modern management literature. The literature study highlights the importance of efficient integration of management information systems in increasing employee productivity and performance. Previous research shows that the implementation of efficient management information systems can provide significant benefits, such as increased data accessibility, faster decision making, and improved coordination between business units. In addition, the literature also highlights the important role of information technology in facilitating the employee performance transformation process. With the adoption of the right technology, organizations can improve business processes, reduce the time required for administrative tasks, and increase overall operational efficiency. In this context, the literature study emphasizes the importance of integrating management information systems with existing business strategies to achieve optimal results. However, research also highlights some of the challenges that may be faced in implementing an efficient management information system, including resistance to change, high implementation costs, and a lack of understanding of its benefits. Therefore, a good understanding of organizational needs, support from leadership, and appropriate training for employees are key factors in the successful implementation of an efficient management information system. Overall, the literature study confirms the importance of implementing efficient management information systems in improving employee performance and providing competitive advantages for organizations in this digital era. With a good understanding of the benefits, challenges and effective implementation strategies, organizations can harness the full potential of employee performance transformation through the implementation of efficient management information systems.

Abstract

This research aims to present an in-depth review of the revitalization of human resource management (HR) through the implementation of integrated information systems (SIT) in a modern organizational environment. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, we explore the effectiveness, benefits, and challenges associated with SIT integration in HR management. The research method used involved a systematic review of various journal articles, books and related reports. The research results show that the application of SIT in HR management can improve operational efficiency, data-based decision making, and the overall quality of HR services. Nonetheless, challenges such as resistance to change, data security issues, and the complexity of technology integration remain major concerns. This research also presents practical recommendations for organizations that wish to successfully adopt and implement SIT in the context of HR management.

Abstract

The use of computer-based Management Information Systems (MIS) has become crucial in corporate decision-making in this digital era. This study investigates the impact of computer- based MIS on the efficiency and quality of corporate decision-making. Through comprehensive literature analysis, it is found that MIS provides significant benefits in delivering quick and accurate information access, as well as aiding in overcoming the data overload issues that often hinder decision-making processes. The integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, further strengthens the role of MIS in enhancing corporate decision-making responsiveness and intelligence. Thus, the development and implementation of computer-based MIS are crucial in improving performance and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to learn how V Sport and other micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the soccer manufacturing sector use e-commerce to increase their profits. The sources used for this analysis include financial records from Shopee and Lazada Football MSMEs in 2022. In this study, 12 samples were selected for examination using purposive sampling technique. Classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis, and SPSS hypothesis testing are some of the analytical techniques used. The research shows that Shopee has a great influence on net profit, but Lazada has no real influence. In addition, the study revealed that the combination of Shopee and Lazada significantly increased net profit. An example from MSMEs: V Sport, a soccer ball manufacturer, shows that the combined impact of Shopee and Lazada on net income exceeds the impact generated by any single e-commerce platform.

Abstract

The implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential for organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. However, the success of MIS implementation is influenced by various complex factors. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the success of MIS implementation from the perspective of a case study in a medium- sized manufacturing company. Through interviews, observations, and document analysis, seven key factors were identified: top management support, user involvement, training and mentoring, alignment with business processes, information technology infrastructure, organizational culture, and change management. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations to effectively manage MIS implementation and achieve expected benefits. The theoretical and practical implications of this research are also discussed.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important aspect in a company, with good resources the company can achieve company goals. Employees are human resources who play an important role in implementing the vision, mission and goals of an industry. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of motivation, work environment, psychological climate and job satisfaction on employee performance in a company. Researchers used literature review and descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is a method by collecting data, compiling or classifying, analyzing and interpreting it. The results of the analysis prove that employee motivation and psychology greatly influence employee job satisfaction in a company. The results of the research have implications for motivation, work environment conditions, psychological climate and employee job satisfaction which need to be improved and if employee job satisfaction increases then employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has led to the widespread adoption of Cloud Computing in various industries, including online trading. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing a Cloud Computing-based Management Information System (MIS) in the online trading industry. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the study examines the infrastructure, security, cost, and benefits associated with the implementation of such a system. A case study of a leading cloud hosting provider in the industry was conducted to gather data through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of a Cloud Computing-based MIS is feasible and offers significant benefits, including improved operational flexibility, scalability, and data accessibility. However, challenges such as data security and integration with existing systems need to be addressed. This research contributes to the understanding of the potential of Cloud Computing in enhancing management information systems in the online trading industry.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen merupakan platform yang menyediakan data untuk memfasilitasi proses pengambilan keputusan yang efektif, baik dalam mengatasi tantangan maupun dalam mengeksplorasi peluang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen dalam pemasaran di PT Bank Central Asia Tbk melalui metode pustaka, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber terkait. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung operasional bisnis di PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, di mana tanpa teknologi informasi, operasional bank tidak akan mungkin berjalan.
