Abstract

Follow-on Project of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building located on Jalan Datu Suban, Tapin Utara, Kalimantan Selatan is a reinforced concrete building project that only applies manual scheduling which is present in the form of S Curve, PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 9 of 2021 states that projects ought to be base on BIM. Therefore, this research will discuss implementing 4D BIM (scheduling) using Tekla on the Follow-on Project for the Construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office using Tekla to determine the use of BIM on scheduling obtained from contractors.This research method starts from studying the software and the object to be modeled, collecting the data such as as-build, S Curve, RAB. Data processing start from 3D modeling using Tekla Structures 2020, scheduling with Tekla Task Manager, and then 4D modeling with object representation.Scheduling made from the Budget Plan (RAB), S Curve, and interviews of related parties are then inputted into the Tekla Task Manager with dependencies which are applied into the bar chart. The 4D model is created using the visual logic with the integration of the 3D model created by scheduling, the development planning stages can be displayed according to the reviewed date. It was concluded that Tekla Structures could be applied in scheduling the follow-up project for the construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building.Keyword : scheduling, Tekla Structures, Tekla Task Manager, Model 4D, Follow-on Project.

Abstract

The application of E-Government is a solution about how efforts to increase and benefit are obtained by the community from public services designed by the government under Mayor Regulation Number 41 of 2018 concerning E-Government Implementation utilizing Information Technology by forming an Android-based information system with the name Application Integrated Kelurahan Administration Services or can be called the "Palui Baiman" application. The Palui Baiman application is an application that can facilitate the means of submitting letters at the village level. The problem that arises is how the Palui Baiman application can be accepted by the people of Banjarmasin City. The objectives achieved in this study were to determine the level of acceptance and use of the people of Banjarmasin City towards the Palui Baiman application by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and using the usefulness and convenience variables integrated with the acceptance variable. Based on the results of the analysis by applying multiple linear regression testing, it was concluded that the Palui Baiman application was able to increase public acceptance and use with the Banjarmasin City Government raising the value of ease of use of the application with the results obtained of 0.016.

Abstract

Universitas Lambung Mangkurat memandang bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi harus dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Salah satu upayanya adalah dengan meluncurkan aplikasi berbasis Android untuk mahasiswa dengan nama Portal Mahasiswa ULM. Kurangnya perhatian dan banyaknya keluhan terhadap aplikasi ini menjadi masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dari sisi mahasiswa, agar aplikasi ini dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keperluan pengguna. Model PACMAD digunakan dalam proses evaluasi untuk memberikan penilaian usability secara keseluruhan dengan 7 atribut di dalamnya. Kemudian merancang rekomendasi perbaikan berupa prototype dengan mengikuti aturan Eight Golden Rules sebagai solusi dari hasil penilaian PACMAD sebelumnya. Untuk mengetahui apakah rekomendasi perbaikan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, tahap akhir adalah melakukan pengujian ulang dengan menggunakan model yang sama. Hasil akhir didapatkan peningkatan pada atribut effectiveness dari 61,11% menjadi 96,67%, efficiency dari 34,67% menjadi 96,11%, memorability dari Kurang Baik menjadi Baik, dan satisfaction dari 58,83 menjadi 79,11. Selain itu terdapat penurunan pada atribut errors dari 19,65% menjadi 1,75%, dan cognitive load dari 59 keluhan turun menjadi 7 keluhan saja. Serta learnability yang tetap pada penilaian Baik.

Abstract

Development of The Syamsudin Noor Airport Project in Banjarmasin is one of the largest projects in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This project applied BIM-based cost estimation on a steel roof structure. However, the cost estimation for this steel roof structure is applied conventionally. The BIM-based cost estimation could have been applied in collaborating a building information becomes unity in one model. This research will raise the issue of applying BIM-based cost estimation at The Syamsudin Noor Airport Project to find out the effectiveness calculation of cost estimation conventionally and BIM-based cost estimation. The report result by 3D modeling of Tekla is quantity take-offs using as a data for processing the cost analysis conventionally. Whereas the 3D model made by Tekla will be exported to Revit through the interoperability of IFC or application of extention of Tekla warehouse that is "Export to Revit Geometry” for the processing the BIM-based cost estimation analysis. The unit price for the cost calculation is acquired by list price (AHSP or subcontractor value). The result of these both cost calculation, there are large enough difference in cost of these both calculations. Difference of conventional calculations and BIM-based cost estimation using Revit worth Rp 3,690,741,474 - Rp 5,047,206,780 with a percentage of 14% - 20%. Cause of these large enough differences in cost due to the model exported is only 90% succeeded. It happened due to difference thing in the mapping of object profile and difference in shape BREP geometry conditions.

Abstract

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) adalah gangguan perkembangan otak pada anak yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya aktifitas motorik sehingga menyebabkan penderitanya menjadi hiperaktif, impulsif dan inatentif. Kondisi ini sering memperlihatkan tingkah laku yang tidak wajar seperti selalu bergerak tanpa tujuan, selalu gelisah, atau tidak bisa duduk dengan tenang. Gangguan ADHD terbagi menjadi tiga jenis yaitu Hiperaktif, Inatentif dan Impulsif. Salah satu cara untuk mendiagnosa jenis ADHD yang diderita oleh anak adalah dengan konseling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat membantu memberikan kesimpulan tentang jenis penyakit ADHD yang diderita oleh anak serta tingkat keyakinan diagnosisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer untuk melakukan perhitungan terhadap nilai keyakinan suatu diagnosa. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan setiap nilai keyakinan dari 2 gejala awal yang terjadi pada anak untuk selanjutnya dibandingkan lagi dengan nilai keyakinan dari gejala-gejala lainnya. Sehingga mengerucut pada suatu gejala yang mengacu kepada suatu jenis dari ADHD disertai dengan nilai keyakinannya seperti layaknya diagnosa seorang pakar psikologi anak. Dalam penelitian ini dibangun sistem pakar berbasis Android dengan basis pengetahuan dari 3 orang pakar untuk memudahkan orang tua anak dalam mendiagnosa gejala-gelaja yang mungkin diderita oleh anaknya. Hasil pengujian sistem terhadap pakar dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 93,3% dari 3 orang pakar, menunjukan bahwa sistem pakar yang telah dibuat mampu mendiagnosa jenis perilaku ADHD yang diderita oleh anak-anak disertai dengan nilai tingkat keyakinan diagnosisnya.Abstract ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a brain development disorder in children resulting in increased motor activity causing the sufferer to become hyperactive, impulsive and inattentive. This condition often shows unnatural behavior like always moving aimlessly, always restless, or unable to sit quietly. ADHD disorders divided into three types, namely Hyperactive, Inattentive and Impulsif. One way to diagnose the type of ADHD suffered by children is by counseling. The purpose of this study is to build an expert sistem that can help provide conclusions about the kind of ADHD that the children had and the diagnosis level of confidence. This research uses Dempster-Shafer method to perform the calculation of confidence value of diagnosis. This is done by comparing each of the confidence values of the two early symptoms that occur in the child to furthermore compare with the belief value of the other symptoms. Therefore, conical to a symptom that refers to a type of ADHD accompanied by the value of the diagnosis beliefs, just like the diagnosis of a child psychologist. In this study, an Android-based expert system with a knowledge base from three experts is built to facilitate the child's parents in diagnosing symptoms that may be suffered by his son. The experimental test of the system with the mean percentage of 90% from 3 experts, indicates that the expert system that has been made can diagnose the type of ADHD behavior suffered by the children accompanied by the value of the diagnosis confidence level.
