TujuanÂ dari Â penelitianÂ ini Â adalah untuk Â mengetahui Â hasil Â belajar Â menggunakan Â panel Â peraga Â sistempower window dan tidak menggunakan panel peraga power window serta mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kompetensi kelistrikan pada siswa yang menggunakan panel peraga sistem power window dibanding hasil belajar siswa tanpa Â menggunakan Â panelÂ peraga Â power Â window. Â Penelitian Â ini menggunakan Â desain Â eksperimen Â jenis pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Keahlian Teknik otomotif SMK Nusantara 1 Comal berjumlah 126 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan kelas XI TKR1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI TKR3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen (pre test) sebesar 43,26 dan rata-rata (post test) sebesar 75,9. Sedangkan kelas kontrol (pre test) sebesar 46,88 dan rata-rata (post test) sebesar 66,58. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan panel peraga power window dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa daripada tanpa panel peraga power window.

Cases of insulting the national emblem are increasing and attracting attention. A number of cases of allegations of insulting the national emblem have brought up a number of names, from celebrities, religious and community leaders, teenagers and students, to organizations. Two cases that were busy were allegations of insulting the national emblem by Zaskia Gotik and Habib Rizieq, which appeared at a similar period. Various studies regarding the alleged humiliation of the state symbol by Zaskia Gotik and Habib Rizieq have been widely studied. However, most of the studies focused on linguistic and communication perspectives. Unlike previous studies, this paper intends to examine the aspects of criminal law enforcement in both cases. To answer the research problems raised, the author uses important concepts in punishment and also the theory of legal certainty. This study is a normative juridical study with secondary data as material for analysis. This research reveals that law enforcement in cases of alleged insulting the state symbol by Zaskia Gotik and Habib Rizieq provides legal certainty because of the existence of corridors or guidelines in declaring the act guilty or not legally. The corridor refers to Law no. 24 of 2009 which regulates the symbols of the state, one of which is the symbol of the state, both regarding the meaning, prohibition, and threat.

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi yang up to date semakin berkembang pesat, hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari adanya peran jurnalis dalam menyebarkan informasi. Tetapi di sisi lain media arus utama tidak sanggup memenuhi kebutuhan sebagai penyaji informasi, sehingga keberadaan jurnalis warga (citizen journalism) dipandang lebih cepat dalam mencari dan menyebarkan informasi terhadap fenomena yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat. Di samping itu, pada dasarnya jurnalis warga dinilai masih minim pengetahuan tentang menginformasikan berita, sehingga mempunyai resiko yang lebih besar mengenai pemberitaan dari pada jurnalis-jurnalis profesional lainnya. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini meliputi, (1) apa yang dimaksud dengan jurnalis warga (citizen journalism)?, (2) bagaimana minat masyarakat dalam pemberitaan jurnalis warga di Indonesia serta dampaknya terhadap media massa?, (3) bagaimankah konsep dari jurnalis warga (citizen journalism)?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengertian dan konsep dari jurnalis warga (citizen journalism), serta untuk mengetahui dampak dari pemberitaan jurnalis warga di Indonesia dalam menyuarakan suara publik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur (kepustakaan). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui pengkajian literatur yang relevan terkait dengan media massa dan jurnalisme warga, yang diambil dari buku-buku, jurnal dan berbagai literatur lainnya yang relevan.

Good governance is a government that is transparent, open, and participatory. Includes the whole process of managing public resources since the process of decision making, implementation, and evaluation. The benefits of freedom of information are not only to create a government that is clean, efficient and able to prevent corruption, but also to improve the quality of public participation in the process of making public policies, and supervising their implementation. The main problem raised in this study is how to state secrets from the perspective of public transparency. study of Undang-Undang No. 40 the year 1999 concerning the press and the journalistic Code of Ethics and the obstacles in trying to obtain information.

This article discusses how the self-concept of beautiful women on Instagram by the phenomenon of beauty standards on Instagram. The impact of this image of beauty standards makes women feel insecure, comparing themselves to others on Instagram and losing their motivation. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach. This research uses aspects of self-concept, through Knowledge, Expectations, and Assessment. As A result of this study, nformants use the information on Instagram to be able to add insight. The informants also learned to love themselves and felt much more comfortable and motivated with their current version of themselves. The informants actually learn from previous experiences so that they can continue to improve themselves so that in the future they become better people.

Indonesia is a unitary state that adheres to the state ideology with an open system, a pluralistic and multicultural society, and various races, tribes, ethnicities and religions. The Indonesian state recognizes at least six religions. Lately, opinions have often emerged that mention the separation of religion from Pancasila; this is interesting to do further study. Does Pancasila conflict with religion? This research was conducted through a literature study that analyzed the Pancasila text from the perspective of preaching. Through a historical approach and content analysis, literature and references related to the objectives and focus of the research are searched for and collected. Data sources were obtained through books, journals, and observations in documentary films. Based on the discussion conducted, it can at least be concluded that the Pancasila text formulated by national figures, including Ulama, that the five principles in Pancasila contain exceptional preaching values and fundamental and principled meanings in Islamic teachings, both divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and wisdom, and justice are essential things to do and are teachings in Islam.

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Pinggir with the aim of finding out the influence between the principal's leadership and school committee participation on teacher performance and its impact on student learning achievement. The population in this study was 32 teachers and the sample was determined using a saturated census technique so that the total sample in this study was 32 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of the research show that the principal's leadership has a significant direct effect on teacher performance, school committee participation has a direct significant effect on teacher performance, the principal's leadership has a significant direct effect on student learning achievement, school committee participation has a direct significant effect on student learning achievement, Teacher performance has a significant direct effect on student learning achievement, principal leadership has a significant indirect effect on student learning achievement through teacher performance, and school committee participation has a significant indirect effect on student learning achievement through teacher performance

Media sosial dianggap sebagai alat penghibur diri (self healing) dari tekanan perasaan dan beban pikiran oleh remaja. Pemanfaatannya dengan mengonsumsi atau mengunggah sesuatu yang dianggap mewakili keadaan dirinya. Analisis Wacana Kritis Teun A. Van Dijk telah digunakan untuk menganalisis setiap unggahan yang dibagikan oleh informan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis wacana quotes islami sebagai alat self healing remaja Islam melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah remaja usia 18-21 tahun. Kriteria khusus telah ditetapkan untuk memvalidasi informan agar dapat diwawancari, observasi dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh data yang kredibel. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan dimensi teks: dimensi teks yang terkandung dalam unggahan yang dibagikan oleh remaja cenderung menjadi gambaran atas apa yang dirasakannya, isi teks dalam kutipan unggahan tersebut merupakan ungkapan remaja mengenai kondisi psikologisnya. Dimensi kognisi sosial: quotes di Instagram story oleh remaja tersebut memiliki banyak kesamaan dimana alasan teks tersebut diproduksi. Quotes berisi tentang kekhawatiran, ketakutan, perasaan bersalah yang merupakan salah satu gejala dari kesehatan mental, quotes sebagai self-reminder atau pengingat diri. Dimensi konteks sosial, remaja mengharapkan respon positif dan negatif, adanya motif untuk menemukan jawaban atas pertanyaan- pertanyaan dari dalam diri remaja, respon melahirkan suasana dan merasa down akibat permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi.

Mosques as places of worship today have changed in terms of function. In the time of the Prophet and his companions, mosques were used as places of worship as the main function and as economic activities for the people. The current era makes the function of mosques only as places of worship, therefore socialization was carried out regarding the strategy of mosques in empowering the people's economy. The activity began with the formation of a small team to make a work program plan and continued with a request for permission for socialization to the head of the RT and the head of the local Mosque Management Council (DKM). After obtaining permission, the team began carrying out activities in accordance with the previously determined work program plan. The results of this socialization received appreciation and additional insight and there were people who had made purchases even though the transactions were not in the mosque, but were carried out by the community from goods/services that were available from the community around the mosque so that empowerment of businesses in the radius of the mosque became a priority who wanted to shop according to the needs of the congregation.
