Abstract

Penelitan ini diawali dengan adanya kendala yang diamati peneliti, pembelajaran di situasi kondisi covid19 menyebabkan keseluruhan peserta didik belajar dari rumah atau daring. Namun pembelajaran yang dilakukan daring tidak sepenuhnya bisa memberikan penyelesaian masalah pada peserta didik, apalagi banyak kendala di waktu pembelajaran online atau daring. Pemebelajaran yang dilakukan setelah libur yang cukup lama meneyebabkan banyak peserta didik yang mengalalmi penurunan keaktifan dan keterampilan berbicaranya, yang mana dalam penanganannya sudah berulangkali di uapayakan guru akan tetapi masih mengalami permasalahan, yang muncul dari banyak sektor pendidikan lain dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yang mana data yang dikumpulkan itu berupa kata kata, gambar dan bukan angka angka seperti halnya penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisi induktif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunnakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Miles, Huberman dan Saldana dalam buku Sugiyono dengan menggukan langkah langkah langkah reduksi data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah pertama dalam pelaksanaan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara metode jigsaw dapat dikatakan sukses, dilihat dari peserta didik yang mampu menyampaikan aspirasi pendapat mereka setelah dilakukannya pembelajaran dengan metode jigsaw. Kedua guru mampu mengatasi faktor faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat terlaksananya pemebelajaran dikelas. Ketiga dari hasil pemebelajaran dikelas menggunakan metode jigsaw mampu mengasah keterampilan berbicara peserta didik dikelas, mampu menambah wawasan baru di kelas VIII d MTs N 2 Ponorogo.

Abstract

Lesson Study is a model of fostering the educational profession through collaborative and continuous learning studies based on the principles of legality and mutual learning to build learning communities. This research will describe how the innovation divusi process can cultivate Lesson study activities at SMP Negeri 3 Madiun The results of this study show that the emergence of understanding and persuasion from lesson study activities is built through morning and afternoon breefing carried out by the principal. Decision making for lesson study activities begins through deliberations with staff and teachers in official meeting forums. The implementation of lesson study activities is carried out on a scheduled basis with the target that each teacher will become a model teacher once a year .Thus each semester targets 17 teachers who will become model teachers. Confirmation of lesson study is carried out when the lesson study activity is completed by producing a decision that lesson study activities have a huge impact in increasing understanding of the material, learning methods, improving the ability to observe learning and with lesson study can be improved the colegality system in finding quality learning

Abstract

ABSTRACTDiscipline is important in life to achieve success. However, the importance of the role of discipline in life is rarely paid attention, the results of observations of researchers in class VII I SMPN 2 Ponorogo show a lack of student discipline when learning is carried out, so the learning process becomes less effective. This is due to the low self-concept of students, they are not fully aware of their role as students. Self-concept can affect a person's behavior, because behavior is closely related to self-understanding. The test of this study was to determine the level of influence of self-concept on the learning discipline of grade VII students at SMPN 2 Ponorogo for the 2019/2020 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative regression. The population in this study amounted to 286 students, with a cluster sampling technique of 32 students. The results showed that self-concept had an influence on learning discipline based on tcount of 4.114 and ttable 1.699 (then tcount> ttable), with a determination level of 34.7%. Self-concept and learning discipline have a positive relationship, where if a student's self-concept (awareness) is high, then the student's learning discipline is also good, and vice versa if the student's self-concept is low, then the student is less disciplined in learning.ABSTRAKDisiplin menjadi hal yang penting dalam sebuah kehidupan untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Namun, pentingnya peranan disiplin dalam kehidupan jarang diperhatian, hasil observasi peneliti di kelas VII I SMPN 2 Ponorogo menunjukkan kurangnya disiplin siswa saat pembelajaran dilaksanakan, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif. Hal ini disebabkan rendahnya konsep diri yang dimiliki siswa, mereka kurang maksimal perannya sebagai pelajar. Konsep diri bisa berpengaruh pada tingkah laku seseorang, karena tingkah laku berkaitan erat dengan pemahaman diri. Tujian dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh konsep diri terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 2 Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 286 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsep diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar berdasarkan thitung sebesar 4,114 dan ttabel 1,699 (maka thitung > ttabel), dengan kadar determinasi 34,7%. Konsep diri dan disiplin belajar memiliki hubungan positif, dimana konsep diri (kesadaran) seorang siswa tinggi, maka disiplin belajar siswa juga baik, dan sebaliknya jika konsep diri siswa rendah, maka siswa kurang disiplin dalam belajar.

Abstract

                                                           ABSTRACTFinal Semester Assessment requires a quality question item instrument so that it can guarantee the quality of the tests presented to students. To get quality questions, before the questions are used each item needs to be analyzed first. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the items. The objective to be achieved in the discussion of this thesis is to determine the quality of the items from the Odd Semester Final Assessment in the Social Sciences Subject of MTs Darul Muna Ponorogo. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. In this study, researchers used to measure the quality of the questions by using the validity of the questions, the reliability of the questions, the level of difficulty, the difference power and the distracting function manually by using the Microsoft Excel application. The data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques in the form of questions, question grids, answer keys to questions, and students' answers. Based on the results of the item analysis in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing power, and deception function, it can be concluded that the quality of the Odd End Semester Assessment (PAS) items in the Social Sciences subject MTs Darul Muna Ponorogo in the 2019/2020 school year is a problem good enough quality. because those who meet the criteria for good (very good, good, moderate) questions in class VII are 38 out of 50 items (76%), in class VIII there are 44 out of 50 items (88%), class IX totals 35 of 50 items questions (70%) ABSTRAKPenilaian Ujian Akhir membutuhkan instrumen soal yang berkualitas sehingga dapat menjamin kualitas tes yang disajikan kepada siswa. Untuk mendapatkan soal yang berkualitas, sebelum soal digunakan tiap soal perlu dianalisis terlebih dahulu. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap item-item tersebut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pembahasan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas materi dari Penilaian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Sosial MTs Darul Muna Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengukur kualitas soal dengan menggunakan validitas soal, reliabilitas soal, tingkat kesulitan, perbedaan daya dan fungsi distraksi secara manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa soal, kisi soal, kunci jawaban soal, dan jawaban siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis butir soal validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan fungsi penipuan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas butir soal Penilaian Akhir Semester Ganjil (PAS) mata pelajaran IPS MTs Darul. Muna Ponorogo pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020 merupakan masalah kualitas yang cukup baik. karena yang memenuhi kriteria baik (sangat baik, baik, sedang) soal di kelas VII sebanyak 38 dari 50 item (76%), di kelas VIII ada 44 dari 50 item (88%), kelas IX berjumlah 35 dari 50 item pertanyaan (70%).

Abstract

This article aims to explain the urgency of pesantren-based vocational curriculum management in improving the quality of madrasa education in the current era of global competition. This research used a qualitative approach and the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana to analyze the data. The results of this study confirm some aspects. First, the vocational curriculum planning at MA Nurul Jadid is based on the vision, mission, goals, and educational concepts that rely on a curriculum trilogy, including the madrasa curriculum, skills curriculum, and pesantren curriculum based on the study of the yellow book. Second, implementing the vocational curriculum at MA Nurul Jadid is structured, systematic, and integrated, allowing students to understand and master knowledge and skills proportionally. Third, the evaluation of the vocational curriculum at MA Nurul Jadid Probolinggo is done in a structured, detailed, and comprehensive manner. It is not only on the subject matter but also includes achievements in self-development, extracurricular, organizational, and the formation of national character and culture.

Abstract

This study describes how transformational leadership is the key to success in leading madrasah towards realizing competitive madrasah in the future, supported by high innovation and quality. This research was a case study with a qualitative approach. This research focused on pesantren-based transformational leadership in developing international madrasah innovation at MA Nurul Jadid Probolinggo. The research result shows that 1) the leadership idealism of the madrasah head is able to increase the commitment of madrasah stakeholders, realizing the integration of the international-national curriculums digital-based infrastructure; 2) the inspirational motivation of the madrasah head is able to provide encouragement to subordinates and to hone the potential of teachers, students, and education staff through innovative training so that they are able to achieve various awards; 3) the intellectual leadership stimulus in the form of madrasah head’s role as an agent of social change and problem-solving leader; 4) the Individual awareness of madrasah leadership in madrasah development is reflected in the ability of madrasah head to meet human resource needs according to global competency demands.

Abstract

Karakter cinta lingkungan perlu ditanamkan sejak usia dini. Anak-anak TASKI Al-Hikmah memiliki karakter cinta lingkungan yang rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya kesadaran anak untuk merawat tanaman di sekitar TASKI, sedangkan dalam pendidikan kompetensi al-hikmah mengharuskan anak memiliki karakter cinta lingkungan dan sadar akan merawat lingkungan sebagai amanah dari Sang Pencipta. Dalam implementasi kompetensi al-hikmah lestari, perlu adanya pembaharuan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif di TASKI karena selama ini guru masih menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengabdian ini adalah metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode Participatory Action Research dipilih karena dianggap paling sesuai untuk proses pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengambilan data. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian pengabdian masyarakat dengan adanya program lestari dapat menumbuhkan karakter cinta lingkungan dan kesadaran akan merawat lingkungan sesuai kompetensi al-hikmah lestari dalam falsafah pendidikan al-hikmah. Program lestari yang terdiri dari 3 bentuk kegiatan yaitu: program tanam sayur, program penceriaan tanaman, dan program 3R yang di implementasikan menggunakan pendekatan STEAM. Pendekatan STEAM memberikan pengalaman belajar yang baru dan meningkatkan kecakapan hidup anak TASKI sesuai keterampilan abad 21.

Abstract

Vocational high school is a secondary education program that prepares students to work in a particular field. Source Alfaria Triijaya Tbk (Alfamart) with the Alfamart Class program to help students prepare themselves for ready to work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Alfamart Class program in student career development. This study uses a qualitative research type that uses data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis process uses data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results show that the Alfamart Class program is planned before the new school year with involvement from the school community and Alfamart. Program objectives, strategies, and preparation are determined before implementation. The Alfamart Class program was implemented by the East Java Provincial Government, with leaders playing a crucial role in mobilizing members. This program addresses students' career development needs by considering existing supporting and inhibiting factors. Strategies are essensial to achieving goals. The Alfamart Class program at SMKN 1 Ponorogo was evaluated. The evaluation aimed to collect obstacles, identify program obstacles, and carry out follow-up based on the evaluation results. The evaluation showed an increase in students' knowledge and skills. 85% of the students continue their careers at Alfamart.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This article aims to explain the urgency of implementing AUN-QA and FIBAA as an international standard quality assurance system for world class universities implemented in the Indonesian Islamic Higher Education (IIHE), as well as an answer in responding to the demands of global education competition. This article is a qualitative research with a case type, where the data analysis technique used is the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive analysis model which emphasizes the integration of several stages, namely: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study confirm that: 1) The international standard quality assurance policy of AUN-QA and FIBAA at UII Yogyakarta uses a bottom-up approach by considering internal and external aspects of institutional values; 2) The stages of international standard quality assurance of AUN-QA and FIBAA at UII uses the POAC model. This model has various consequences, namely; rigid, dynamic, detailed, and accommodating, as well as efficient and effective; 3) The implications of the AUN-QA and FIBAA international standard quality assurance systems in developing world class Islamic higher education at UII are very diverse, including: strengthening institutional commitment and quality culture, developing study programs, international partnerships, and increasing international publication of scientific works by lecturers and students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the role of charisma in improving the quality of Islamic education processes, curriculum quality, and educational output quality. This study uses a qualitative research approach and modified qualitative analysis. This study was conducted at the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis was carried out through checking data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. To ensure data credibility, triangulation was used. The results of the study indicate that the role of leaders in improving religious education in Islamic boarding schools through formal and informal education, organizing international guest teacher programs, and providing facilities and infrastructure according to the demands of Salafiyah and modernity. The Islamic boarding school implements a dormitory-based supervision system, integrated mentoring programs such as muhadarah and istighasah, and an effective quality time policy for students in terms of supervision. The Islamic boarding school leaders advocate for improving alumni competency through entrepreneurship training, community service, and the formation of alumni networks and international cooperation between Islamic boarding schools related to graduate quality. In addition, strengthening the university's external environment includes developing alumni networks at home and abroad, university relations with the community, and providing services and support to the community.
