Abstract

Boarding houses have become a fairly important need for many people, especially for students studying outside the area who choose boarding houses as temporary housing, and students whose homes may be quite far from the campus where they study by renting boarding houses near their campus so as not to spend a lot of energy and time traveling. The boarding house route search information system has benefits for users who will search for the nearest boarding house from various features such as finding boarding house routes and viewing detailed boarding house information. ease of boarding house owners to manage data allows information to be continuously updated. This study aims to create an android-based boarding house location information system. The research stage starts from the design of a system that has been built using a Use Case Diagram that has three actors including admin, boarding house owner, and tenant/user. Each of these actors has different roles and access rights. At the implementation stage of the system creation process using the android studio application, then the system is tested using the BlackBox method. Based on the results of system tests that have been carried out obtaining good results or in other words the system can run as expected.

Abstract

This research aims at: (1) finding out the learning conditions in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education Department at Makassar State University; (2) finding out the developmental phases of learning media based on web learning in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education at Makassar State University; and (3) finding out the validity level of learning media based on material and media experts' assessment. This research employed a developmental research using ADDIE which is modified in three phases that is Analyze, Design, and Develop. The research is conducted at Electrical Engineering Education Department at Makassar State University. The informants were chosen from material and media experts. In line with that, the data was obtained through observation and questionnaires, while technique of data analysis through descriptive analysis. The results of this study show three developmental phases of learning media based on web learning in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education Department at Universitas Negeri Makassar as follows: (1) analyze phase; (2) design phase; and (3) develop phase. The results of the validator (1) validation by material experts achieving the feasibility of 82.81%, (2) by the design experts who reached 89.58% from the results of the study of learning media in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication that are developing Electronics so as to produce excellent results for this company. The conclusion is that this research uses Research and Development (R&D).

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many learning methods have been developed so that the teaching and learning process continues, including Self-Directed Learning. Self-Directed Learning is a learning model used by teaching staff to develop student skills because it emphasizes responsibility for managing learning objectives independently. Self-directed learning gives learners the freedom and autonomy to decide what, why, how and where they want to learn. The pupose od this study is to see the quality of the Self-Directed Learning learning model reviewed through a literature review.A Literature review are the process of collecting relevant articles from 2010-present. From the tens of articles obtained, we have selection and data extraction that fit the purposes of this reseaech. In the finalization of the article are based on the object and the approach.Based on the findigs of this research project, elf-Directed Learning is widely used to assess students' level of competence and initiative in learning and to enhance teachers' creativity in presenting learning materials. The results of this study suggest that the learning method can improve student learning outcomes, as be proven by results above the average pass threshold, and is highly adaptable to improve student competence on independent learning.The contribution of this study is to provide guidance to educators and researchers on self-directed learning methods of learning that are appropriately applied to enhance student learning, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, when learning, there is also a view that focusing only on the learning object can be directed to the learning subject.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa dan dosen terhadapPengembangan bahan ajar Sistem Rekayasa TV berbasis digital Modul, serta membandingkanpersepsi antara mahasiswa dan dosen terhadap Pengembangan bahan ajar Sistem Rekayasa TVberbasis digital Modul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian expos facto dimana penelitimelakukan pengumpulkan data secara langsung kepada responden melalui instrumentpengumpulan data. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, dan observasi. Teknik analisisdata dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa mahasiswapada kategori sangat membutuhkan sebanyak 14 orang atau 35%, Dibutuhkan 13 orang (32.5%)dan pada kategori cukup juga sebanyak 13 orang (32.5%) sedangkan Dosen pada kategori sangatdibutuhkan sebanyak 2 orang atau 10%, Dibutuhkan 12 orang (60%) dan pada kategori cukupsebanyak 6 orang (30%). Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pandanganantara mahasiswa dengan pandangan dosen terkait kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran bahanajar Sistem Rekayasa TV Berbasis E Mudol bahwa sama-sama sepakat bahwa memang sangatdibutuhkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) memperoleh hasil identifikasi sistem irigasi tetes otomatis untuk budidaya tanaman terong ungu (Solanum melongena L.) berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). 2) menganalisis prinsip kerja sistem irigasi tetes otomatis yang mengontrol penyiraman berdasarkan data kelembaban dan suhu tanah. 3) mengetahui hasil pengujian kelayakan alat sistem irigasi tetes otomatis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman terong ungu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan rancang bangun yang menghasilkan produk alat irigasi otomatis berbasis IoT yang dapat diterapkan oleh petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan model perancangan prototype yang memiliki beberapa tahapan, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, perakitan alat, evaluasi, dan revisi. Prinsip kerja alat ini melibatkan sensor kelembaban dan suhu tanah yang terhubung ke mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32, yang kemudian mengaktifkan pompa air melalui relay untuk penyiraman otomatis. Alat ini dikendalikan dan dipantau melalui aplikasi Blynk. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji functionality, compatibility, security, dan efficiency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek functionality dinilai sangat layak dengan persentase 100% tanpa revisi. Pada aspek compatibility, seluruh komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak terintegrasi dengan baik. Aspek security menunjukkan sistem yang aman dari akses tidak sah dan data sensor yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi secara ilegal. Aspek performance efficiency menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjaga kelembaban tanah pada rentang optimal 50%-60% serta suhu tanah pada 18°C-30°C. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem ini dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman terong ungu serta meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dan mengurangi intervensi manual.
