Abstract

Klasifikasi tingkat kematangan buah parijoto secara manual masih memiliki keterbatasan, ditandai dengan tingkat akurasi yang rendah dan ketidakkonsistenan hasil, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas panen. Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, pengolahan citra machine learning seperti K-Nearest Neigbhor (KNN) dapat dijadikan sebagai metode dalam melakukan klasifikasi tingkat kematangan buah. Algoritma KNN mempunyai akurasi yang cukup baik dan model algoritmanya sederhana karena bekerja berdasarkan jarak nilai terdekat dari data training ke data testing. Pada sistem klasifikasi juga memanfaatkan fitur warna citra RGB dan HSV dalam mengkategorikan tingkat kematangan buah parijoto. Dalam proses klasifikasi, tingkat kematangan parijoto akan dibagi ke dalam tiga kategori yang berbeda, yaitu parijoto mentah, setengah matang, dan matang. Dataset yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 data parijoto mentah, 25 data parijoto setengah matang, dan 25 parijoto matang. Setiap gambar diambil dari berbagai sudut dengan jumlah 4 gambar jadi data perkategori kelas sebanyak 100 data set dan total keseluruhan ada 300 gambar parijoto. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem klasifikasi berbasis web yang diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Flask Python. Evaluasi performa algoritma dilakukan melalui confusion matrix dan menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 82%. Penelitian ini berpotensi menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan teknologi klasifikasi tingkat kematangan buah yang lebih optimal di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: : KNN, Parijoto, HSV, Klasifikasi.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly rapid digitalization, the need for efficient and integrated business management is becoming increasingly important. Companies that are able to manage data systematically and in real-time have a competitive advantage in facing market competition. Alma Jati Mebel Pati, as a business actor in the furniture industry sector, faces challenges in the operational management process, such as manual transaction recording, non-centralized stock management, and difficulties in making fast and accurate sales reports. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based furniture store management information system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. This system is built using the Waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The technologies used include PHP as a programming language, MySQL as a database management system, Laravel as a backend development framework, and Bootstrap for a responsive and user-friendly interface. This system is equipped with main features such as recording sales and purchase transactions, product stock management, and financial report generation. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system's functionality runs according to user needs. The test results show that all features function properly without significant errors. In addition, the usability test conducted on users resulted in a satisfaction rate of 85%, indicating that the system is easy to use and helpful in daily work processes. With this system, Alma Jati Mebel is expected to optimize business management more effectively, efficiently, and integrated.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system to manage ministry and financial activities at GITJ Puncel Church, focusing on improving data accuracy, reporting transparency, and operational efficiency. The system was developed using the Prototyping method with an iterative approach, while data were collected through observations, structured interviews with church administrators, and document analysis. The system was built using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and tested using the Black Box Testing method. This research addresses gaps in previous studies that did not effectively integrate ministry management features with financial administration, nor evaluate the quantitative impact on operational efficiency. The results show that the system successfully reduced financial recording time from 3–4 hours to 30 minutes (an 87.5% efficiency improvement), decreased recording errors from 15% to 2% (an 86.7% reduction in error rate), and enhanced reporting transparency through an automatic PDF export feature. Testing confirmed that all system functionalities operated 100% according to specifications. The study's limitations include its scope being limited to a single church with 150 congregants, a three-month implementation period, and no evaluation of long-term impacts on congregation participation. Overall, this research contributes a model for integrating ministry and financial systems for small to mid-sized religious organizations, and offers a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of web-based information systems in non-profit contexts.

Abstract

Waste remains one of the unresolved environmental problems, primarily due to ineffective waste management in sorting and recycling processes. Many individuals are unaware of or do not have the time to identify recyclable types of waste. This study aims to develop a web-based system capable of automatically classifying waste types to support raising public awareness of the importance of recycling. The method used is a CNN with a total of 1,800 images divided into six classes: glass, paper, metal, plastic, organic, and residual. The dataset is split into 1,296 images for training, 144 for validation, and 360 for testing. Unlike previous studies that classified only two to three types of waste or were not web-based, this system combines classification of six categories with an interactive web interface that can be directly used by the public. The results show that the developed model achieved an accuracy of 90%, with the best performance in classifying organic waste. However, the model still has limitations such as sensitivity to variations in lighting, varying image capture angles, and visual similarities among certain waste types that can affect classification accuracy. These findings indicate that the proposed system has the potential to help the community manage waste more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Pengelolaan energi pada sistem smart grid merupakan tantangan penting dalam mendukung efisiensi dan keberlanjutan energi, khususnya pada skala rumah tangga. Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi algoritma Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) berbasis Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi penggunaan energi melalui strategi load shifting. Lingkungan simulasi dibangun untuk merepresentasikan konsumsi energi rumah tangga dalam skenario waktu nyata, di mana agen PPO dilatih untuk mengalihkan beban penggunaan listrik ke waktu dengan tarif lebih rendah atau beban sistem yang lebih ringan. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap tiga skema reward dengan dua mode pelatihan, yaitu cepat dan maksimal. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi reward ketiga dengan mode pelatihan maksimal, menghasilkan rata-rata reward sebesar 41690,53 dan efisiensi biaya hingga 95,83% dibandingkan dengan data konsumsi asli. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa PPO merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam pengelolaan energi pada smart grid skala rumah tangga, khususnya dalam mendukung strategi pengalihan beban yang adaptif dan hemat biaya.

Abstract

Image improvement is the process to improve visual quality, from the original image to get optimal image results. The first category, this technique operates on the transformation of frequency selection and the second technique operates directly at the pixel level of the image. in this study the Exposure Sub-Image Histogram Equalization (ESIHE) technique will be enhanced with a brightness level to get visual image results. Then ESIHE is compared with other additional techniques, such as Histogram Equalization (HE), Adaptive Histogram Equalization (AHE) from the side of the image. Furthermore, for the even distribution of histograms, we will use ESIHE entropy calculations to show an increase in the image results that are more optimal when compared with HE and AHE. The visual image quality of each technique shows the strength of the method and the superiority of the other methods for various types of images.

Abstract

Agriculture is a pillar of the economy a nation, with the system and the implementation of good agricultural, so will go the nation economic.One of the causes of the lack of agricultural productivity in Indonesian that is some farmers in Indonesian still relied on climate change rain without blemish. Climate change has caused planting patterns the farmers, so that in the end agricultural products planted could not stable , any process planting .The instability caused the price of agricultural products to be very significant plant at a certain season.This is what causes the thing farmers have to produce more energy and the cost of extra do watering manually so that of the trees can grow fertile and can be harvest pakcoy especially in plants .To overcome the problems hence writers try to make sprinkler system plant with using microcontroller Wemos D1 R1 of experiment to the republic of Indonesian that in arable land plant with using soil moisture capacitive sensors that is going to be the moisture the ground in plants can be monitored over long distances through the android application named Blynk. The system will shut when discharging is out of danger at the boundary moisture expected means of sensors the humidity and turn off water pump.

Abstract

The furniture industry that uses teak wood as the main raw material faces various challenges in maintaining the quality of materials and the efficiency of the production process. Teak wood is known to have advantages such as high resistance to weather and insects, good structural strength, and distinctive and elegant grain beauty. However, the quality of teak wood varies greatly depending on environmental factors, tree age, and processing process. These variations can affect the final result of furniture products, so it is important for companies to choose the right raw materials. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) specifically designed to help Lestari Jati company in determining teak wood raw materials consistently and objectively. This DSS considers several main criteria, such as age, fiber, color, volume. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to give priority weight to each criterion and determine the best alternative from the available raw materials. With this system, the company is expected to be able to obtain accurate recommendations, accelerate the decision-making process, and significantly improve product quality and production efficiency, so that it can increase competitiveness in the teak wood furniture market.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged government agencies, including village offices, to utilize digital systems to improve the effectiveness of data management. At the village level, population data management is still largely done manually or using Microsoft Excel files, which have various limitations in terms of search speed, data security, and information integration. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Population Data Collection Information System to assist village governments in recording, processing, and presenting population data more effectively and efficiently. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The implementation results show that this system is able to overcome various previous problems, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in population data management. Features such as Excel data import with automatic validation, population data and family card management, data conversion history, and automatic generation of certificates, work as expected. Thus, this system has a positive impact on administrative services and data-based decision-making in Suwaduk Village.

Abstract

Optimal public service is one indicator of the success of village government in responding to community needs. However, in Lahar Village, the public complaint process is still carried out manually, such as verbally or by hand, so it is prone to data loss, slow in handling, and less transparent. This condition indicates the need for a system that is able to digitize the complaint process to be more effective and efficient. This study aims to design and build a website-based public complaint information system to improve the quality of public services in the Lahar Village government environment. The methodology used includes direct observation, interviews with village officials, and literature studies as the basis for system design. System development is carried out using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expected results of this study are the creation of a computerized complaint information system that is easily accessible to the public, and supports the process of recording, handling, and monitoring complaints in a more transparent and structured manner. With this system, it is hoped that public services in Lahar Village can be significantly improved, both in terms of time efficiency and data accuracy.
