Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat penting bagi organisasi khususnnya rumah sakit, tanpa kinerja yang baik maka organisasi tidak akan bisa mencapai tujuannya. Program supervisi dan disiplin kerja yang ditanamkan organisasi kepada karyawan akan sangat mempengaruhi kesungguhan karyawan dalam bekerja, karena itu pemimpin organisasi atau rumah sakit harus melaksanakan supervisi yang dapat mendorong karyawan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan disiplin karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh supervisi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum “X”. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 orang perawat. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah supervisi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, dengan t hitung supervisi sebesar 4,796 dan disiplin kerja sebesar 6,544 serta nilai determinasi sebesar 0,683 atau 68,3% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Saran kepada pihak Rumah Sakit agar mengawasi perawat pelaksana, memberi pengarahan secara regular konsisten, menerapkan sanksi kepada perawat pelaksana dan diharapkan melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan dengan menerapkan skala prioritas.

Abstract

This article describes the application of the GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) approach to disaster management policies with special reference to the Province of Bali. The province, which frequently experiences natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and floods, recognizes the need to pay attention to gender differences, disabilities and social inclusion in all aspects of disaster management. The GEDSI approach promotes active participation and an equal role for all community members in dealing with disasters. The findings show that Bali is committed to ensuring equal access to information, protection and disaster management services for vulnerable groups. It seeks to integrate a gender perspective in disaster management planning, including ensuring women's participation in decision-making and their involvement in policy implementation. In addition, the GEDSI approach also emphasizes social inclusion and the needs of people with disabilities. Bali seeks to remove physical and social barriers that may impede the participation and accessibility of persons with disabilities during disasters. Disabled persons-friendly facilities and services are provided, and disability groups are involved in policy planning and evaluation. With the GEDSI approach, disaster management in Bali can be inclusive and responsive to the needs of all individuals. This approach will ensure equity, respect human rights and enhance sustainability in the face of natural disasters.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed many aspects of the world of health, including in the field of health promotion in hospitals. Health promotion that was previously carried out through conventional methods is now transformed using digital technology that allows for faster and more effective dissemination of information. This study aims to determine the role of digital technology in increasing the effectiveness of health promotion in hospitals. This study is a literature review that collects and analyzes various articles, journals, and studies that discuss the application of digital technology in health promotion in hospitals. The selected literature covers various types of digital technology used, such as social media, mobile applications, and hospital websites, and discusses their impact on the effectiveness of health promotion. The results of the literature review indicate that the application of digital technology in hospitals can improve the effectiveness of health promotion in various ways. Technology allows hospitals to provide timely health information, improve interaction with patients, and disseminate health messages to a wider audience. Social media and health applications, for example, can provide more personalized and easily accessible education. However, challenges such as data privacy issues, lack of access to technology in certain areas, and low digital literacy are still obstacles that need to be considered. Digital technology has great potential in improving the effectiveness of health promotion in hospitals. Despite facing some challenges, the adoption of appropriate technology can support hospitals in providing better health services and reaching more people with useful information.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pendidikan Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter warga negara di Nusa Penida, sebuah daerah dengan tantangan sosial dan budaya unik. Pendidikan Pancasila berperan penting dalam memperkuat identitas dan tanggung jawab sosial setiap individu. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan pelatihan, diskusi, dan kegiatan sosial untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran masyarakat mengenai nilai Pancasila, diikuti dengan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku sosial mereka. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kerjasama sosial, keterampilan komunikasi, serta komitmen terhadap prinsip-prinsip Pancasila, yang terlihat dari partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial dan pembangunan desa. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan Pancasila terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang lebih baik di Nusa Penida, khususnya di kalangan pendidik dan siswa Sekolah Dasar.   This community service activity aims to explore the effectiveness of Pancasila education in shaping the character of citizens in Nusa Penida, an area with unique social and cultural challenges. Pancasila education plays an important role in strengthening the identity and social responsibility of each individual. The program used a participatory approach involving trainings, discussions and social activities to improve the community's understanding of Pancasila values. The results showed a significant increase in the community's awareness of Pancasila values, followed by positive changes in their social attitudes and behaviors. The program succeeded in improving social cooperation, communication skills, as well as commitment to the principles of Pancasila, which is evident from the community's active participation in various social and village development activities. Therefore, Pancasila education has proven to be effective in shaping the character of better citizens in Nusa Penida, especially among educators and elementary school students.
