Abstract

This article was created as one of the results of Community Service activities in the assisted village of STIE Riau as a partner, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, which is a settlement of the Talang Mamak tribe, one of the indigenous people of Riau. Held on 24 - 25 September 2022 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the management capacity and motivation of village officials including village office staff, hamlet heads, RT and PKK women. Activities carried out in the form of lectures, discussions and games. From the discussions that developed with the training participants, it was revealed that village officials received little attention from universities or community social organizations around the district, let alone the province. villages and residents in general can be carried out in a sustainable manner, and are able to provide solutions for regional development both in terms of the quality of human resources and as mediators to establish cooperation or get attention from government agencies and other private institutions. Keywords: Community Service, Management Training, Motivation, Village Apparatus, Talang mamak

Abstract

Terciptanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat tidak terlepas dari andil UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Mentransfer pengetahuan tentang penyuluhan dan motivasi pengembangan UMKM, tips-tips membangun bisnis UMKM, dan memberikan ide-ide kreatif usaha kecil dan menengah diharapkan dapat membantu ibu-ibu Masyarakat Suku Sakai desa Libo Jaya kecamatan Kandis dalam upaya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha guna dapat meningkatkan penghasilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode pendidikan masyarakat dimana metode ini digunakan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan dalam bentuk penyuluhan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan motivasi pengembangan UMKM di desa Libo Jaya ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif berupa 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu-ibu PKK desa Libo Jaya tentang arti UMKM, 2) semakin termotivasi untuk membangun UMKM, 3) mengetahui tip-tip membangun bisnis UMKM, 4) menambah pengetahuan tentang ide-ide usaha kecil menengah. Mengingat besarnya manfaat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, maka selanjutnya perlu mengadakan penyuluhan serupa dengan khalayak sasaran yang berbeda dan adanya kesinambungan dan monitoring program pasca kegiatan pengabdian ini sehingga ibu-ibu Masyarakat Suku Sakai desa Libo Jaya dapat mengembangkan dan mempraktekkan ide-ide bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and training on the performance of tourism object managers. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25 to process data. This research was conducted on tourism objects in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula where 48 respondents were selected. The results showed that from the results of the partial test (t test), there were two variables, namely work motivation and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of tourism object managers. also that 52.8% the influence of independent variables (motivation and training) on ​​the performance of managers is 52.8% and the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetemsi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melakukan survei pada 100 pengelola usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar, dengan metode sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, a) p value knowledge terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,000 < α = 0,05; b) p value Skill terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,035 < α = 0,05; c) p value Ability terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,014 < α = 0,05. Simpulan, kompetensi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Every good institution engaged in education or other fields, certainly has a vision and mission. In fact, there are some things that still not optimally performed by teacher educators who are at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru, of which there are many teachers who have not completed their teaching device that should be the beginning of the semester learning devices These must already exist. And also still often found empty classes because teachers have still not even come that late hour lesson when effective progress. Population and sample in this research are as many as 47 teachers at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru, this study was conducted in December 2016, which is located at Jalan HR Soebrantas Pekanbaru. To answer the formulation, objectives and hypotheses of the study then used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study that in partial Influence of working facilities to teachers working seangat (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially positive and significant impact includes work on morale of teachers, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Working environmental influences on morale of teachers (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially there is a positive influence and significant correlation between the work environment to the morale of teachers, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. That is, the better the work environment, the higher the morale of teachers, conversely the lower the quality of the work environment, the lower the morale of teachers. The influence of organizational culture on teachers 'morale (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially positive and significant effect between organizational culture on teachers' morale, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted".

Abstract

This research was conducted at the DPRD Secretariat Of The Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determined the effect of conflict on the performance of employees in the DPRD Secretariat of Siak Regency. The population in this study were 44 people from the DPRD Secretariat Of The Siak Regency. While the number of samples set in this study are all of the population of 44 people. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Based on a simple linear regression equation Y = 18,397 + 0,656X. Conflict variables (X) with t count (4,336) > t table (2,018) and probability (0,00) <0,05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the DPRD Secretariat Of The Siak Regency. R-square value can be obtained (coefficient of determination) of 0.309 or 30.9%. This shows that conflict contributes to the performance of the Siak Regency DPRD Secretariat employees by 30.9%, while the remaining 60.1% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The recommendation given that better to be able to create a conducive atmosphere related to the delegation of tasks from a work unit to another work unit in order to facilitate the performance of employees with measurable to avoid accumulating a job in a work unit. In the other side, employees must know and  understand about their task and job desk in order to improve their performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of work conflict and work stress on employee performance CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods with a population and the sample is all employees that totaling 66 people. The average values for all Work Conflict statements and Work Stress variables are 3.00 and 3.02, respectively, which means that these two factors are in the medium class interval. The value of t_count for the work variable conflict t_count> t_table (-2.196> 1,998) and the significance of 0,000 <0.05, meaning that work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance. A negative sign indicates the higher the level of work conflict, the lower the employee's performance. As for the Work Stress variable t count <t table (-0.033 <1,998) and probability (0.974)> 0.05. So the Work Stress variable partially has no effect and is not significant on Employee Performance. Then from the simultaneous test results obtained that Fcount> Ftable (22,010> 3.14) and a probability value of 0,000 <0.05 then the variable Work Conflict and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance CV. CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. Based on the Adjusted R Square value obtained at 0.393 on the coefficient of determination test, the effect is 39.3%.

Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted at PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub-district Siak Hulu District Kampar, which aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of research using descriptive and quantitative methods with the number of respondents 47 people, comparing the actual reality with theories that have a relationship with the problem in order to draw conclusions and tabulated in tabular form then analyzed according to research objectives. The results of the discussion can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity, this can be seen from the effect of work motivation indicators with employee work productivity indicators. It is known that the value of t count> t table (5.875> 2.014) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.050) so Ho is rejected, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. It is also known that the R square (𝑅2) of 43.4% or 0.434 is used to determine the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (Work Motivation) on the dependent variable (Work Productivity). The R square means that work motivation contributes to changes in employee work productivity variables by 43.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study. Therefore, it is expected that PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub- district Siak Hulu District Kampar to further increase employee motivation to achieve the work productivity expected by the company.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most basic problem in determining the achievement of the goals of an organization in accordance with what has been set, but sometimes it can also be one of the obstacles in the development and development of an organization. Organizational commitment is an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and being able to carry out them and not evading receiving sanctions if he violates the duties and authorities given to him. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch. The number of samples in this study were 34 employees. From the results of the overall validity test of the statement items between the organizational commitment variable and the performance variable, it is declared valid because the value of rcount > rtable (0.3388). The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 5.548 + 0.896X. From the results of the t-test, the tcount (7.982)> from the ttable value (2.03693) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the organizational commitment variable has an effect on the performance variable. And the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.666, meaning that the contribution or the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on performance is 0.666 or 66.6% while the remaining 33.4% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV JAYA MITRA ABADI PEKANBARU. The population in this study were employees of CV Jaya Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru, totaling 33 people. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study the number of samples as many as 32 employees other than the author. The results of this research hypothesis are t arithmetic 4.117 > t table 2.042 and also significance 0.000 <0.05. So the decision is that compensation has a significant effect on employee work discipline at CV Jaya Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru
