Abstract

Tujuan penelitian : 1) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asaputex Jaya. 2) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asaputex Jaya. 3) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara variabel knowledge management dan stress kerja secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asaputex Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausal asosiatif (causal assosiative research). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey membagi angket kuesioner. Sedangkan metode anaisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian validitas dan reliabiltas, analisis korelasi rank spearman, analisis koefesien korelasi berganda, uji signifikansi korelasi berganda, analisis koefesien determinasi (R square). Berdasarkan hasil penenitian terdapat 1) terdapat pengaruh antara knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini diperoleh koefesien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,436 dengan nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 2) terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini diperoleh koefesien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,496 dengan nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 3) terdapat pengaruh antara knowledge management dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini diperoleh koefesien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,573 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1). To know the effect of promotion cost to the sale result, 2). To know the effect of distribution cost on sales result, 3). To know the effect of promotion cost and distribution cost together to the sales result. Data collection techniques used in this study is the method of documentation and interviews. While the data analysis method used is classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, test of simple linear regression coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, test of multiple linear regression coefficient, coefficient of determination. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis calculations obtained results for the promotion variable in obtaining a probability significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 means there is a significant effect of promotion on sales results concluded that the first hypothesis that reads "Suspected there is the influence of promotional costs on sales results fried onion product "proved true. The result of calculation of simple linear regression analysis obtained result for the distribution variable in obtaining the value of probability significance of 0.000 is smaller than 0,05 meaning there is significant influence of distribution to result of sale can be concluded that second hypothesis which reads "allegedly there influence of distribution cost to result of sale fried onion product "is proven. The result of simultaneous influence test obtained by the significance level of 0,000 <0,05 means there is a significant influence between the cost of promotion and distribution costs together to the sales results can be said the third hypothesis that reads "It is suspected that there is influence of promotion costs and distribution costs together. same to the sale of onion garlic products on UD Bawang Goreng in Pagedangan Village Adiwerna District Tegal Regency "proved true.

Abstract

Determining the Competitive Strategy of Rice Milling Unit UD. Tani Jaya Using SWOT Analysis in Nyamplung Sari Village, Petarukan District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java ". Essay. Tegal: Faculty of Economics, Pancasakti University Tegal. 2017. The purpose of the study was to analyze the UD strategy. Tani Jaya in achieving competitive advantage by using SWOT analysis. Data collection methods used in the study are interviews, documentation, literature. While the data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, industry analysis, consumer valuation analysis, matrix analysis of internal strategy factors and external strategy factors (IFS-EFS) and SWOT Analysis Phase. From the results of rating (rating) the results of identification of strengths and weaknesses as internal strategic factors obtained a value of 2,922 with the criteria of being. The results of rating (rating) the results of identification of strengths and weaknesses as external strategic factors obtained a value of 2.896 with the criteria being. Total scores from internal and external factors are mapped into internal and external matrices, the current position of the company is in cell V, namely growth / stability.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is 1) To test the effect of capital adequacy ratio on the performance of banking company 2) To test the influence of asset quality on the performance of banking company 3) To test the effect of management efficiency on the performance of banking company 4) To test the influence of liquidity management on the performance of banking company 5) To test the influence of the interest rate on the performance of banking companies 6) To test the effect of the inflation rate on the performance of banking companies 7) To test the effect of capital adequacy ratio, asset quality, management efficiency, liquidity management, interest rate and inflation rate on the performance of banking companies. Data collection method used in this research is documentation. While the methods of Data Analysis and Testing Hypotheses used are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Testing, Simultaneous Testing, Coefficient of Determination (R Square). There is no significant effect of capital adequacy ratio on company performance, evidenced from the partial capital adequacy ratio test on banking financial performance obtained by sig value. of 0.718> 0.05. There is a significant influence of asset quality on company performance, evidenced from the result of partial asset quality test toward banking financial performance obtained by sig value. of 0.034 <0.05. There is a significant influence management efficiency on the performance of the company, evidenced from the results of partial management of eficiency test of banking financial performance obtained sig value. of 0.008 <0.05. There is a significant influence of liquidity management on company performance, evidenced from the results of partial liquidity test of banking financial performance obtained sig value. of 0.000 <0.05. There is no significant effect of interest rate on company performance, evidenced from the partial test of interest rate on banking financial performance obtained sig value. Of 0.560> 0.05. There is no significant effect of inflation rate on company performance, evidenced from result of partial test of inflation on banking financial performance obtained by sig value. of 0.819> 0.05. Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must have the value of integrity so that it can pre­ve­nt itself from attempts to abuse power or authority. Instilling the values of integrity and anti-corruption must be done as early as possible. Instilling the value of integrity from an early age makes government officials understand better that actions that conflict with the value of in­tegrity are actions that are detrimental to the state. This value of integrity also directs ASN to act consistently and firmly in upholding the noble values and principles of life that it up­ho­l­ds. The subjectsiof thisistudy were BKPSDMD Civil Servants of Brebes Regencyiand the Head of General Affairs and Personnel Subdivision. Methods of data collection using a ques­tio­nnaire. Test the validity and reliability using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The influence of performance accountability (X1), digitization of services (X2), bureaucratic re­fo­rm (X3) and work commitment (Z) on integrity (Y) can be identified using regression techniques. Testing the mediation hypothesis can be done with the Sobel Test. The results of this study are expected to provide advice for the Brebes district government in providing ef­fec­tive handling that is able to solve existing problems and improve the integrity of ASN, so that ASN will be more optimal in carrying out their duties because they have good integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professional commitment on teacher performance, the effect of organizational communication on teacher performance, the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance, the ef­fect of professional commitment on teacher job satis­fac­ti­on, the effect of organizational communication on teacher job satisfaction, the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher job satisfaction, the effect of teacher job satisfaction on tea­c­her performance, the effect of professional commitment on teacher performance with teacher job satisfaction as a me­dia­tor, the influence of organizational communication on tea­cher performance with teacher job satisfaction as a me­dia­tor, the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher per­for­man­ce with teacher job satisfaction as a mediator.The sub­jec­ts of this study were all teachers at private vocational sc­ho­ols in Bulakamba District, Kab. Brebes with a total of 177 teachers. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. The research data analysis method is to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, des­c­rip­ti­ve statistics, quantitative analysis.

Abstract

Desa merupakan sistem ketatanegaraan terendah di Indonesia, desa telah lahir dan berkembang sejak ratusan tahun lalu hingga sekarang dan keberadaannya tetap diakui sebagai pengatur norma kehidupan mas­ya­ra­kat yang mendiaminya. Salah satu lembaga desa ialah Aparat Pemerintah Desa terdiri dari Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Pemerintah Desa yaitu Sek­re­ta­riat Desa, Pemangku Kewilayahan dan Pengemban Tugas Teknis sebagai staf untuk membantu tugas–tugas Kepala Desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan populasi target sekaligus sebagai subyek penelitian ada­lah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 1.914 ora­ng. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 331 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan simple random sampling. Alat peng­u­kuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala interval. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, pemahaman terhadap peraturan perundanga-undangan, teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi aparatur. Budaya organisasi, pemahaman terhadap peraturan perundangan-undangan, teknologi informasi dan kompetensi aparatur secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparatur. Se­da­ng­kan berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi dengan menggunakan uji sobel diper­oleh hasil bahwa kompetensi aparatur belum mampu memediasi secara sig­ni­fikan budaya organisasi, pemahaman terhadap peraturan perundangan-undangan dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja aparatur.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menge­tahui pengaruh quality of work life, person organization fit, karak­te­ristik individu terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, menge­ta­hui pengaruh quality of work life, person organization fit, karakteristik indi­vidu terhadap komitmen organisasional, mengetahui pengaruh komit­men organisasional, quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai pemediasi, menge­tahui pengaruh person organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai peme­diasi, mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai peme­diasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama di kota Tegal yang berjumlah 79 pegawai. Teknik yang digunakan untuk me­ngum­pulkan data di penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian instrumen pene­litian, analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif. Beberapa simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa quality of work life, karakteristik individu dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, sedangkan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organi­sa­sio­nal sedangkan quality of work life dan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Komitmen organi­sa­sio­nal mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh karakteristik indi­vi­du terhadap organizational citizenship behavior tetapi komitmen organi­sasional belum mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh quality of work life dan person organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Program sertifikasi guru merupakan Upaya dari pemerintah guna mengidentifikasi pendidik yang berkualitas. Guru yang disertifikasi sebagai kualifikasi berdasar pada hasil sertifikasi digunakan sebagai dasar pemberian sokongan profesi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak dari sertifikasi guru, kedisiplinan, sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja, dengan di moderasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Sampel yang diguanakn yaitu guru SMA Negeri yang ada di Brebes Selatan. Analisis menggunakan SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sertifikasi guru, kedisiplinan, sumber daya manusia, kepemimpinan dan komit­men organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja guru. Kedisiplinan, sumber daya ma­nu­sia, dan kepemimpinan berdampak pada kinerja guru, sedangkan sertifikasi guru tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi tidak mam­pu meperangkatsi pengaruh sertifikasi guru, sumber daya manusia, kedi­sip­linan dan kepemimpinan pada kinerja guru

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja atau perbandingan hasil kerja, di mana kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu yang telah ditentukan dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari integritas, profesionalitas, inovasi, integritas, lingkungan kerja, kinerja. Sampel yang diguanakn yaitu pegawai kementerian agama kabupaten brebes. Analisis data yang digu­na­kan yaitu SEM.
