Abstract

This study investigates the effect of digital competence and leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, within the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Ministry of Communication and Digital. The research is motivated by the demands of digital transformation in public bureaucracy, requiring employees to possess digital skills and be guided by adaptive leaders. Although employee performance at BPSDM has shown improvement over the past five years, issues remain regarding the effective use of technology and leadership quality. Job satisfaction is also considered a potential mediating factor linking competence and leadership with performance outcomes. A quantitative approach was used, testing seven hypotheses through path analysis. The findings reveal that digital competence has no significant impact on job satisfaction or employee performance. Similarly, leadership does not significantly influence performance but has a strong effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself does not significantly affect performance and fails to mediate the relationship between digital competence or leadership and employee performance. Out of the seven hypotheses proposed, only one was accepted: leadership significantly influences job satisfaction. These results imply that while leadership can foster job satisfaction, it is not sufficient to enhance employee performance directly or indirectly. Furthermore, digital competence has not yet become a key factor in improving performance or satisfaction in this context. This study contributes to the understanding of how human resource variables interact in public organizations undergoing digital change and provides insight for policymakers aiming to improve performance through leadership and digital skill development.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk membangkitkan dan mengembangkan minat siswa untuk lebih sungguh-sungguh dalam mempelajari kesenian; 2) menemukan alternatif metode pembelajaran kesenian khususnya seni musik dalam menghadapi siswa yang merasa tidak memiliki kemampuan minat dan bakat; dan 3) untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran seni musik melalui latihan dasar bermain alat musik ritmis dan melodis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknik berkarya yang kreatif dan estetik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Reaserch) yang dilaksanakan oleh guru untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi guru di dalam kelas khususnya upaya peningkatan kemampuan psikomotor dan minat siswa dalam memainkan alat musik. Subjek yang akan diteliti adalah siswa-siswi kelas VI di SDN Winong 03 sebanyak 17 Siswa yang terdiri dari siswa 10 laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil pelaksanaan dan pengamatan siswa cenderung lebih baik setiap siklus, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa; ada peningkatan kemampuan psikomotor dalam memainkan alat musik ritmis dan melodis siswa kelas VI SDN Winong 03 Kabupaten Madiun Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan metode demonstrasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada peningkatan kemampuan memainkan alat musik ritmis dan melodis dengan metode demonstrasi siswa.

Abstract

The promotion of the one-digit stunting program is a program of the Kediri District government; this program is needed considering that cases of stunting in toddlers with malnutrition in Kediri District are still high, at around 9.8%. In contrast to cases of malnutrition in pregnant women who have had an identification and monitoring process using an android-based application from the Ministry of Health, cases of malnutrition in toddlers in the Kediri District have not been digitized and monitored correctly. Currently, the application available for the identification of under-five malnutrition is an identification application that focuses on identification only, without being able to record under-five data, so the calculation process of each measurement must always enter the under-five data first. The application for identifying and monitoring malnutrition at Puskesmas Grogol was developed mobile to facilitate cadres in recording toddler data and adding measurements, which will be called Monita. Monita is an application developed with the Flutter programming language compatible with iOS and Android-based smartphones. Monita also provides convenience to cadres because they can access it through their smartphones without using a computer. The Monita application has features for managing regions, cadres, toddler data, reports, and supplementary feeding (PMT) for toddlers with wasting cases.
